Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problems that the low-temperature non-combustible cigarette in the prior art has insufficient smoke quantity, less suction openings, and poorer smoke stability and front-back uniformity.
The invention solves another technical problem that the smoking material is gradually heated from outside to inside, and the poor heat transfer property leads to slow smoking.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a tobacco particle having a core-shell structure, the core of the tobacco particle comprising a magnetic material and the shell of the tobacco particle comprising a carrier, a tobacco extract and an aerosolizing agent.
The tobacco particles have the core-shell structure, the inner core is used as a heat source, the tobacco particles are heated from inside to outside during smoking, the inner part of the outer shell is firstly fuming, the generated high-temperature smoke penetrates through the outer shell and is emitted outwards, and the outer part of the outer shell can be preheated by the high-temperature smoke in the emission process, so that the fuming efficiency is improved, and the fuming stability is ensured; in addition, the heat source is positioned in the tobacco particles, the heat generated by the inner core is naturally transmitted to the outside through the outer shell, the heat transfer performance is good, and the problem of slow smoking caused by insufficient heat at the outer shell is avoided.
Further, the core is composed of a magnetic material.
Further, the particle size of the inner core is 40-80 meshes, preferably 50-75 meshes. The proper particle size can ensure that the tobacco particles can grow up smoothly in the preparation process, and the proportion of the inner core is not too large.
Further, the magnetic material includes at least one of ferrite, iron alloy, and nickel alloy. The magnetic material can make the tobacco particles quickly heat from inside to outside in the smoking set so as to smoke.
Further, the carrier comprises tobacco powder and/or non-tobacco powder.
Further, the non-tobacco powder includes at least one of microcrystalline cellulose powder, tea leaf powder, hemp fiber powder, bamboo fiber powder, coconut fiber powder, starch, coffee shell powder, and mint leaf powder. The addition of the non-tobacco powder can play a role in diluting, so that the nicotine content is greatly reduced during smoking, and the irritation is reduced; and the use of a portion of the material aids in the control of the granulation process or imparts a particular smoking flavor to the tobacco particles.
Further, the mass ratio of the carrier, the tobacco extract and the atomizing agent is 100: 1-15: 5-30, preferably 100:5-10: 10-20.
By adopting the proper proportion, the smoke body made of the tobacco particles has good smoke generating capacity and good smoking taste.
Further, the particle size of the tobacco particles is 20-40 meshes, preferably 25-35 meshes.
Further, the moisture content of the tobacco particles is 6-15wt%, preferably 8-12 wt%.
The proper moisture content in the tobacco particles can prevent the tobacco particles from mildewing during storage, and meanwhile, the better smoking mouthfeel is ensured; the proper particle size can ensure stable and smooth smoking, and the inside of the smoking body has better air permeability and lower smoking resistance.
According to the preparation method of the tobacco particles, the tobacco extract and the atomizing agent are uniformly mixed, and then the mixture is granulated with the carrier, the first adhesive and the inner core and dried to obtain the finished product of the tobacco particles.
Preferably, the first binder comprises polyvinyl alcohol and/or carboxymethyl cellulose.
Further, the granulation method may be a conventional granulation method.
Preferably, after drying, a sieving step is also included.
Preferably, the particle size of the carrier is 100-200 meshes, and further preferably 120-180 meshes.
A low temperature body comprising tobacco particles as described above or prepared by the preparation method as described above.
Preferably, the low temperature aerosol is of a honeycomb structure. Further, the low-temperature fuming body is one of a rod shape, a sheet shape and a block shape.
Furthermore, the moisture content in the smoke body is 5-13%, so that the smoke column is prevented from mildewing during storage, and good smoking taste is ensured.
Furthermore, the effective porosity of the low-temperature smoke body is 65-95%, preferably 75-90%, so that good air permeability is ensured, the smoking is easier and smoother, and the smoking speed is higher.
According to the preparation method of the low-temperature smoke body, the tobacco particles and the second adhesive are uniformly mixed, cured, molded and dried to obtain a finished product of the low-temperature smoke body.
Further, the second binder comprises one of hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, PVP.
Further, the moisture content in the smoke body is 5-13% during drying.
The low temperature smoke body of the present invention is suitable for electromagnetic heating.
When the low-temperature fuming body is used for a low-temperature smoking set, the fuming speed is high, the smoke quantity is sufficient, the smoking is smooth, the satisfaction is strong, a plurality of suction ports can be provided, and the low-temperature fuming body is generally suitable for various low-temperature smoking sets or pipes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the tobacco particles provided by the invention have a core-shell structure, the inner core contains a magnetic material, so that the smoke body can quickly smoke from inside to outside, and the smoke stability and uniformity are better.
2. The smoke body is of a honeycomb porous structure, the whole body generates heat uniformly, smoke is easy to diffuse, and the smoking is smooth.
3. The use of tobacco substances ensures better smoking taste, sufficient smoke quantity and good satisfaction.
Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
Example 1
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the low-temperature smoke body includes the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing 5 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of glycerol; 2) taking 20 parts of 60-mesh iron powder as an inner core, wrapping 100 parts of 150-mesh tobacco powder and the mixed solution on the surface of the iron powder under the action of carboxymethyl cellulose by adopting a general method, drying until the moisture content reaches 10%, and sieving to obtain 20-40-mesh tobacco particles for later use; 3) preparing 5% hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution as a second adhesive, spraying the hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution on the surfaces of the prepared tobacco particles, uniformly mixing, placing the tobacco particles into a special cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing, drying at 50 ℃ for a period of time, controlling the water content in the particles to be about 10%, quickly cooling to room temperature, bonding the tobacco particles in the die into a stick, and taking out to obtain the required particle-based low-temperature fuming body. The low-temperature smoke body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking tools or tobacco pipes to serve as smoking materials, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, and the low-temperature smoke body has the advantages of high smoking speed, sufficient smoke amount, good front and back uniformity, more suction openings, good aroma quality and strong satisfaction during smoking.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the low-temperature smoke body includes the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing 10 parts of tobacco extract, 5 parts of glycerol and 10 parts of glycerol; 2) taking 15 parts of 70-mesh ferro-manganese alloy as an inner core, wrapping 100 parts of 120-mesh tobacco powder and the mixed solution on the surface of the ferro-manganese alloy powder under the action of carboxymethyl cellulose by adopting a general method, drying until the moisture content is 10%, and sieving to obtain 20-40-mesh tobacco particles for later use; 3) preparing 5% PVP aqueous solution as a second adhesive, spraying the PVP aqueous solution on the surfaces of the prepared tobacco particles, uniformly mixing, placing the tobacco particles in a specially-made cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing, drying at 50 ℃ for a period of time, controlling the water content in the particles to be about 8%, quickly cooling to room temperature, bonding the tobacco particles in the die into a stick, and taking out to obtain the required low-temperature fuming body. The low-temperature smoke body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking tools or tobacco pipes to serve as smoking materials, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, and the low-temperature smoke body has the advantages of high smoking speed, sufficient smoke amount, good front and back uniformity, more suction openings, good aroma quality and strong satisfaction during smoking.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the low-temperature smoke body includes the following steps:
1) uniformly mixing 5 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of glycerol; 2) taking 15 parts of 70-mesh iron-nickel alloy as an inner core, wrapping 100 parts of 200-mesh tobacco powder and the mixed solution on the surface of the iron-nickel alloy powder under the action of polyvinyl alcohol by adopting a general method, drying until the moisture content is 10%, and sieving to obtain 20-40-mesh tobacco particles for later use; 3) preparing 5% polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution as a second adhesive, spraying the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution on the surfaces of the prepared tobacco particles, uniformly mixing, placing the tobacco particles into a special cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing, drying at 50 ℃ for a period of time, controlling the water content in the particles to be about 8%, quickly cooling to room temperature, bonding the tobacco particles in the die into a rod, and taking out to obtain the required low-temperature smoke body. The low-temperature smoke body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking tools or tobacco pipes to serve as smoking materials, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, and the low-temperature smoke body has the advantages of high smoking speed, sufficient smoke amount, good front and back uniformity, more suction openings, good aroma quality and strong satisfaction during smoking.
