the buffer mechanism comprises a first heavy buffer mechanism, the first heavy buffer mechanism comprises a fixed column (22), a sleeve plate (23) and a first buffer spring (24), the fixed column (22) is installed in the second rectangular plate (8), the sleeve plate (23) and the first buffer spring (24) are sleeved on the fixed column (22), one end of the first buffer spring (24) abuts against one side wall of the sleeve plate (23), the other end of the first buffer spring abuts against the second rectangular plate (8), and the other side wall of the sleeve plate (23) is connected with the vertical plate (20);
