Background
Oil seals and bearings are critical components of transmission components such as automotive engines and transmissions, often isolating the outside air of the power component housing from the internal lubricating oil, and the power transmitter shaft-like rotating parts inside the power component housing often require the use of bearings for support. The power input and output ends need bearings to support the shaft rotating parts, the shaft rotating parts extend out of the shell, and oil seals are needed to isolate the inside and the outside of the shell, and the oil seals mainly play a role in sealing media in the shell. The design, processing and assembly of common oil blanket and bearing are independent separately, and oil blanket and bearing need the connecting piece to be assembled on a casing, and its independent manufacturing oil blanket and bearing cost is higher, and because not integrated as an organic whole, the axial space of arranging is great, oil blanket and bearing cooperation, the relative axiality of the outer lane of oil blanket body and bearing between the two reduces, and it makes the technology degree of difficulty big and the processing cost is high to guarantee better axiality.

The invention discloses an integrated sealed bearing device which comprises an oil seal body and a bearing, wherein the bearing sequentially comprises an outer ring, rolling bodies and an inner ring from outside to inside, an inner cavity of the inner ring is used for passing through a shaft rotating piece, the outer ring axially extends in parallel to the axial length of the inner ring and extends out of a supporting leg in the axial direction at the extending end part, the oil seal body is positioned in the outer ring and is coaxially arranged side by side with the inner ring, the inner cavity of the oil seal body is used for passing through the shaft rotating piece, a support seat is arranged on the oil seal body, the supporting leg is inlaid in the support seat, a lip is axially extended out of the inner ring of the oil seal body, and the lip is used for covering a shaft structure.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The integrated sealed bearing device comprises an oil seal body and a bearing. The bearing comprises an outer ring 4, rolling bodies 5 and an inner ring 6 from outside to inside. The inner cavity of the inner ring 6 can pass through a shaft rotating piece. The rolling elements 5 are arranged between the outer ring 4 and the inner ring 6 to reduce the relative sliding friction force of the outer ring 4 and the inner ring 6, the inner ring 6 is positioned at the inner side of the rolling elements 5 to play a role in supporting shaft rotating parts, and the outer ring 4 is positioned at the outer side of the rolling elements 5 to play a role in supporting and fixing. The outer ring 4 extends axially in parallel beyond the inner ring axial length and extends beyond the legs 41 in the axial direction at the extended ends. The oil seal body 1 is positioned in the outer ring 4, and is coaxially and parallelly arranged with the inner ring 6, and the inner cavity of the oil seal body 1 passes through a shaft rotating piece. The oil seal body 1 is provided with a support seat 13, and the support legs 41 are embedded in the support seat 13. The oil seal body 1 axially extends out of the lip 12 towards the inner ring 6, and the lip 12 covers the shaft rotating piece. The lip 12 is sleeved with the spring 2, and the spring 2 radially presses the lip 12 to provide a holding force to press the oil-sealed lip 12 onto the shaft rotating piece.
The outer surface of the outer ring 4 is provided with an annular groove 42, the annular groove 42 is positioned above the inner ring 6, and a sealing ring 3 is arranged in the annular groove 42 of the outer ring 4. The sealing ring 3 is wavy with protruding points 31. The convex points 31 continuously realize multi-layer sealing, the wavy convex parts can be effectively compressed into the space of the wavy concave parts when being mounted on the shell, so that the assembly resistance is reduced, the assembly performance is improved, the sealing ring 3 is not easy to damage, and the sealing effect is good.
The oil seal body 1 and the sealing ring 3 are rubber parts, and can effectively play a role in sealing. The outer ring 4 and the inner ring 6 are metal pieces, and can effectively support the function of a rotating piece.
