Abstract
The invention discloses a transverse continuous support type floating rail type fastener system, which comprises transverse continuous support structures positioned on two sides of a steel rail, wherein the transverse continuous support structures are arranged on a sleeper, the transverse continuous support structures comprise rail supports, the rail supports are fixed on the outer side of the steel rail through bolts, the rail supports comprise continuous transverse members and longitudinal members which are integrally formed, the continuous transverse members are in contact with the waist of the steel rail, and the longitudinal members are distributed at intervals in the extending direction of the steel rail and are fixed on the sleeper through backing plates. The invention improves the point support of the fastener system into continuous support, ensures the continuity of the transverse rigidity of the fastener system, improves the transverse rigidity of the fastener system, and enhances the transverse stability of the steel rail, thereby effectively overcoming the defect of poor transverse stability of the fastener system.

Examples
The invention provides a transverse continuous support type floating rail type fastener system, which comprises transverse continuous support structures positioned at two sides of a steel rail 1, wherein the transverse continuous support structures are arranged on sleepers, each transverse continuous support structure comprises a rail brace, the rail brace is fixed on the outer side of the steel rail through bolts, each rail brace comprises a continuous transverse member 2 and a longitudinal member 3 which are integrally formed, the continuous transverse members 2 are in contact with the waist of the steel rail 1, and the longitudinal members 3 are distributed at intervals in the extending direction of the steel rail 1 and are fixed on the sleepers through backing plates.
In use, the transverse continuous support structures at two sides of the steel rail 1 continuously support the steel rail 1 through the continuous rail supports which are arranged at the waist of the steel rail 1 and are in close contact with the steel rail 1, the transverse rigidity of the fastener system is high and continuous, the transverse displacement of the steel rail 1 is effectively restrained, the transverse stability of the steel rail 1 is greatly improved, and the anti-overturning capability is high.

A transverse continuous support floating rail type fastener system, characterized in that: the rail support comprises transverse continuous support structures positioned on two sides of a steel rail (1), wherein the transverse continuous support structures are arranged on a sleeper, the transverse continuous support structures comprise rail supports, the rail supports are fixed on the outer side of the steel rail through bolts, the rail supports comprise continuous transverse members (2) and longitudinal members (3) which are integrally formed, the continuous transverse members (2) are in contact with the waist of the steel rail (1), and the longitudinal members (3) are distributed at intervals in the extending direction of the steel rail (1) and are fixed on the sleeper through backing plates;
The length of the longitudinal member (3) in the extending direction of the steel rail (1) is 100-105mm; the longitudinal member (3) comprises an inclined portion connected to the continuous cross member (2) and a vertical portion in contact with the pad; the upper vertex angle A of the inclined part is 125-130 degrees, and the lower vertex angle B is 140-145 degrees.

5. The transverse continuous strut rail type fastener system according to claim 4, wherein: the bolts are positioned on one side of the longitudinal member (3) and pass through the iron backing plate (5) and the plate lower backing plate (6) to be fixed on the sleeper.
