The side bracket 11 is provided with a transmission guide groove 115, and the first transmission column 511 and the second transmission column 611 pass through the transmission guide groove 115, so that when the first transmission column 511 and the second transmission column 611 are linked with the transmission block 4, both slide up and down along the transmission guide groove 115.
The transmission block 4 rotates along with the driving block 3, and drives the sealing compression assembly 5 and the puncture needle assembly 6 to slide up and down through the transmission of the transmission block 4. The outer side of the side bracket 11 is provided with a pivot 112, the transmission block 4 is hinged to the pivot 112, and in addition, the outer side of the side bracket 11 is provided with a plurality of transmission guide rails 113 corresponding to the rotation track of the outer edge of the transmission block.
As shown with reference to fig. 4, 9 and 21, the driving block 4 is connected with a locking structure which maintains a position when the drawer 21 is completely pushed in and pulled out. The locking structure comprises a locking piece 42 and a locking tension spring 43, the locking piece 42 is hinged to the outer side of the transmission block 4, a first hook 114 is arranged on the side support 11, a second hook 422 and a rotating sliding groove 421 are arranged on the locking piece 42, a cylindrical shaft 322 is arranged on the driving portion 32, the cylindrical shaft 322 is located on the outer side of the waist-shaped portion 321, a waist-shaped limit flange is connected to the outer side of the cylindrical shaft 322, and the limit flange is located on the outer side of the rotating sliding groove 421. One end of the locking tension spring 43 is connected with the first hook 114, the other end is connected with the second hook 422, and the rotating chute 421 of the locking piece is slidingly connected to the cylindrical shaft 322 of the driving part.
When the driving block 3 pushes the transmission block 4 to transfer backwards, the cylindrical shaft 322 of the driving waist-shaped part on the driving block 3 is in sliding connection with the rotary chute 421 on the locking piece 42 to push the locking piece 42 and the locking tension spring 43 on the locking piece to rotate backwards, and when the transmission block 4 forms a self-locking state, the locking tension spring 43 generates a backward and upward pulling force to prevent the driving block 3 from freely sliding forwards; when the driving block 3 pushes the transmission block 4 to move forward, the cylindrical shaft 322 of the driving waist-shaped part on the driving block 3 is in sliding connection with the rotary chute 421 on the locking piece 42, so as to push the locking piece 42 and the locking tension spring 43 on the locking piece to rotate forward, and when the transmission block 4 forms a self-locking state, the locking tension spring 43 generates forward and upward pulling force at the moment, so that the driving block 3 is prevented from sliding backwards freely.
After coffee brewing is completed, the seal compression assembly 5 seals the capsule lid and the upper spike 63 of the spike assembly 6 is positioned within the capsule 28, at which time pulling out the drawer, the capsule moves forward with the drawer, as the upper spike is still positioned within the capsule at this time, causing damage to the machine. Therefore, in order to avoid damaging the machine when the drawer is pulled out, a blocking structure must be provided. The bracket assembly 1 further comprises a front bracket 14 fixedly connected with the front parts of the side brackets at two sides, the front bracket 14 is connected with a blocking block 16 in an up-down sliding manner, and the blocking block 16 is provided with a blocking groove 161. The spike assembly 6 is provided with a lifting part 612, when the spike assembly 6 moves downwards, the lifting part 612 acts on the bottom of the blocking groove, and the lower piezoresistive block 16 falls down and abuts against the drawer 21 to block the capsule bin 22. The lifting portion 612 acts on the top wall of the blocking slot and pushes the blocking tab 16 up as the lancet assembly 6 moves upward, eventually unblocking the capsule compartment 22. The blocking piece 16 is provided with a forwardly projecting guide projection 162, and the corresponding front bracket 14 is provided with a guide chute.
Referring to fig. 22, the lancet assembly 6 includes a lancet push plate 61, a lancet seat 62 fixed to the lancet push plate, and an upper lancet 63 fixed to the lancet seat, wherein the lancet seat 62 is connected with a lancet cover 64, the lancet cover 64 is provided with a water inlet pipe 66 communicating with an inner hole of the upper lancet, and a first sealing ring 65 is provided between the lancet cover 64 and the upper lancet 63. The left side and the right side of the puncture needle push plate 61 are also provided with puncture needle guide convex blocks 613, and the side bracket 11 is provided with guide grooves 119 which are matched with the puncture needle guide convex blocks 613 to guide the puncture needle push plate 61 to slide up and down.
Referring to fig. 23, the packing assembly 5 includes a sealing plate 51 and a capsule packing 52 fixed to the bottom of the sealing plate, and the capsule packing 52 is packed with a capsule cap when the packing assembly 5 is pressed down. The top of closing plate is equipped with and encircles the through-hole setting and form sealed second sealing washer 53 with last pjncture needle 63 cooperation, the closing plate top is connected with the sealing washer clamp plate 54 that compresses tightly the second sealing washer.
Referring to fig. 17 to 19, two drawer sliding blocks 23 are connected to the outside of the capsule bin opening at 180-degree intervals, a spring pressing plate 25 is fixed below the drawer, a driving spring groove is formed between the spring pressing plate 25 and the left and right sides of the drawer, a driving spring 24 is mounted in the driving spring groove, the front end of the driving spring 24 is abutted with the drawer sliding blocks 23, and the rear end of the driving spring 24 is abutted with the rear wall of the driving spring groove. The bottom of the capsule bin is provided with a water outlet cover 26 and a lower pricker 27. The drawer slide 23 includes a fixing portion 231 and a slider portion 232, the fixing portion 231 and the capsule mouth portion can be fixed by screws, and the slider portion 232 slides in the spring driving groove and acts with the driving spring 24. In the non-inserted state of the drawer 21, the capsule compartment 22 is always located at the rear of the chute, driven by the drive spring 24.
After the drawer 21 is fully pulled out, if someone inadvertently extends his or her finger into the coffee machine and pushes the drive block 3, it is also possible to cause the seal pressing assembly 5 and the spike assembly 6 to act in conjunction, especially the upper spike 63 on the spike assembly 6 may prick the person. Referring to fig. 11 to 16, in order to avoid this, the present invention is provided with a safety lever 13. The track 111 includes the inside lower supporting part 1111 that inwards protrudes that sets up of side stand and extends in order to support the drawer back and forth, the side stand 11 is equipped with safety lever 13 in the below of lower supporting part 1111, the front end of safety lever 13 is articulated with side stand 11, the front portion of safety lever 13 is equipped with bellied passive part 132 that makes progress, the rear portion of safety lever 13 is equipped with bellied blocking part 133 that makes progress, the below of safety lever 13 is equipped with relief spring 134, lower supporting part 1111 is equipped with the hole site corresponding passive part 132 and blocking part 133, and preceding safety hole 1115 and back safety hole 1116 promptly, passive part 132 and blocking part 133 can wear out from corresponding hole site. After the drawer 21 is pulled out, the safety lever 13 is rotated upward by the safety spring 134, the blocking portion 133 protrudes upward from the rear safety hole 1116 and forms a block for the driving block 3, and when the drawer 21 is pushed in, the passive portion 132 is depressed, the safety lever 13 is rotated downward, and the blocking portion 133 releases the block for the driving block 3. The side bracket 11 is provided with a pin shaft 116, and the head of the safety rod is provided with a pin hole 131 which is matched with the pin shaft 116, so that the safety rod 13 can rotate.
Referring to fig. 11, the positioning block 12 is provided with a positioning groove 121 matched with the outer circle of the capsule bin 22, the positioning groove 121 is arc-shaped, the left side and the right side of the positioning block 12 are provided with spring positioning columns 122, and the safety spring 134 is mounted on the spring positioning columns 122.
Example two
A capsule coffee machine comprises a brewing device of a coffee capsule.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description of the "front", "rear" and "left" and "right" orientations are described with reference to the use state, i.e. the "front" facing the operator and the "rear" facing away from the operator, but do not limit the scope of the invention.
While the invention has been described in terms of specific embodiments, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. Any modifications which do not depart from the functional and structural principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus, characterized in that: the device comprises a bracket assembly, a drawer assembly, a driving block, a transmission block, a puncture needle assembly and a sealing compaction assembly, wherein the bracket assembly comprises side brackets arranged on the left side and the right side, the side brackets are provided with rails horizontally extending along the front-rear direction, guide grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the rails, of the side brackets, the drawer assembly comprises a drawer and a capsule bin, the drawer can slide back and forth along the rails, the driving block is driven by the drawer to slide back and forth along the rails, the drawer is provided with a sliding groove in sliding connection with the capsule bin and a capsule bin driving spring which always pushes the capsule bin to lean against the rear part of the sliding groove, and after the capsule bin reaches a brewing position backwards, the positioning block limits the capsule bin to continue backwards; the driving block comprises driving arms on the left side and the right side, the driving arms are provided with driving parts, the driving blocks comprise a first driving part and a second driving part which are connected with the driving block for driving, the puncture needle assembly comprises an upper puncture needle used for puncturing the capsule cover and injecting water into the capsule, the sealing and compacting assembly is used for sealing and compacting the capsule cover and is provided with a through hole for the upper puncture needle to pass through, the first driving part drives the sealing and compacting assembly to slide up and down, the second driving part drives the puncture needle assembly to slide up and down, the sealing and compacting assembly firstly compacts the capsule cover when the driving block is pushed in backwards, then the puncture needle assembly punctures the capsule cover downwards, the puncture needle assembly firstly upwards breaks away from the capsule cover when the driving block is pulled out forwards, then the sealing and compacting assembly upwards leaves away from the capsule cover, a pivot is arranged on the outer side of the side support, the driving block is hinged to the pivot, the driving block is provided with a driving groove, and the driving part penetrates out of the guide groove and is connected with the driving groove.
2. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the driving part is provided with a waist-shaped part matched with the driving groove.
3. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the drive block is connected with a spring locking structure for maintaining the position.

A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the spring locking structure comprises a locking piece and a locking tension spring, wherein the locking piece is hinged to the transmission block, a first hook is arranged on the side support, a second hook is arranged on the locking piece, one end of the locking tension spring is connected with the first hook, and the other end of the locking tension spring is connected with the second hook.

A coffee capsule brewing apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein: the locking piece is provided with a rotating chute, the driving part is provided with a cylindrical shaft, the cylindrical shaft is positioned at the outer side of the waist-shaped part, and the rotating chute is connected to the cylindrical shaft in a sliding way.
6. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein: the outside of cylinder axle is connected with waist shape limit flange, and limit flange is located the rotation spout outside.
7. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: and a plurality of transmission guide rails are arranged on the outer side of the side bracket corresponding to the rotation track of the outer edge of the transmission block.
8. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the first transmission part is an arc-shaped groove, and the sealing and compacting assembly is provided with a first transmission column connected with the arc-shaped groove.
9. A coffee capsule brewing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the second transmission part is a kidney-shaped groove, and the puncture needle assembly is provided with a second transmission column connected with the kidney-shaped groove.
