Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of rail vehicle braking, and particularly relates to a sand blasting pipe with a heating function.
Background
The sand blasting pipe of the rail vehicle sanding device is usually arranged right ahead a wheel set tread of a vehicle, and in order to avoid blocking a sanding channel due to icing of the sand blasting pipe under a cold condition in winter, a heating element is usually arranged on the surface of the sand blasting pipe and used for heating the sand blasting pipe.
The technical scheme adopted generally at present is that a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene material is sleeved on the surface of a sand blasting pipe, and then a resistance wire is wound on the surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene material. After winding is completed, the surface of the resistance wire is protected by using a high-temperature-resistant insulating tape, and then the winding ends of the two resistance wires are respectively crimped with the crimping terminals. And after the compression joint is protected by using a high-temperature-resistant insulating tape, vulcanizing rubber on the whole surface.
The sand blast pipe has the following defects:
1) the insufficient adhesive strength between the adhesive tape and the rubber causes the rubber to be easily torn after being hit by foreign matters.
2) Effective insulation measures are lacked among all turns of resistance wires, so that the local temperature of the sand blasting pipe is easily overhigh due to turn-to-turn short circuit of the resistance wires.
3) The resistance wire can not be effectively fixed on the surface of the sand blasting pipe, and the local temperature of the sand blasting pipe is easily overhigh due to turn-to-turn short circuit of the resistance wire.
4) Adopt the mode that crimping terminal carried out the crimping between resistance wire and the conductor, because the diameter of resistance wire is far less than the conductor diameter to lead to crimping between resistance wire and the conductor poor easily, lead to the virtual joint.
5) The foreign body impact resistance is poor, and the foreign bodies easily break the rubber on the surface of the sand blasting pipe, so that the internal resistance wire is damaged, and the sand blasting pipe loses the heating function.
6) The edges and corners of the crimping terminal are sharp, so that the high-temperature-resistant insulating adhesive tape is easy to puncture and is contacted with the resistance wire in the adhesive tape, and the resistance wire is short-circuited.
Based on the situation, the novel sand blasting pipe with the heating function is invented, and the problems of the original sand blasting pipe can be effectively solved by adopting the scheme.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of the sand blasting pipe, the invention provides the sand blasting pipe with the heating function, which can effectively solve the problems of the original sand blasting pipe.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides a sandblast pipe with heating function, the surface of sandblast pipe includes conductor, high temperature resistant insulating tube and tubular metal resonator from inside to outside in proper order, the winding of high temperature resistant insulating tube surface has the resistance wire, it has insulating filler to fill between tubular metal resonator and the high temperature resistant insulating tube that the surface twined the resistance wire.
Preferably, the insulating filler is magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide.
Preferably, two independent conductors are arranged on the surface of the sand blasting pipe, the two independent conductors are arranged in the through hole of the high-temperature-resistant insulating pipe, the surface of the high-temperature-resistant insulating pipe is wound with the resistance wire, and the winding end of the first resistance wire and the winding end of the second resistance wire of the resistance wire are respectively connected with the end parts of the two independent conductors.
Preferably, the resistance wires are spirally distributed on the surface of the high-temperature-resistant insulating tube.
Preferably, the metal pipe is uniformly reduced to a preset size through an automatic pipe reducing machine, and the insulating filler, the high-temperature-resistant insulating pipe with the resistance wire wound on the surface, the conductor and the sand blasting pipe are completely compacted.
Preferably, the predetermined size is a specification commonly used for sand blast pipes, and is preferably 20 to 25 mm.
Preferably, the two ends of the metal pipe and the high-temperature-resistant insulating pipe are respectively sealed by using a filler. It is understood that the filler may be a filler that can perform a sealing function, such as a rubber member like silicone rubber.
Preferably, the surface of the metal pipe is provided with a vulcanized rubber layer.
The invention also provides a rail vehicle sanding device provided with the sand blasting pipe with the heating function.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1) and the insulating filler is filled between the metal pipe and the high-temperature-resistant insulating pipe wound with the resistance wire on the surface, so that the surface of each turn of the resistance wire can be effectively insulated, and the local overhigh temperature of the sand blasting pipe caused by turn-to-turn short circuit of the resistance wire is effectively avoided.
2) Through the extrusion tubular metal resonator, make the high temperature resistant insulating tube that twines the resistance wire form a rigid, integral structure with sand blasting pipe, tubular metal resonator, the relative motion can not take place for each spare part that is surrounded by the tubular metal resonator to guarantee that the resistance wire is fixed completely, when improving resistance wire job stabilization nature, increase the life of resistance wire by a wide margin.
3) The resistance wire winding end is wound on the surface of the conductor, and when the metal tube is reduced, the conductor is fully contacted with the resistance wire, so that seamless connection between the conductor and the resistance wire is realized, the use of a crimping terminal is avoided, and the connection structure is simplified.
4) The resistance wire is protected by the metal tube, so that the problem that the resistance wire is broken due to foreign matter striking can be avoided to a great extent.
5) The adhesive strength between the metal and the rubber after vulcanization is higher than that between the originally used adhesive tape and the rubber, so that the rubber can be prevented from being torn.
