Abstract
一种新型轻质建筑装饰板，是以氧化镁、氯化镁
溶液为基料，并在其中加入石膏矾土膨胀水泥、轻质
泡沫填料和TW改性剂，混成料浆后，在模具中浇注
成型，出模后的制品可用作天花板、内外墙装饰板、锅
台板等，这类板材的特点是：原料调配主观随意性大、
耐水耐油、质轻形稳、消光隔音、富丽典雅、形象逼真、
加工性能好等，而且对接触面条件要求低、施工方
便。
Description
本发明技术领域属于几种材料组成的混合料浆的成形，特别是一种免烧新型轻质建筑装饰板的生产方法，属无机建筑材料类。
随着人们生活水平的提高，对家具及其居室的装饰也越加重视，因而纤维板、木板的销量日增，原材料的消耗量大。近年来，人们在不断开发新型装饰材料代替木材制品美化居室，CN85106409介绍了一种较厚的人造大理石板的制法，CN88211243.0介绍了一种建筑贴面板的制法，CN89105792.7公开了一种较薄的仿木板的制法，CN91106605.5公开了一种镁纤薄板的制法，这些产品虽各有千秋，但普遍存在工艺复杂、生产周期长、不耐油耐脏、易吸潮返卤的缺点，且用于室内空间装饰时往往会因质重而翘曲变形，因而达不到应有的装饰效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种原料易得、工艺简单、一次成形的新型轻质建筑装饰板，其强度达到木质纤维板的要求，表面光亮、色彩鲜艳、耐酸碱油污，产品质轻长期使用不变形。
本发明的新型轻质建筑装饰板可用作天花板、内外墙装饰板、锅台板等。所需原料为菱苦土、氯化镁、石膏矾土膨胀水泥、无机矿物粉、TW改性剂和轻质泡沫填料、矿物颜料、细砂、石棉绒、木屑、短玻璃纤维等。
本发明的实施例如下：
取100克菱苦土，40～60克石膏矾土膨胀水泥，90～130克氯化镁溶液（波美度为1.28），15～30克无机矿物调成胶泥，加入2～4克TW改性剂，1～3克短玻璃纤维，10～20克细砂，0～5份颜料混合成料浆，最后加入5～10克轻质泡沫填料，搅拌均匀，静置片刻，注入模具，用工具抹平，5～10小时后脱模，堆码养护即得成品。
成品可直接使用，也可与表面贴结合使用。
Claims (1)
1、一种新型轻质建筑装饰板，是以氧化镁、氯化镁为主要原料，加适量细砂、石棉绒、木屑、短玻璃纤维、无机矿物粉等制成。本发明的特点在于该装饰板的生产中加入了石膏矾土膨胀水泥、轻质泡沫填料和TW改性剂。TW改性剂是由40～55%木质素磺酸镁、30～50%正硅酸乙酯和5～10%磷酸三丁酯等组成，加入量为菱苦土重量的2.5～4.5%。
