本发明一种无纺布印染提花立体套网,所述无纺布印染提花立体套网是有多层多孔网嵌套形成的圆筒状立体套网;所述多层多孔网由内往外依次为冲孔支撑层、调节平衡层、图样定型层和无纺布打孔网帘层。本发明公开的无纺布印染提花立体套网通过多层次的镍网组合,增强无纺布纤维的交叉结合,达到超厚的立体压花效果,可随时调整壁厚和网孔的几何形状,满足生产客户的定制化要求,使用寿命长,运营成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于无纺布的生产以及提花专用套网。
背景技术
随着无纺布的应用,越来越受到婴幼儿护理、化妆品、家居、医疗等各个领域的青睐,对无纺布的印花要求也越来越多样性,本发明公开的无纺布印染提花立体套网通过多层次的镍网组合,增强无纺布纤维的交叉结合,达到超厚的立体压花效果,可随时调整壁厚和网孔的几何形状,满足生产客户的定制化要求。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现在市场对无纺布的印花要求的多样性,开发了一种应用于无纺布的生产以及提花专用套网。
技术方案:本发明一种无纺布印染提花立体套网,其特征是,所述无纺布印染提花立体套网是有多层多孔网嵌套形成的圆筒状立体套网;所述多层多孔网由内往外依次为冲孔支撑层、调节平衡层、图样定型层和无纺布打孔网帘层。
其中,所述冲孔支撑层由不锈钢框架构成,起到支撑整个套网的作用。
其中,所述调节平衡层由14目~100目钢丝网构成,起到增加透气性调整平衡度填补间隙的作用。
其中,所述图样定型层由镍片和图案网格构成,所述图案网格的目数为15-40目,将客户所要求的图案通过水刺的方式印到布上,且材质使用镍材料,使用寿命长。
其中,所述无纺布打孔网帘层为水刺专用打孔网帘或热风专用网帘;
所述水刺专用打孔网帘采用聚酯纬316材质和不锈钢丝编织而成,目数为14目~100目,经向凸点明显使打出来的水刺布孔形清晰;
所述热风专用网帘则全是聚酯编织而成,目数为14目~100目,经向凸点明显使打出来的热风无纺布孔形清晰,且可用于生产环境比较恶劣的地方。
其中,所述冲孔支撑层、调节平衡层、图样定型层和无纺布打孔网帘层的网孔要确保通透,保证水流能穿过网孔。
其中,所述冲孔支撑层、调节平衡层、图样定型层和水刺专用打孔网帘直接贴合,无间隙。
有益效果:本发明公开的无纺布印染提花立体套网通过多层次的镍网组合,增强无纺布纤维的交叉结合,达到超厚的立体压花效果,可随时调整壁厚和网孔的几何形状,满足生产客户的定制化要求,使用寿命长,运营成本低。

本发明一种无纺布印染提花立体套网,所述无纺布印染提花立体套网是有多层多孔网嵌套形成的圆筒状立体套网;所述多层多孔网由内往外依次为冲孔支撑层1、调节平衡层2、图样定型层3和无纺布打孔网帘层4。
其中,所述冲孔支撑层1由不锈钢框架构成,起到支撑整个套网的作用。
其中,所述调节平衡层2由14目~100目钢丝网构成,起到增加透气性调整平衡度填补间隙的作用。

1.一种无纺布印染提花立体套网,其特征是,所述无纺布印染提花立体套网是有多层多孔网嵌套形成的圆筒状立体套网;所述多层多孔网由内往外依次为冲孔支撑层、调节平衡层、图样定型层和无纺布打孔网帘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布印染提花立体套网,其特征是,所述冲孔支撑层由不锈钢框架构成,起到支撑整个套网的作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布印染提花立体套网,其特征是,所述调节平衡层由14目~100目钢丝网构成,起到增加透气性调整平衡度填补间隙的作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布印染提花立体套网,其特征是,所述图样定型层由镍片和图案网格构成,所述图案网格的目数为15-40目,将客户所要求的图案通过水刺的方式印到布上。
