One end of the guide wire 304 is connected to the positioning object 303, and the other end is located outside the patient body after the positioning object 303 is introduced into the lesion position and the needle sheath 100 is withdrawn from the lesion position. For example, one end of the wire 304 is connected to the positioning object 303, and the other end of the wire 304 may be disposed outside the body 301, or may be connected to the pushing portion 360 or connected to the body 301 (the body 301 includes a channel inner wall and a body outer wall, and thus, the other end of the wire 304 may pass through the channel 310 to the outside and then be connected to the body 301 outer wall, or may be directly connected to the channel 310 inner wall).
Optionally: one end of the wire 304 is connected to the fixture 303, and the other end of the wire 304 is connected to the pushing part 360 or to the body 301. In specific use, after the positioner 303 is pushed into the focus position, the first connector 320 and the second connector 110 are disassembled, the lead 304 is cut off, the needle sleeve 100 is withdrawn, and after the completion, one end of the lead 304 is placed in the focus position along with the positioner 303, and the other end is positioned outside the patient.

Alternatively, the positions of the first connector 320 and the first opening 311 may be different, so that the first opening 311 is in communication with the needle sheath 100 after the first connector 320 is docked with the second connector 110. For example, the first connector 320 is a butt joint structure sleeved outside the body 301, and the second connector 110 is sleeved on the periphery of the body 301 and detachably connected with the first connector 320.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 1, using a biopsy needle, a first connector 320 has a mating port 321 for mating with a luer connector and an internally threaded section 322 formed on the inner wall of the mating port 321. Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 5, the outer wall of the body 301 is a cambered surface to better fit with the palm, and operation is more convenient. Alternatively, the body 301 has a small diameter at both ends and a large diameter in the middle, and the cambered surfaces are in streamline distribution. Optionally, a plurality of spaces are provided in the body 301, so that the overall weight of the body 301 can be at least reduced, and the operation is easier to be performed by one hand.

The spring ring is in a ring-shaped structure in a natural state, the spring ring arranged in the channel 310 is in a strip shape, and the spring ring after the channel 310 is pushed out to enter the focus position is restored to the ring-shaped structure in the natural state.
The handle structure 300 and the positioning structure 001 provided by the embodiment of the invention refer to fig. 4, for example, the coil wire diameter is 0.1mm, the coil is made of medical metal material nickel-titanium alloy, after heat treatment, the coil has higher strength and better toughness, the coil is spiral in a free state, 3 coils are preset in the channel 310 in a straightened state before use, and the coil outer diameter is 1.2mm and the length is 11mm in the straightened state. For example, the wire 304 may be a catgut with a wire diameter of 0.5mm and a length of greater than 150mm. For example, the channel 310 is a metal tube made of medical grade metal material stainless steel having an inner diameter of 1.3mm and being easily passed through the channel 310 in the straightened state of the coil, and the length of the channel 310 is greater than the length of the coil in the straightened state, e.g. 40 mm. For example, the body 301 is assembled by in-mold injection molding, hot melting, gluing, etc., and the body 301 is made of medical plastic materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), etc., and the front part of the body is designed with a conical butt joint 321 and an internal thread section 322. For example, the pushing part 360 is made of medical metal material stainless steel, the main wire diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the channel 310, for example, 0.8mm, the driving part 340 is made of stainless steel material, and the driving part 340, the sliding part 350 and the pushing part 360 are welded into a whole.
In summary, with reference to fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a handle structure 300 and a positioning structure 001, which are specific to clinical operation procedures, for example: under the guidance of medical images such as ultrasound, CT (Computed Tomography) and the like, the puncture needle 200 with the needle sleeve 100 is inserted to the central position of a focus of a patient; the puncture needle 200 is withdrawn, and at this time, only one end of the needle sheath 100 remains in the patient; the butt joint 321 and the internal thread section 322 of the handle structure 300 are in butt joint screwing with the luer joint at the tail end of the needle sleeve 100; the clinician advances the driver 340 to deliver the coil disposed in the channel 310 into the needle hub 100; continuing to push the driving part 340 forward slowly, completely pushing out the spring ring in a straightened state in the needle sheath 100 from the needle sheath 100; the coil is naturally curled into a spiral shape after being pushed out of the needle sleeve 100, at the moment, the spiral coil is embedded into the central position of the focus, and the other end of the lead 304 bound with the spiral coil is positioned outside the patient; the needle sheath 100 is pulled out of the patient and ready for surgery, and the lesion location can be found conveniently under the guidance of the guide wire 304.
The embodiment of the invention provides a handle structure 300 and a positioning structure 001, which have at least the following advantages: the body 301, the pushing piece 302, the positioning object 303 and the lead 304 can be integrally designed, the operation of feeding the positioning object 303 into the needle sleeve 100 can be completed by one hand in the operation, the operation time can be obviously shortened, and the operation risk can be reduced. After the locating object 303 is placed in the focus, the locating object 303 is located along the lead 304, so that the risk of misjudgment is avoided, the accuracy is high, the operation time is short, and the success rate of the operation is high. The biopsy needle is adopted, so that the focus positioning at different depths and different positions can be satisfied. After the biopsy needle punctures the focus position, the puncture needle 200 is pulled out, the handle structure 300 is fixed with the needle sleeve 100, the positioning object 303 can be pushed into the focus position, the tissue extraction can be completed by single needle insertion, the positioning object 303 is placed, and the like, so that the infection risk is reduced.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily contemplated by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present invention should be included in the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
