本发明公开了一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.060~1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至25~30℃,通入含二氧化碳的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0;将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至75~90℃,加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,搅拌30‑60min后,完成表面改性;将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。本发明方法制得的纳米碳酸钙产品具有较低的吸潮性,优异的加工性能、力学性能和耐黄变等性能,填充硬质PVC后,不仅能够满足填充硬质PVC的增韧需求,还能改善硬质PVC的变黄、变红等色相问题。

背景技术
硬质PVC复合材料一般是由PVC树脂,填料及助剂所构成,并广泛应用于化工、建材等领域。但是,PVC复合材料在加工过程中,PVC树脂易受热分解,从而导致PVC制品产生发红、发黄等色相问题。
纳米碳酸钙由于其补强性能好,填充量大,价格便宜,在硬质PVC填充中有着无可比拟的优势。但是,在PVC的加工塑化过程中,由于纳米碳酸钙粒径小,摩擦系数大,容易由摩擦导致加工温度过高致使PVC热分解,从而产生色相问题,限制其应用范围。
综上所述,现纳米碳酸钙作为硬质PVC填料时,在PVC制品的色相方面存在着较大的限制,因此,对填料的深入研究很有必要。
专利CN 106832660A公开了一种棒状沉淀碳酸钙改进硬质PVC型材性能的方法,以棒状沉淀碳酸钙填充PVC制得抗冲击硬质PVC型材,产品原材料及重量份数为:PVC-SG5100.0份;棒状沉淀碳酸钙5.0-60.0份;钙锌复合稳定剂4.0-12.0份;硬脂酸0.4-1.3份;PE蜡0.2-1.0份;钛白粉0.5-1.2份;ACR-401 1.0-5.5份。本方法制备的硬PVC型材具有优异的抗冲性能和拉伸强度,CaCO3与PVC混合比40/100时,缺口冲击强度从6.3KJ/m2提高到9.5KJ/m2,拉伸强度从33.1MPa提高到39.7MPa,断裂伸长率从6.7%提高到11.4%,最高混合比达60/100,大大降低硬质PVC型材的生产成本,而且型材具有更低的平衡扭矩和更高的挤出速率,加工流动性较好。该专利着重研究了碳酸钙对硬质PVC的补强性能,而没有对硬质PVC的色相问题进行研究。

本发明是基于以下原理实现的:
所选用的纳米碳酸钙表面处理剂由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油和木糖醇复合配方对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性。羧基化的聚乙烯蜡由于其润滑作用,可以有效降低PVC在加工过程中的摩擦生热量。环氧葵花籽油则可以吸收PVC分解过程中的Cl,达到抑制分解的作用。木糖醇则做副热稳定剂作用。从而能使PVC达到耐黄变的效果。
本发是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.060~1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至25~30℃,通入含有二氧化碳的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至75~90℃,加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,搅拌30-60min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
优选地,所述表面处理剂的使用量为碳酸钙干基质量的2.0~3.0%。
优选地,所述表面处理剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡处理剂质量占表面处理剂总量的30~40%,环氧葵花籽油占总处理剂量的55~65%,木糖醇占总处理剂含量的5%。
优选地,所述碳酸化反应为通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体。
优选地,所述干燥为置于100~110℃烘箱中干燥。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点及有益效果为:
1、本发明通过加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性,使得制得的产品具有较低的吸潮性、优异的加工性能、力学性能、耐黄变等性能。
2、本发明制得的纳米碳酸钙填充硬质PVC后,不仅能够满足填充硬质PVC的增韧需求,还能改善硬质PVC的变黄、变红等色相问题。
3、本发明工艺简单可行,生产成本低,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,容易实现工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明方案进一步详细说明,但不限于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.065,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至25℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至80℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以2.5%的量加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,所述表面活性剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇各占的质量百分比分别为35%、60%、5%,搅拌40min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于100℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
实施例2
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至28℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至75℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以3.0%的量加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,所述表面活性剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇各占的质量百分比分别为40%、55%、5%,搅拌40min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于105℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
实施例3
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(3)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.060,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至30℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(4)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至85℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以2.0%的量加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,所述表面活性剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇各占的质量百分比分别为35%、60%、5%,搅拌45min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于110℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
实施例4
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.065,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至25℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至85℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以3.0%的量加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,所述表面活性剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇各占的质量百分比分别为35%、60%、5%,搅拌60min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于110℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
实施例5
一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至26℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至80℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以2.5%的量加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,所述表面活性剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇各占的质量百分比分别为40%、55%、5%,搅拌40min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于110℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
对比例
(1)将精制石灰乳比重调至1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至26℃,通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至80℃,以碳酸钙干基质量计算以2.5%的量加入硬质酸钠,搅拌40min后,完成表面改性;
(3)将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,置于110℃烘箱中干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
本发明制得的纳米碳酸钙填充硬质PVC
将本发明实施例1-5和对比例制备的纳米碳酸钙均按表1中按配方在高速混合机中预混炼20min,分别经双螺杆挤出机和注塑机进行造粒和注塑,得到PVC塑料测试样品。

对上述PVC塑料测试样品进行产品性能测试,其中拉伸强度测试按GB/T1040.2-2006规定的方法进行;冲击强度按GB/T 1043.1-2006规定的方法进行,用上海昕瑞仪器仪表有限公司的WSB-3A白度计测量测试样品的La*b*值,测试结果如表2所示。

从表2的数据中得知,对比例的WI值(亨特白度)、b*值都和实施例有着巨大的差别,说明对比例的产品比实施例样品要黄得多,一方面由于硬脂酸盐的润滑效果,远远比不上羧基化的聚乙烯蜡,摩擦导致加工温度过高PVC分解,另一方面是由于没有环氧葵花籽油和木糖醇对PVC分解进行抑制。在补强方面,实施例也表现出了较好的效果,说明本发明实施例改性得到的纳米碳酸钙与PVC相容性更好的原因。因此,本发明制备的纳米碳酸钙产品,不仅可以满足填充硬质PVC对增韧的常规需求,还可以有效改善硬质PVC发黄问题,市场应用前景十分广泛。

Claims (5)
1.一种制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将精制石灰乳比重调至1.060~1.070,然后引入鼓泡碳酸化反应釜,石灰乳温度调至25~30℃,通入含二氧化碳的混合气体进行碳酸化反应至pH=7.0,得纳米碳酸钙悬浮液;
将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液加热至75~90℃,加入由羧基化的聚乙烯蜡、环氧葵花籽油及木糖醇复配而成的表面处理剂,搅拌30-60min后,完成表面改性;
将完成表面改性的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液经过压滤脱水,干燥,粉碎,即可得到硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,其特征在于:所述表面处理剂的使用量为碳酸钙干基质量的2.0~3.0%。
3.根据权利要求2所述制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,其特征在于:所述表面处理剂中羧基化的聚乙烯蜡处理剂质量占表面处理剂总量的30~40%,环氧葵花籽油占总处理剂量的55~65%,木糖醇占总处理剂含量的5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,其特征在于:所述碳酸化反应为通入CO2浓度为33%的混合气体。
5.根据权利要求1所述制备硬质PVC用纳米碳酸钙的方法,其特征在于:所述干燥为置于100~110℃烘箱中干燥。
