Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mattress arranging method and device, and more particularly to a method and device for arranging a mattress according to the shape of a user.
Background
The mattress is one of the main factors that the mattress is closely related to sleep, whether the mattress can be matched with the lying and leaning requirements of users and whether the sleep quality is good or not.
The conventional mattress is made of flexible materials such as spring, foam, latex, etc., so that the mattress is generally of a homogeneous structure from the front end to the rear end and can provide soft support for users to lie and lean to improve comfort, when the user lies down, the sinking depth (sinking amount) of different positions of the mattress is the weight corresponding to the part of the human body, for example, the pressure that the subsidence of the upper back and the hip is larger than that of the waist when lying on back, and the subsidence of the upper arm and the hip is larger than that of the waist when lying on side, the subsidence pressure pressing the vertebra will cause improper stress of the vertebra, resulting in different stress of the vertebra when lying and comfortable when the user stands, when lying on the mattress for a long time, discomfort and damage to the health of the spine are easy to occur, and if the spine of the lying person is not bent properly, the spine is pressed and uncomfortable, so that the sleep quality is greatly influenced.
In order to improve the above situation, a hard cushion block is respectively fixed at the front and back positions corresponding to the upper back and the hip of the human body above the mattress, a soft cushion block is fixed at the position of the center corresponding to the lower waist, and the improper stress of the spine of the user can be provided when the user lies and leans on the mattress.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solve at least one of the problems of the prior art, and provides a mattress arranging method and device, which can customize a mattress according to a customer.
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a mattress alignment method comprising the steps of:
s1, capturing the body shape information of a user;
s2, arranging a mattress arranging device, wherein the mattress arranging device is provided with a material preparing area, a mattress area and a grabbing arm capable of automatically moving;
s3, arranging a plurality of cushion blocks with different hardness in a material preparation area;
s4, the mattress arrangement device receives the body shape information of the user, and the grabbing arm is made to move to correspondingly grab the cushion blocks of the plurality of material preparation areas and arrange the cushion blocks at the position of the mattress area to form the mattress.
Preferably, in the step S1, the human body is photographed in the forward and lateral directions by the photographing method, and the shape of the spine of the human body, the amount of sinking of the mattress by lying on the back, and the amount of sinking of the mattress by lying on the side are calculated.
Preferably, the mattress arranging device of step S2 includes a frame, a controller, and a grasping arm device, wherein the frame includes a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of horizontal frames, the center includes a material preparation area and a mattress area, and at least one horizontal axis is disposed between the material preparation area and the mattress area; the material preparation area can be arranged with pads of different hardness; the controller receives the information of the user's body shape; the gripping arm device is electrically connected with the controller and is provided with a lifting seat, a transmission device, a rotating shaft and a gripping arm, wherein the lifting seat is arranged on the transverse shaft and is electrically connected with the controller; the transmission device is electrically connected with the controller, and the lifting seat is controlled by the transmission device to move on the transverse shaft; the rotating shaft is arranged on the lifting seat and is electrically connected with the controller; the grabbing arm is connected with the rotating shaft, and the controller can control the grabbing arm to move in the material preparing area or the mattress area and arrange the cushion blocks.
Preferably, the mattress arranging device of step S2 includes a frame, a controller, and a grasping arm device, wherein the frame includes a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of horizontal frames, the central material preparation area and the mattress area are further provided with a horizontal axis and two longitudinal axes, the two longitudinal axes are parallel to each other and are disposed in the material preparation area, and the horizontal axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is driven by a driving device to move on the longitudinal axis; the material preparation area can be arranged with pads of different hardness; the controller receives the information of the user's body shape and is electrically connected with the driving device; the gripping arm device is electrically connected with the controller and is provided with a lifting seat, a transmission device and a gripping arm, and the lifting seat is arranged on the cross shaft and is electrically connected with the controller; the transmission device is electrically connected with the controller, and the lifting seat is controlled by the transmission device to move on the transverse shaft; the grabbing arm is connected with the lifting seat, and the controller can control the grabbing arm to move in the material preparing area or the mattress area and arrange the cushion blocks.
Preferably, the pad of step S3 can be made of sponge or foam, the pad can be a rectangular block, and a plurality of pads with the same hardness are stacked up and down to form a pad area, and the material preparation area has a plurality of pad areas with different hardness and are arranged in series.
Preferably, the mattress area of step S4 has a pair of lower pads below the mattress area corresponding to the area of the mattress, and an expandable and closable upper pad above the lower pads, the upper pad having an area corresponding to the area of the mattress and being made of a material softer than the pad, and the pad being disposed between the upper and lower pads.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
s5 the user leans on the mattress to confirm and then moves the grasping arms to sequentially grasp the pads of the plural mattress areas and return to the original positions of the material preparing area.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mattress arranging apparatus for arranging a plurality of mattress blocks having different hardness on a mattress, comprising:
a frame, which is composed of a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of transverse frames, wherein the center of the frame is provided with a material preparation area and a mattress area, and a transverse shaft is arranged between the material preparation area and the mattress area; the material preparation area can be arranged with pads of different hardness;
a controller for receiving the information of the user's body shape;
the grabbing arm device is electrically connected with the controller and is provided with a lifting seat, a transmission device, a rotating shaft and a grabbing arm, wherein the lifting seat is arranged on the transverse shaft and is electrically connected with the controller; the rotating shaft is arranged on the lifting seat and is electrically connected with the controller, and the grabbing arm is connected with the rotating shaft, so that the controller can control the grabbing arm to move in the material preparation area or the mattress area and arrange the cushion blocks.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mattress aligning apparatus for aligning a plurality of mattress blocks of different hardness on a mattress, comprising:
a frame, which is composed of a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of horizontal frames, wherein the center of the frame is provided with a material preparation area and a mattress area, and is also provided with a horizontal shaft and two longitudinal shafts, the two longitudinal shafts are arranged in the material preparation area in parallel, and the horizontal shaft is vertical to the longitudinal shafts and is driven by a driving device to move on the longitudinal shafts; the material preparation area can be arranged with pads of different hardness;
a controller for receiving the information of the user's body shape and electrically connected to the driving device;
the grabbing arm device is electrically connected with the controller and is provided with a lifting seat, a transmission device and a grabbing arm, and the lifting seat is arranged on the transverse shaft and is electrically connected with the controller; the transmission device is electrically connected with the controller, and the lifting seat is controlled by the transmission device to move on the transverse shaft; the grabbing arm is connected with the lifting seat, and the controller can control the grabbing arm to move in the material preparing area or the mattress area and arrange the cushion blocks.
Preferably, the cushion block is made of sponge or foam, and a plurality of cushion blocks with the same hardness are stacked up and down to form a cushion block area, and the material preparation area is provided with a plurality of cushion block areas with different hardness and are continuously arranged; the mattress area has a pair of lower cushions corresponding to the area of the mattress, and an upper cushion which can be unfolded and covered is arranged above the lower cushions, the area of the upper cushion approximately corresponds to the area of the mattress, and the upper cushion can be made of a material which is softer than the cushion blocks, and the cushion blocks can be arranged between the upper cushion and the lower cushion.
The invention can arrange the mattress rapidly and provide different parts of the body to be supported by the corresponding cushion blocks when a user lies on the upper cushion, and the mattress can be matched with the spine shape depression of the user, thereby avoiding pressing the spine to improve the sleep quality and the spine health during long-time sleep.
The invention can not only manufacture the mattress, but also provide customized experience, and a user can quickly arrange the mattress corresponding to the body shape by the mattress arranging device according to the steps of the invention, and can provide trial lying to confirm whether the hardness of different positions of the mattress meets the requirements, and if the hardness meets the comfort requirements, the customized mattress can be manufactured according to the specification.

In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the orientation or positional relationship referred to in the description of the orientation, such as the upper, lower, front, rear, left, right, etc., is based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and is only for convenience of description and simplification of description, and does not indicate or imply that the device or component referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the mattress arrangement method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, capturing the body shape information of a user;
s2, arranging a mattress arranging device, wherein the mattress arranging device is provided with a material preparing area, a mattress area and a grabbing arm capable of automatically moving;
s3, arranging a plurality of cushion blocks with different hardness in a material preparation area;
s4, the mattress arrangement device receives the body shape information of the user, and the grabbing arm is made to move to correspondingly grab the cushion blocks of the plurality of material preparation areas and arrange the cushion blocks at the position of the mattress area to form the mattress.
The information of the user 'S body shape captured in step S1 is captured by the capturing method of forward and lateral capturing of the human body, and the shape of the human body' S spine, the amount of subsidence of the mattress when lying on the back, and the amount of subsidence of the mattress when lying on the side are calculated.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the mattress arranging apparatus of the aforementioned step S2 of the present invention comprises a frame 1, a controller 2, and a grasping arm device 3, wherein the frame 1 comprises a plurality of vertical frames 11 and a plurality of horizontal frames 12, the center of the frame has a material preparation area 4 and a mattress area 5 adjacent to each other, and a horizontal shaft 13 is further disposed, the horizontal shaft 13 is disposed between the material preparation area 4 and the mattress area 5; the controller 2 receives the information of the user's body shape; the material preparation section 4 can be arranged with pads 41 of different hardness.
The gripping arm device 3 is electrically connected with the controller 2 and is provided with a lifting seat 31, a transmission device 32, a rotating shaft 33 and a gripping arm 34, and the lifting seat 31 is arranged on the transverse shaft 13 and is electrically connected with the controller 2; the transmission device 32 is electrically connected with the controller 2, and the lifting seat 31 can move on the horizontal shaft 13 under the control of the transmission device 32; the rotating shaft 33 is arranged on the lifting seat 31 and is electrically connected with the controller 2; the gripping arm 34 is connected to the rotating shaft 33, and the controller 2 controls the transmission device 32 to position the lifting seat 31 at the selected pad 41 position, and then rotates the rotating shaft 33 to position the gripping arm 34 at the material preparation area 4 or the mattress area 5 position.
The pad 41 of the aforementioned step S3 of the present invention can be made of sponge, foam or other materials, the pad 41 can be a rectangular block, and a plurality of pads 41 with the same hardness are stacked up and down to form a pad area 42, and the material preparation area 4 has a plurality of pad areas 42 with different hardness, which are arranged in series, and can facilitate the mattress arrangement device to grab the pad 41 with the set hardness.
The lower part of the aforementioned mattress area 5 of the present invention has a lower mattress 51 corresponding to the area of the mattress, the lower mattress 51 can be a spring mattress or a mattress with fixed hardness, and an upper mattress 52 capable of being unfolded and closed is disposed above the lower mattress 51, the area of the upper mattress 52 approximately corresponds to the area of the mattress and can be made of a material softer than the mattress 41, and the mattress 41 can be disposed between the upper and lower mattresses 52, 51.
As shown in fig. 4, the controller 2 controls the transmission device 32 to position the lifting seat 31 at the selected position of the pad 41, moves the lifting seat 31 downward to make the gripping arm 34 grip the pad 41 and then move the gripping arm 34 upward as shown in fig. 5, rotates the rotating shaft 33 to make the gripping arm 34 at the position of the mattress area 5 as shown in fig. 6, moves the lifting seat 31 to the set arrangement position as shown in fig. 7, moves the gripping arm 34 downward to make the pad 41 arranged at the set position of the mattress area 5 as shown in fig. 8, and moves the gripping arm 34 to the material preparation area 4 as shown in fig. 9 to repeat the above-mentioned operations to form a mattress matching the shape of the user.
Referring to fig. 10, the upper cushion 52 can be covered on the cushion block 41 after arrangement, and different parts of the body of the user can be supported by the cushion block 41 with appropriate hardness when the user lies on the upper cushion 52 as shown in fig. 11, and the mattress can be matched with the spine shape recess of the user, so that the spine can be prevented from being pressed to improve the sleep quality and the spine health during long-time sleep.
The invention can not only manufacture the mattress, but also provide customized experience, a user can quickly correspond to the mattress with the shape by the mattress arranging device according to the steps of the invention, and can provide trial lying to confirm whether the hardness of different positions of the mattress meets the requirement, if the hardness meets the requirement, the mattress can be directly packaged according to the specification or a customized mattress with the specification can be manufactured additionally.
When the pad 41 in the stock preparation area 4 is mainly used for experience, the present invention can add the following steps to the method: s5 the user leans on the mattress to confirm and then moves the grasping arms to sequentially grasp the pads of the plural mattress areas and return to the original positions of the material preparing area.
The aforementioned step S5 of the present invention can provide different users with the method and apparatus of the present invention to sequentially experience the most suitable customized mattress, and the present invention can provide a plurality of different users with experience and confirm the mattress corresponding to their body shapes, so as to have better popularization effect.
Please refer to fig. 12 and 13, which are similar to the structure shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the main difference is that there is no rotating shaft, the frame 1 has two parallel longitudinal axes 14 in the material preparation area 4, the horizontal axis 13 can move along the longitudinal axes 14 and is driven by the driving device 35 to move, the driving device 35 is controlled by the controller 2, the grabbing arm 34 is connected with the lifting seat 31, and the lifting seat 31 and the grabbing arm 34 can move to the material preparation area 4 to take the pad 41 and then move to the pad area 5 to arrange the pad 41, and can move in X, Y, Z axes, and can achieve the effect of mattress arrangement.
In summary, the present invention can be used for quickly arranging mattresses according to the needs of users, improving sleeping quality, and providing customized experience effects for different users, and the foregoing embodiments are illustrative of the present invention and not limiting, and all equivalent changes according to the spirit of the present invention should also fall within the scope of the present invention.
