Abstract
本发明涉及软包装材料技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法,其中,所述聚酰胺薄膜为3层结构,依次为上表层、芯层、下表层;所述上表层和下表层均包括以下制备原料:聚苯硫醚、尼龙、增韧剂、相容剂、热稳定剂、无机粒子、爽滑剂、开口剂;所述芯层包括以下制备原料:共聚尼龙、MXD6‑PA66共聚物、聚苯硫醚、改性聚苯硫醚、相容剂、热稳定剂。采用本发明制备的聚酰胺薄膜具有优异的耐热性、耐化学性能、尺寸稳定性、低吸水性、阻燃性能、阻隔性能及韧性等特点,可广泛应用于电子产品等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及软包装材料技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技进步和社会的发展,人们对新技术和新材料的开发、应用越来越广泛,对电子、电器绝缘材料的要求越来越高,尤其是具有高温耐热性、耐水解性的电绝缘材料,同时又具有低吸水性和低吸潮性的新材料。
聚酰胺薄膜因具有拉伸强度大、阻隔性高、耐冲击强度大、耐热耐寒性好、电绝缘性能佳等优良特点,而广泛应用于食品包装、电子包装、医药包装等众多行业和领域。
但聚酰胺薄膜也存在着如下问题:耐热性不高、低尺寸稳定性、易吸水、吸湿和阻燃性差;由于这方面的缺陷存在,限制了聚酰胺薄膜在一些领域的应用,比如电子产品包装等。
而聚苯硫醚薄膜具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性,同时还具有阻燃、绝缘、良好的力学性能和尺寸稳定性而备受关注。
近些年来,高性能聚苯硫醚薄膜得到较为广泛应用,尤其在一些对环境条件要求比较高的,如潮湿环境和化学药品易腐蚀的环境,甚至电子辐射的环境,同时作为电子密封材料应用于电子元件,还可以用于机械密封的密封材料,为此许多研究人员致力于聚苯硫醚薄膜的研究。
聚苯硫醚薄膜具有优异的耐热性,阻燃性、刚性、耐化学试剂、电绝缘性优异、吸湿性低等特点,同时,还具有较低的介电常数,在高温高湿环境下具有优异的绝缘性;尤其适合用于电器和电子仪器、机械部件、汽车部件等。
因此,将其与聚酰胺相结合,有望制备出一种具有高温耐热性、阻燃的电绝缘材料,同时又具有低吸水性和低吸潮性的新薄膜材料,解决聚酰胺薄膜存在的问题,实现在电子产品包装等领域的应用。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,所述聚酰胺薄膜为3层结构,依次为上表层、芯层、下表层;
其中,所述上表层和下表层均包括以下制备原料:聚苯硫醚、尼龙、增韧剂、相容剂、热稳定剂、无机粒子、爽滑剂、开口剂;
所述芯层包括以下制备原料:共聚尼龙、MXD6-PA66共聚物、聚苯硫醚、改性聚苯硫醚、相容剂、热稳定剂。

在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体、环氧树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物和丙烯酸接枝聚苯硫醚中的一种或多种。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的无机粒子为经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理后的碳酸镁、氧化铝、碳酸钙、硅藻土、滑石粉、硫酸钡、高岭石、二氧化钛、硅石灰、二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺、硅酮粉、硅油、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡中的一种或多种。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的开口剂为气相法二氧化硅或者沉淀法二氧化硅。

在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述上表层和下表层中聚苯硫醚的熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min,熔点为265~290℃;所述芯层中的聚苯硫醚为共聚聚苯硫醚,熔点为240~265℃。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述尼龙为尼龙6,尼龙46,尼龙56,尼龙510,尼龙66,MXD6,尼龙69,尼龙610,尼龙611,尼龙612,尼龙1012,尼龙11,尼龙12,尼龙1212,尼龙6T,尼龙6I/6T,尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物,尼龙9T,尼龙10T,尼龙12T中的一种或多种。

在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述上表层和下表层中尼龙在基体中的分散粒径为10~400nm。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的无机粒子粒径为0.01~4μm。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的表层厚度为1.5~6μm,所述聚酰胺薄膜厚度为10~30μm。
本发明还提供一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将上表层、芯层和下表层中各组分分别进行混合,并进行搅拌,所述搅拌优选为通过高速搅拌机进行搅拌分散均匀;
第二步:将上表层、芯层和下表层的原料分别通过各自的挤出机熔融挤出,经过T型模头流出,并在冷辊上冷却,形成未拉伸片材;
第三步:将未拉伸片材在60~140℃下进行分步或同步拉伸,得到薄膜,所述拉伸倍率优选为2.6*2.6~3.5*3.5;
第四步:将拉伸后的薄膜在150~210℃下进行热定型,所述定型时间优选为5~20s,松弛率优选为3%,并对薄膜的至少一个表面进行电晕处理,然后收卷,最后得到所述的聚酰胺薄膜,所述聚酰胺薄膜厚度优选为10~30μm。
本发明提供的一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜及其制备方法与现有的技术相比,具有以下技术原理和有益效果:
1、本发明中通过在聚苯硫醚中添加热塑性的尼龙材料、增韧剂和无机粒子,可提高其韧性和强度;同时,通过添加相容剂,可改善尼龙材料和无机粒子与基体聚苯硫醚之间的界面结合力,将其制备成薄膜表层时,可充分发挥其优异的耐热性、阻燃性和低吸水性;在基体中添加尼龙材料和相容剂,可以提高表层与芯层的相容性及粘结性;使用爽滑剂和开口剂,可以提高薄膜表面的爽滑性及降低薄膜间的粘结性,提高薄膜的收卷性能。
2、芯层采用共聚尼龙和相容剂,可以提高共聚尼龙与聚苯硫醚的相容性,提高薄膜的柔韧性、耐穿刺性能,以及芯层与表层的相容性及粘结性;添加改性聚苯硫醚,与聚苯硫醚相容性好,而且可以进一步提高阻燃性;MXD6-PA66共聚物的加入可以在提高薄膜耐热性能、尺寸稳定性的基础上,并赋予薄膜优异的氧气等气体阻隔性和极低的吸水率。
3、采用本方法制备的聚酰胺薄膜具有优异的耐热性、耐化学性能、尺寸稳定性、低吸水性、阻燃性能、阻隔性能及韧性等特点,可广泛应用于电子产品等领域。

在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述上表层和下表层中聚苯硫醚的熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min,熔点为265~290℃;所述芯层中的聚苯硫醚为共聚聚苯硫醚,熔点为240~265℃。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述尼龙为尼龙6,尼龙46,尼龙56,尼龙510,尼龙66,MXD6,尼龙69,尼龙610,尼龙611,尼龙612,尼龙1012,尼龙11,尼龙12,尼龙1212,尼龙6T,尼龙6I/6T,尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物,尼龙9T,尼龙10T,尼龙12T中的一种或多种。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述热稳定剂为高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐、蓖麻油磷酸酯盐、铜盐热稳定剂中的一种或多种。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述上表层和下表层中尼龙在基体中的分散粒径为10~400nm。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的无机粒子粒径为0.01~4μm。
在上述方案的基础上,优选地,所述的表层厚度为1.5~6μm,所述聚酰胺薄膜厚度为10~30μm。
本发明还提供一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将上表层、芯层和下表层中各组分分别进行混合,并进行搅拌,所述搅拌优选为通过高速搅拌机进行搅拌分散均匀;
第二步:将上表层、芯层和下表层的原料分别通过各自的挤出机熔融挤出,经过T型模头流出,并在冷辊上冷却,形成未拉伸片材;
第三步:将未拉伸片材在60~140℃下进行分步或同步拉伸,得到薄膜,所述拉伸倍率优选为2.6*2.6~3.5*3.5;
第四步:将拉伸后的薄膜在150~210℃下进行热定型,所述定型时间优选为5~20s,松弛率优选为3%,并对薄膜的至少一个表面进行电晕处理,然后收卷,最后得到所述的聚酰胺薄膜,所述聚酰胺薄膜厚度优选为10~30μm。
本发明还提供如下所述实施例:
实施例1
上表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为65.6%,尼龙6的质量百分比含量为20%,热塑性弹性体的质量百分比含量为8%,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体的质量百分比含量为5%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.2%,碳酸镁的质量百分比含量为0.5%,芥酸酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.2%,气相法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
芯层的组成为:共聚尼龙6/66的质量百分比含量为61.9%,MXD6-PA66共聚物的质量百分比含量为10%,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为5%,有机硅接枝改性聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为20%,环氧树脂的质量百分比含量为3%,蓖麻油磷酸酯盐的质量百分比含量为0.1%。
下表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为78%,尼龙510的质量百分比含量为12%,热塑性弹性体的质量百分比含量为5%,丙烯酸接枝聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为3%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.2%,滑石粉的质量百分比含量为1%,油酸酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.3%,气相法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
其中,上表层的厚度为1.5μm;芯层的厚度为12μm;下表层的厚度为1.5μm。
根据上述各层结构的组分,按照前述制备方法制备得到。
实施例2
上表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为75.8%,尼龙610的质量百分比含量为15%,聚酰胺类弹性体的质量百分比含量为3%,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体的质量百分比含量为4%,蓖麻油磷酸酯盐的质量百分比含量为0.5%,硅藻土的质量百分比含量为1%,亚乙基双硬脂酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.2%,沉淀法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
芯层的组成为:共聚尼龙66/6的质量百分比含量为45.9%,MXD6-PA66共聚物的质量百分比含量为25%,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为10%,多端基多面体倍半硅氧烷接枝改性聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为15%,丙烯酸接枝聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为4%,铜盐热稳定剂的质量百分比含量为0.1%。
下表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为75.5%,尼龙12的质量百分比含量为12%,共聚尼龙的质量百分比含量为5%,乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的质量百分比含量为5%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.2%,氧化铝的质量百分比含量为1.5%,芥酸酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.3%,气相法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
其中,上表层的厚度为2μm;芯层的厚度为10μm,下表层的厚度为3μm。
根据上述各层结构的组分,按照前述制备方法制备得到。
实施例3
上表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为81.6%,尼龙11的质量百分比含量为10%,共聚尼龙的质量百分比含量为4%,环氧树脂的质量百分比含量为3%,铜盐热稳定剂的质量百分比含量为0.2%,硫酸钡的质量百分比含量为0.5%,聚乙烯蜡的质量百分比含量为0.2%,沉淀法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
芯层的组成为:共聚尼龙66/6T的质量百分比含量为48.9%,MXD6-PA66共聚物的质量百分比含量为20%,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为15%,石墨烯原位聚合改性聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为10%,乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的质量百分比含量为6%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.1%。
下表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为73%,尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物的质量百分比含量为12%,热塑性弹性体的质量百分比含量为8%,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体的质量百分比含量为5%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.2%,碳酸钙的质量百分比含量为1%,硅酮粉的质量百分比含量为0.3%,沉淀法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
其中,上表层的厚度为4μm;芯层的厚度为6μm,下表层厚度为5μm。
根据上述各层结构的组分,按照前述制备方法制备得到。
对比例1
市售15μm BOPA薄膜。
对比例2
上表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为70.1%,尼龙612的质量百分比含量为18%,聚酰胺类弹性体的质量百分比含量为6%,乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的质量百分比含量为3.5%,蓖麻油磷酸酯盐的质量百分比含量为0.8%,碳酸钙的质量百分比含量为0.8%,聚乙烯蜡的质量百分比含量为0.4%,沉淀法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.4%。
芯层的组成为:共聚尼龙6/10的质量百分比含量为70.2%,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为10%,有机硅接枝改性聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为15%,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体的质量百分比含量为4%,铜盐热稳定剂的质量百分比含量为0.8%。
下表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为81.5%,尼龙6的质量百分比含量为10%,热塑性弹性体的质量百分比含量为3%,环氧树脂的质量百分比含量为3%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.8%,硅石灰的质量百分比含量为0.8%,油酸酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.5%,气相法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.4%。
其中,上表层的厚度为1.5μm;芯层的厚度为11μm,下表层的厚度为2.5μm。
根据上述各层结构的组分,按照前述制备方法制备得到。
对比例3
上表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为73.8%,尼龙6的质量百分比含量为15%,共聚尼龙的质量百分比含量为4%,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体的质量百分比含量为4.5%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为0.8%,硅藻土的质量百分比含量为1%,聚乙烯蜡的质量百分比含量为0.4%,沉淀法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.5%。
芯层的组成为:共聚尼龙66/6I的质量百分比含量为75%,MXD6-PA66共聚物的质量百分比含量为20%,环氧树脂的质量百分比含量为4%,高碳醇磷酸酯钠盐的质量百分比含量为1%。
下表层的组成为:聚苯硫醚的质量百分比含量为76.5%,尼龙66质量百分比含量为12%,热塑性弹性体的质量百分比含量为5%,乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物的质量百分比含量为4%,蓖麻油磷酸酯盐的质量百分比含量为0.8%,高岭石的质量百分比含量为0.8%,油酸酰胺的质量百分比含量为0.5%,气相法二氧化硅质量百分比含量为0.4%。
其中,上表层的厚度为2μm;芯层的厚度为10μm,下表层的厚度为3μm。
根据上述各层结构的组分,按照前述制备方法制备得到。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中的具体参数或一些常用试剂,为本发明构思下的具体实施例或优选实施例,而非对其限制;本领域技术人员在本发明构思及保护范围内,可以进行适应性调整。
将上述实施例和对比例进行相关项目测试,测试方法为
拉伸性能:按照GBT 1040.3-2006标准测试;
阻燃性能:按ANSL-UL94-2009标准测试;
抗穿刺强度:按GB/T10004-2008标准测试;
热收缩率:按GB/T12027-2004标准测试;
饱和吸水尺寸变化率:在25℃,55%湿度的空气中调湿48h为实验条件,测试相同尺寸(长×宽×厚:5cm×5cm×15μm)下样品的饱和吸水尺寸变化率;
氧气透过率:按照ASTM D3985标准测试。
结果如下表所示:

由上表结果可以看出,采用本发明所制备的实施例1-3与对比例1-3以及普通聚酰胺薄膜相比,本发明所生产的聚酰胺薄膜具极低的吸水率以及有更优异的力学性能、阻隔性、尺寸稳定性、耐热性、阻燃的性能。
由上表结果还可以看出,对比例2(芯层中未加入MXD6-PA66)的薄膜在提升了阻燃性能的情况下,还保持了优异的力学性能和尺寸稳定性;对比例3(芯层中未加入聚苯硫醚和改性聚苯硫醚)的薄膜,在提升了阻隔氧气的性能的情况下,还保持了优异的力学性能和尺寸稳定性。
尽管本文中较多的使用了诸如上表层、芯层、下表层等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺薄膜为3层结构,依次为上表层、芯层、下表层;
其中,所述上表层和下表层均包括以下制备原料:聚苯硫醚、尼龙、增韧剂、相容剂、热稳定剂、无机粒子、爽滑剂、开口剂;
所述芯层包括以下制备原料:共聚尼龙、MXD6-PA66共聚物、聚苯硫醚、改性聚苯硫醚、相容剂、热稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于,所述上表层和下表层均包括以下质量分数的原料:
所述芯层包括以下质量分数的原料:
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述共聚尼龙为尼龙6/66,尼龙66/6,尼龙6/10,尼龙66/6T,尼龙6I/6T,尼龙6/6I,尼龙1010/6,尼龙10T/11,尼龙1010/66,尼龙66/610,尼龙1010/66/610,尼龙6/66/610,尼龙6/611,尼龙6/66/12,尼龙66/6I,尼龙66/6T/6I的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂为热塑性弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体,共聚尼龙中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯类弹性体、环氧树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、丙烯酸接枝聚苯硫醚中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述的无机粒子为经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理后的碳酸镁、氧化铝、碳酸钙、硅藻土、滑石粉、硫酸钡、高岭石、二氧化钛、硅石灰、二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚苯硫醚为线性聚苯硫醚;所述上表层和下表层中聚苯硫醚的熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min,熔点为265~290℃;所述芯层中的聚苯硫醚为共聚聚苯硫醚,熔点为240~265℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述改性聚苯硫醚为有机硅接枝改性聚苯硫醚、多端基多面体倍半硅氧烷接枝改性聚苯硫醚、石墨烯原位聚合改性聚苯硫醚中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜,其特征在于:所述上表层和下表层中尼龙在基体中的分散粒径为10~400nm,所述无机粒子粒径为0.01~4μm;所述的表层厚度为1.5~6μm,所述聚酰胺薄膜厚度为10~30μm。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的适用于电子产品外包装的聚酰胺薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将上表层、芯层和下表层中各组分分别进行混合,并进行搅拌;
第二步:将上表层、芯层和下表层的原料分别通过各自的挤出机熔融挤出,经过T型模头流出,并在冷辊上冷却,形成未拉伸片材;
第三步:将未拉伸片材在60~140℃下进行分步或同步拉伸,得到薄膜;
第四步:将拉伸后的薄膜在150~210℃下进行热定型,并对薄膜的至少一个表面进行电晕处理,然后收卷,最后得到所述的聚酰胺薄膜。
