Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least to some extent one of the technical problems in the above-described technology. To this end, an object of the present invention is to propose a wiper joint which is not easily disengaged from a wiper arm to which it is adapted.
A second object of the present invention is to propose a wiper blade adapted to the wiper joint.
To achieve the first object of the present invention, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a wiper joint for ensuring connection between a wiper arm and a connection base of a wiper body; the wiper connector comprises an operation part and a connector body, wherein the operation part is provided with a connecting part and two cantilevers, the connecting part is connected to the tops of the two cantilevers, the two cantilevers are respectively opposite to the two side walls of the connector body, the connecting part is integrally connected with the top wall of the connector body, a gap is reserved between the cantilevers and the side wall of the connector body, the cantilevers can elastically deform inwards under the action of external force, and the bottom of the cantilever is provided with a clamping part;
The two side walls of the connector body are respectively provided with two first clamping parts, two resisting parts, two sliding grooves and two second clamping parts from front to back, the first clamping parts are arranged between the clamping parts and the resisting parts, the side walls at least can not transversely and inwards elastically deform in a vertically upward area C, D of the first clamping parts and the second clamping parts, when the connector body is in a locking state, the first clamping hooks and the second clamping hooks respectively slide down along the cantilever and the sliding grooves and move backwards and are respectively reversely buckled on the first clamping parts and the second clamping parts, the first clamping hooks are clamped between the clamping parts and the resisting parts, when the connector body is in an unlocking state, the cantilever is pressed inwards, and the first clamping hooks and the second clamping hooks respectively slide forward to the outer wall of the clamping parts and the sliding grooves of the cantilever.
Based on the design, the cantilever is independent of the connector body, the cantilever can elastically deform, and the connector body cannot elastically deform, so that the first clamping hook and the second clamping hook of the wiper arm can be firmly and reversely buckled on the first clamping part and the second clamping part of the wiper connector, and the wiper connector is not easy to separate.
In addition, the wiper joint according to the embodiment of the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:
The bottoms of the two side walls of the connector body respectively protrude outwards to form two protruding parts, the protruding parts are arranged close to the rear of the second clamping part, the rear ends of the second clamping hooks are abutted against the protruding parts to limit the second clamping hooks, and therefore the front-back movement of the wiper arm relative to the wiper connector is further limited.
The front end of the cantilever is also provided with two pressing pieces outwards in a protruding mode, when the pressing pieces are pressed inwards, the cantilever is arranged along with the pressing pieces in a compressed mode, the pressing pieces can be operated more conveniently, the cantilever is enabled to deform inwards in a compressed mode, and the wiper arm is unlocked from the connector body.
The pressing piece is positioned at the front end of the bottom of the cantilever, the inner side of the front end of the pressing piece is fixed by a supporting piece, the supporting piece consists of a bevel edge and two vertical edges positioned at two sides of the front end of the bevel edge, a gap is formed between each of the bevel edge and the vertical edge and the cantilever at the adjacent side, namely, the cantilever, the bevel edge and the vertical edge are provided with a notch, so that the cantilever is basically in a suspended state with the fixed top, the left side and the right side are independent and are easier to move along with inward compression of the pressing piece without being limited by surrounding attachments, one end of the pressing piece is connected with the top of the vertical edge, the other end of the pressing piece is connected with the front end of the bottom of the cantilever, and when an acting force is applied to the pressing piece, the pressing piece always moves inwards in the horizontal direction, and the phenomenon of leaning and skewing can not occur.
The thickness of the cantilever is smaller than the thickness of the side wall of the joint body, so that the cantilever can be elastically deformed.
The cantilever comprises first inclined planes, the width of each first inclined plane is gradually widened from top to bottom, the distance between the tops of the two first inclined planes is smaller than the distance between the free end faces of the two first clamping hooks, so that the two first clamping hooks can conveniently slide into the first inclined planes, and when the two clamping parts are not elastically deformed inwards in the transverse direction due to external force, the two clamping parts at least block the first clamping hooks in the width direction of the connector body, so that the first clamping hooks are prevented from sliding forwards relative to the connector body.
A second inclined plane is arranged between the first inclined plane and the clamping part. The second inclined plane plays a transitional role, and the first clamping hook plays a role in guiding elastic deformation when sliding into the second inclined plane, so that the first clamping hook can conveniently slide into the bottom end of the clamping part. The bottom of spout is equipped with a chamfer in one side that is close to second clamping portion, makes things convenient for second trip to move backward.
The resisting part is a raised line which is arranged at the bottom of the side wall and extends along the length direction of the side wall. In order to achieve the second object of the present invention, a second aspect of the present invention provides a wiper comprising a wiper body, wherein the wiper body is at least composed of a wiper adhesive tape fixing mechanism, an adhesive tape and a connecting base, the adhesive tape is fixedly arranged below the wiper adhesive tape fixing mechanism, the connecting base is arranged above the middle of the wiper adhesive tape fixing mechanism, both sides of the connecting base are at least provided with pivot matching parts, the wiper further comprises the wiper connector, both side walls of the wiper connector are provided with pivot connecting parts, and the wiper connector can be arranged on the connecting base in a swinging manner along the length direction of the wiper body by means of pivot connection between the pivot connecting parts of both side walls of the wiper connector and the pivot matching parts on the connecting base.
Based on the design, the wiper arm is difficult to separate from the wiper joint in the process of driving the wiper to scrape, so that the quality is reliable and the use is safer.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In order to solve the technical problem that the first hook 11 ́ or the second hook 12 ́ of the swing arm 6 ́ in the prior art are easily separated from the side wall 13 ́ of the wiper joint 7 ́, the present invention adopts the technical scheme that the cantilever 22 and the joint body 1 are separated from each other, the cantilever 22 is elastically deformable, and the side wall 10 of the joint body 1 is not elastically deformable laterally inwards at least in the region C, D matched with the first hook 202 and the second hook 201 of the wiper arm 200, so that the problem that the wiper arm 200 is separated from the side wall 10 of the wiper joint 100 is well solved. In the present invention, the first hook 202 and the second hook 201 of the wiper arm 200 can be firmly fastened to the first clamping portion 13 and the second clamping portion 12 of the wiper joint 100 in the process of driving the wiper M to wipe.

While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In order to better understand the above technical solutions, the following detailed description will refer to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 5, a wiper joint 100 is provided for ensuring connection between a wiper arm 200 and a connection base 303 of a wiper body 300 (see fig. 8), wherein two side wall bottoms of the wiper arm 200 are respectively provided with a first hook 202 and a second hook 201 bent inwards.
Referring to fig. 3-4 and 6, the wiper joint 100 includes an operation member 2 and a joint body 1, the operation member 2 includes a connection portion 21 and two cantilever arms 22, the connection portion 21 is connected to the top of the two cantilever arms 22, the two cantilever arms 22 are respectively opposite to the two side walls 10 of the joint body 1, the connection portion 21 is integrally connected to the top wall 20 of the joint body 1, a gap is formed between the cantilever arms 22 and the side walls 10 of the joint body 1, the cantilever arms 22 can elastically deform inwards under the action of an external force, a locking portion 222 is formed at the bottom of the cantilever arms 22, the gap between the cantilever arms 22 and the side walls 10 of the joint body 1 is formed to enable the cantilever arms 22 to be independent of the joint body 1, in this embodiment, the cantilever arms 22 are only provided with a fixing point at the top, and the thickness of the cantilever arms 22 is relatively thin, so that elastic deformation of the cantilever arms 22 is ensured, and meanwhile, by increasing the thickness of the side walls 10 of the body or adding a plurality of reinforcing ribs on the side walls 10, the body side walls 10 can be prevented from elastically deforming in the region of the first and second easily-hooked portions 202 and second easily hooked portions 201 of the wiper arm 200, and the whole body 200 can not elastically deform in order to be easily hooked by the first hooked portion and second hooked portion 201 and not easily to deform the first hooked body 200.
Referring to fig. 3-6, the joint body 1 is formed by surrounding two side walls 10 and a top wall 20 to form a joint body 1 with a U-shaped cross section, the two side walls 10 have at least one pivot connection portion X, by means of which the wiper joint 100 can be arranged on the connection base 303 in a swinging manner along the length direction of the wiper body 300, the two side walls 10 of the joint body 1 have two first clamping portions 13, two resisting portions 15, two sliding grooves 11 and two second clamping portions 12 from front to back, the first clamping portions 13, the resisting portions 15 and the second clamping portions 12 are all located at the bottom of the side walls 10, the first clamping portions 13 are arranged between the clamping portions 222 and the resisting portions 15, the resisting portions 15 are protruding strips arranged at the bottom of the side walls 10 and extending along the length direction of the side walls, and the design of the protruding strips can limit the first clamping hooks 202 and enhance the strength of the side walls 10 of the joint body 1. The sliding groove 11 is longitudinally arranged at the rear part of the side wall 10 of the connector body 1, the second clamping part 12 is arranged at the rear part of the sliding groove 11, and a chamfer 16 is arranged at one side of the bottom end of the sliding groove 11, which is close to the second clamping part 12, so that the second clamping hook 201 can conveniently move backwards.
Referring to fig. 3-7, the side wall 10 of the joint body 1 is at least in the vertically upward region C, D of the first clamping portion 13 and the second clamping portion 12 and cannot be elastically deformed laterally inward, so that the first clamping hook 202 and the second clamping hook 201 of the wiper arm 200 cannot easily separate from the outlet region C, D, when in the locked state, the first clamping hook 202 and the second clamping hook 201 slide down along the cantilever 22 and the chute 11 and move backward respectively and are reversely buckled on the first clamping portion 13 and the second clamping portion 12 respectively, the first clamping hook 202 is clamped between the clamping portion 222 and the resisting portion 15, and the wiper arm 200 cannot move forward and backward relative to the wiper joint 100, when in the unlocked state, the cantilever 22 is pressed inward, the first clamping hook 202 and the second clamping hook 201 slide forward to the outer wall 222 of the cantilever 22 and the chute 11 respectively, and the clamping portion 222 of the cantilever 22 and the first clamping hook 202 are dislocated from each other, so that the wiper arm 200 can be separated from the outer wall 222 (the upper side of the joint 100 is only required to be pulled up) when the wiper arm 200 is pulled up and the joint 100 is completed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, bottoms of the two side walls 10 of the connector body 1 respectively protrude outwards to form two protrusions 14, the protrusions 14 are disposed immediately behind the second clamping portion 12, and a rear end of the second hook 201 abuts against the protrusions 14 to limit the second hook 201, so that the wiper arm 200 is further limited from moving back and forth relative to the wiper connector 100.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the front end of the cantilever 22 is further provided with two pressing members 23 protruding outwards, when the pressing members 23 are pressed inwards, the cantilever 22 is compressed inwards along with the pressing members 23, and the pressing members 23 can be operated more conveniently to deform the cantilever 22 inwards in a compressed mode, so that the wiper arm 200 is unlocked from the connector body 1. The pressing piece 23 is located at the front end of the bottom of the cantilever 22, the inner side of the front end of the pressing piece 23 is fixed by a supporting piece 24, the supporting piece is composed of a bevel edge 24a and two vertical edges 24b located at two sides of the front end of the bevel edge, the bevel edge 24a and the vertical edges 24b are respectively separated from the cantilever 22 at one side, namely, a gap 25 is formed between the cantilever 22 and the bevel edge 24a and the vertical edges 24b, so that the cantilever 22 is basically in a suspended state with only the top fixed, the left side and the right side are independent, the pressing piece 23 is more easily compressed and moved inwards along with the pressing piece 23 and is not blocked by surrounding attachments, one end of the pressing piece 23 is connected with the top of the vertical edge 24b, the other end of the pressing piece 23 is connected with the front end of the bottom of the cantilever 22, and when acting force is applied to the pressing piece 23, the pressing piece 23 always keeps moving inwards in the horizontal direction, and the leaning skew phenomenon cannot occur.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6-7, the cantilever 22 includes a first inclined surface 221a, the width of the first inclined surface 221a gradually widens from top to bottom, and the distance between the tops of the two first inclined surfaces 221a is smaller than the distance between the free end surfaces of the two first hooks 202, so that the two first hooks 202 slide into the two first inclined surfaces 221a, and when the two locking portions 222 are not elastically deformed laterally inward by an external force, the two locking portions 222 form a barrier to the first hooks 202 at least in the width direction of the connector body 1, so as to prevent the first hooks 202 from sliding forward relative to the connector body 1. A second inclined surface 221b is disposed between the first inclined surface 221a and the retaining portion 222. The second inclined surface 221b plays a role in transition, and the first hook 202 is guided to elastically deform when sliding into the second inclined surface 221b, so that the first hook 202 can slide into the bottom end of the clamping portion 222. The effect of the holding portion 222 is that when the first hook 202 slides into the holding portion 222, the holding portion 222 is elastically bent inwards, after the first hook 202 moves backward to a position, the holding portion 222 is reset to limit the first hook 202 to be separated, and when the first hook 202 is unlocked, the holding portion 222 is compressed and deformed inwards, so that the first hook 202 is not clamped any more, and the first hook 202 can slide forward to the outer wall of the holding portion 222, so that the wiper arm 200 can be separated from the wiper joint 100 only by lifting upwards.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6 and 8-9, a wiper M includes a wiper body 300, where the wiper body 300 is at least composed of a wiper strip fixing mechanism 301, a strip 302 and a connecting base 303, the strip 302 is fixedly disposed below the wiper strip fixing mechanism 301, the connecting base 303 is disposed above the middle of the wiper strip fixing mechanism 301, two sides of the connecting base 303 have at least a pivot matching portion Y, and the wiper joint 100 of embodiment 1 is further included, two side walls 10 of the wiper joint 100 have pivot connection portions X, and the wiper joint 100 can be swingably disposed on the connecting base 303 along the length direction of the wiper body 300 by means of the pivot connection between the pivot connection portions X of two side walls 10 of the wiper joint 100 and the pivot matching portion Y on the connecting base 303.
