Abstract

The existing dump truck can only turn forward, leftwards or rightwards to discharge goods, has complex application environment, particularly has complex material transportation on some construction sites or irrigates and fertilizes green belts at two sides of roads, irrigates and fertilizes nurseries at two sides of a nursery planting base passageway, and needs a dump truck capable of realizing turning in left and right directions. The left end of the front bracket 8 is movably connected with the left end of the corresponding front cross beam 4, and the left end of the rear bracket 9 is movably connected with the left end of the corresponding rear cross beam 5.

The clamping device is provided with two clamping devices, namely a first clamping device and a second clamping device, wherein the base of the specific first clamping device is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the car hopper 1, holes are formed in two ends of the base, the base is fixed on the left side of the bottom of the car hopper 1 through the screw penetrating holes, one end of a clamping plate of the first clamping device is clamped on the left bracket 10, and the tipping bucket is fastened on the overturning bracket. The base of the second clamping device is also arranged on the right bracket 11 through screws, and one end of a clamping plate of the second clamping device is clamped on the right cross beam 7, so that the overturning bracket is fastened on the chassis cross beam. Through first clamping device and second clamping device, guarantee that the car hopper can not take place to rock or side to roll at the transportation material in-process.
