技术领域
本发明涉及服装制造领域,尤其涉及一种具有防雾效果的纤维及其应用的口袋。
背景技术
眼镜在下雨天、雾天或用户哈气时容易产生起雾的现象,对用户佩戴眼镜时的视觉清晰度产生了较大影响,于此基础上出现了防雾喷剂,防雾喷剂通过在镜片表面形成防护层,使得镜片各个部位对光线的反射率相同,实现了防雾效果。
然而,防雾剂在镜片的附着效果通常具有时效性,若在镜片再次发生起雾现象时防雾剂不在身边,用户无法及时对镜片进行防雾处理,也会一定程度上影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
为克服现有的用户无法及时对镜片进行防雾处理的问题,本发明实施例一方面提供了一种具有防雾效果的纤维,所述纤维表面涂覆有微胶囊防雾剂层,所述微胶囊防雾剂层包括若干盛装防雾剂的微胶囊,所述防雾剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.0-16.0%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-5.0%,烷基苯磺酸钠3.0-8.0%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.0-10.0%,聚乙二醇1000 0.5-2.0%,月桂酸聚氧乙烯脂酯1.0-5.0%,烷醇酰胺2.0%-5.0%,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯2.0-15%,卡松0.01-1.0%,余量为去离子水。
进一步,上述所述微胶囊的直径为 1-500μm,所述微胶囊的壁厚为 0.5-150μm。
进一步,上述所述纤维为超细型纤维。

进一步,上述所述口袋还包括设于袋口一侧的擦拭条,所述擦拭条包括可拆卸的连接于所述袋口处的粘接部,以及设于所述粘接部末端的擦拭部,所述擦拭部由所述具有防雾效果的纤维织成,当所述粘接部贴合于所述口袋的袋口处时,所述擦拭部位于所述袋体内。
进一步,上述所述袋口于所述粘接部的对应位置形成有配合部。
进一步,上述所述擦拭部包括自由端,所述擦拭部的宽度在自由端至粘接部的方向上逐渐增加,所述粘接部和配合部为魔术贴。
进一步,上述所述口袋由外至内依次形成有第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,所述第一区域与上衣连接,所述第二区域为位于第一区域和第三区域之间的过渡带,所述第二区域为弹性材质,所述第三区域顶部形成部分所述袋口且所述第三区域由具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
本发明实施例通过在纤维表面涂覆含有微胶囊防雾剂层,微胶囊防雾剂层包括若干盛装防雾剂的微胶囊,微胶囊防雾剂层可通过浸泡、涂刷的方式形成于纤维表面,使得本发明所述的微胶囊具有对应的防雾性能,当用户随身并未携带防雾喷雾时,可通过使用由本发明纤维制作的纤维制品(如衣物、包、手帕等)对镜片进行擦拭,在擦拭过程中,微胶囊破裂流出防雾剂,并均匀覆盖至镜片表面,实现了镜片的防雾性能。同时,由于本发明的防雾剂由微胶囊盛装,防雾剂不易流失或挥发,使得纤维具有较长时间的防雾性能,满足用户的日常需求,本发明的防雾剂成分在具有较好防雾效果的同时,兼具有较好的渗透、分散和抗氧化还原能力,可使织物具有的温暖柔和的特性,保障了织物的亲肤性能。

本发明实施例通过在纤维表面涂覆含有微胶囊防雾剂层,微胶囊防雾剂层包括若干盛装防雾剂的微胶囊,微胶囊防雾剂层可通过浸泡、涂刷的方式形成于纤维表面,使得本发明所述的微胶囊具有对应的防雾性能,当用户随身并未携带防雾喷雾时,可通过使用由本发明纤维制作的纤维制品(如衣物、包、手帕等)对镜片进行擦拭,在擦拭过程中,微胶囊破裂流出防雾剂,并均匀覆盖至镜片表面,实现了镜片的防雾性能。同时,由于本发明的防雾剂由微胶囊盛装,防雾剂不易流失或挥发,使得纤维具有较长时间的防雾性能,满足用户的日常需求,本发明的防雾剂成分在具有较好防雾效果的同时,兼具有较好的渗透、分散和抗氧化还原能力,可使织物具有的温暖柔和的特性,保障了织物的亲肤性能。
第二实施例:
本发明实施例提供了一种口袋,所述口袋全部或部分由上述实施例所述的具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
上述所述口袋包括设于袋体内的翻折巾,所述翻折巾根部连接所述袋口处,且所述翻折巾由所述具有防雾效果的纤维织成。当翻折巾处于收纳状态时,翻折巾处于口袋内部不易发现,保证了衣物的一体化效果,当翻折巾处于使用状态时,用户可以将翻折巾翻出口袋,并对镜片进行擦拭。由于领角与口袋为一体化设计,具有结构简单,制造方便,成本低的优点。
第三实施例:
请参照图1至3所示,与上述第二实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,上述所述口袋1还包括设于袋口一侧的擦拭条2,所述擦拭条2包括可拆卸的连接于所述袋口处的粘接部21,以及设于所述粘接部21末端的擦拭部22,所述擦拭部22由所述具有防雾效果的纤维织成,当所述粘接部21贴合于所述口袋1的袋口处时,所述擦拭部22位于所述袋体内。
在本实施例中,擦拭条2粘接于袋口相对于上衣3的内侧,使得当擦拭条2被从袋口处撕下时,擦拭部22位于用户前方,方便用户对镜片进行擦拭。
上述袋口于所述粘接部21的对应位置形成有配合部11。
上述擦拭部22包括自由端221,所述擦拭部22的宽度在自由端221至粘接部21的方向上逐渐增加。所述粘接部21包括位于下部的粘接面211,所述粘接面211和配合部11为魔术贴。
第四实施例:
请参照图4所示,与上述第二实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,上述所述口袋由外至内依次形成有第一区域4、第二区域5和第三区域6,所述第一区域4与上衣3连接,所述第二区域5为位于第一区域4和第三区域6之间的过渡带,所述第二区域5为弹性材质,所述第三区域6顶部形成部分所述袋口且所述第三区域6由具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明。如上述纤维不仅限于超细纤维,所述超细型纤维的纤维直径不仅限于小于0.9dtex等。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有防雾效果的纤维,其特征在于,所述纤维表面涂覆有微胶囊防雾剂层,所述微胶囊防雾剂层包括若干盛装防雾剂的微胶囊,所述防雾剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.0-16.0%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-5.0%,烷基苯磺酸钠3.0-8.0%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.0-10.0%,聚乙二醇1000 0.5-2.0%,月桂酸聚氧乙烯脂酯1.0-5.0%,烷醇酰胺2.0%-5.0%,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯2.0-15%,卡松0.01-1.0%,余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防雾效果的纤维,其特征在于,所述微胶囊的直径为 1-500μm,所述微胶囊的壁厚为 0.5-150μm。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有防雾效果的纤维,其特征在于,所述纤维为超细型纤维。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有防雾效果的纤维,其特征在于,所述超细型纤维的纤维直径d<0.9dtex。
5.一种口袋,包括袋体和袋口,其特征在于,所述口袋全部或部分由权利要求1至3任一项所述的具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
6.如权利要求5所述的口袋,其特征在于,所述口袋包括设于袋体内的翻折巾,所述翻折巾根部连接所述袋口处,且所述翻折巾由所述具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
7.如权利要求6所述的口袋,其特征在于,所述口袋还包括设于袋口一侧的擦拭条,所述擦拭条包括可拆卸的连接于所述袋口处的粘接部,以及设于所述粘接部末端的擦拭部,所述擦拭部由所述具有防雾效果的纤维织成,当所述粘接部贴合于所述口袋的袋口处时,所述擦拭部位于所述袋体内。
8.如权利要求7所述的口袋,其特征在于,所述袋口于所述粘接部的对应位置形成有配合部。
9.如权利要求8所述的口袋,其特征在于,所述擦拭部包括自由端,所述擦拭部的宽度在自由端至粘接部的方向上逐渐增加,所述粘接部和配合部为魔术贴。
10.如权利要求5所述的口袋,其特征在于,所述口袋由外至内依次形成有第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,所述第一区域与上衣连接,所述第二区域为位于第一区域和第三区域之间的过渡带,所述第二区域为弹性材质,所述第三区域顶部形成部分所述袋口且所述第三区域由具有防雾效果的纤维织成。
