Abstract

The invention provides a limb measuring scale, which comprises a basic graduated scale (1) with graduations and a characteristic part site positioning device (2), wherein the characteristic part site positioning device comprises a sliding limiting device (21) and a graduation observing device (22), and the sliding limiting device (21) can enable the characteristic part site positioning device to be arranged on the basic graduated scale through the sliding limiting device (21) and slide along the basic graduated scale. The measuring ruler disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience, practicability, capability of measuring the limb size of any bending angle, capability of effectively avoiding sliding of the ruler during limb measurement, capability of ensuring measurement accuracy and the like.

The invention relates to the field of clothing processing, in particular to a limb measuring ruler.
Background
The conventional flexible ruler can better measure straight lines, regular fold lines and curve objects, but when measuring limbs of a human body, the ruler often cannot completely fit with the arc line of the body part; when the circumference of the limb part is measured, the characteristic part sites of the convex structure need to be surrounded, and the ruler is easy to slide during measurement, so that measurement errors are caused; when the front and back dimensions of the same part of the limb are compared with the front and back dimensions of different action states of the same part of the limb, the front and back measured position points are often changed due to the morphological change of the limb.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a limb measuring ruler.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a limb measuring scale, wherein the limb measuring scale comprises a basic scale 1 with scales and a characteristic part site positioning device 2, the characteristic part site positioning device comprises a sliding limiting device 21 and a scale observing device 22, and the sliding limiting device 21 can enable the characteristic part site positioning device to be arranged on the basic scale through the sliding limiting device 21 and slide along the basic scale.
It is to be understood that the number of the feature point positioning devices 2 may be 1 or more, and the number may be set according to the measurement requirement.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the "0" scale end of the basic scale 1 is fixedly connected to a feature point positioning device 2.
It is understood that the fastening connection according to the invention may be adhesive, for example, by double sided adhesive tape.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the sliding limiting device 21 is a sliding limiting groove, and the width and the height of the sliding limiting groove are respectively matched with the thickness and the width of the basic scale 1, so that the characteristic point positioning device 2 can slide along the basic scale under the action of manpower through the sliding limiting groove and cannot slide freely along the basic scale under the action of gravity.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the two ends of the basic scale 1 are respectively circular arcs (as shown by the marks 3 and 4 in fig. 1), and the diameter of the circular arcs is the same as the width of the basic scale.
It will be appreciated that the two ends of the basic scale according to the present invention are the head and tail of the basic scale, i.e. the head is the end with the scale "0", and the tail is the end with the scale maximum.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the feature site positioning device 2 is a cylinder (as shown by reference 9 in fig. 3), the diameter of the cylinder is 2-4mm larger than the width of the basic scale 1, the side wall of the cylinder is provided with a through groove penetrating the cylinder transversely to form a sliding limit groove 21, and the top surface of the cylinder on the scale side of the basic scale 1 is made of transparent material to form a scale observation device 22.
It will be appreciated that for convenience and accuracy of measurement, the value of the height of the cylinder is set as small as possible, for example, the ratio of the height of the cylinder to the diameter of the cylinder is 1: (1.2-1.6).
According to some embodiments of the invention, wherein the ratio of the height of the cylinder to the diameter of the cylinder is 1:1.78.
It will be appreciated that the cylinder is topped on the side facing the measuring person when measured (i.e. the circular plane on the scale on the side of the scale) and is bottomed on the side facing away from the measuring person, the height being the perpendicular distance between the top and bottom.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the sliding limit groove 21 (shown as reference numeral 10 in fig. 2) is 0.8-1.5mm greater than the thickness of the basic scale 1 (shown as reference numeral 1 in fig. 5), and the width of the sliding limit groove 21 (shown as reference numeral 11 in fig. 2) is 0.8-1.2mm greater than the width of the basic scale 1 (shown as d 1 in fig. 5 a and d 2+d3 in b).
The height and width of the sliding limiting groove are measured by the vertical placement of the characteristic part site positioning device of the cylinder, namely the vertical placement (upper and lower bottom surfaces) of the axis of the cylinder and the horizontal placement.
According to some embodiments of the invention, wherein the feature site locating apparatus 2 has a bottom thickness (as indicated by reference numeral 12 in fig. 2) of 1-2mm; the thickest part of the side wall (shown as13 in fig. 2) has a thickness of 1-2mm and tapers to 0 toward both ends along the arc of the outer contour of the cylinder side wall (shown as 14 in fig. 3).
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the scale observing apparatus 22 is a convex lens structure (as shown by the reference 15 in fig. 2), and the thickness of the edge of the sliding limiting groove 21 is 0.8-1.2mm, and the thickness of the thickest part in the center is 1.8-2.2mm based on the inner surface of the sliding limiting groove on the scale side.
It is understood that the convex lens structure of the invention means that the upper part of the transverse section of the scale observation device is arc-shaped; the "central thickest portion" refers to the portion with the largest arc height.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in the measurement state, the "0" scale end of the basic scale 1 is fixedly connected with one of the characteristic point positioning devices 2, and the "0" scale of the basic scale is aligned with the center position of the scale observation device 22 (as shown by the reference numeral 16 in fig. 1), and the distances between the edges of the two sides of the basic scale and the inner wall of the sliding limiting groove 21 are respectively 0.4-0.6mm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the distance between the edges of the two sides of the basic scale and the inner wall of the sliding limit groove 21 is 0.5mm respectively.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the scale head edge is aligned with the positioning device edge.
The distance between the edges on the two sides of the basic scale and the inner walls of the sliding limit groove 21 refers to the gap between the two edges in the width direction (i.e. the up-down direction) of the basic scale and the upper and lower inner walls of the sliding limit groove.
The term "up and down" as used herein refers to the direction of the scale surface of the basic scale toward the user, and in the unfolded state (i.e., with the degree of the scale being unfolded in the horizontal direction), as viewed by the user.
It will be appreciated that the term "centered position of the scale viewing device 22" as used herein refers to the center thickest portion of the lenticular structure.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the feature site locating means 2 is provided with adhesive means 23 on the bottom side.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the invention and the advantages achieved by the embodiments are intended to help the reader to better understand the nature and features of the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, ankle joint circumference: the 0 scale of the basic scale 1 is fixedly provided with a characteristic part site positioning device 2, and the tail part of the basic scale 1 passes through a sliding limit groove 21 of the characteristic part site positioning device 2 to be combined. The back surfaces of the two characteristic part site positioning devices 2 are respectively fixed on the inner ankle bone convex points and the outer ankle bone convex points by using double faced adhesive tapes, then the tail parts of the basic graduated scales pass through the second characteristic part site fixing device 2 and then pass through the sliding limit groove 21 of the first characteristic mark site positioning device 2 along the ankle, so that the basic graduated scales form a ring shape (figure 4), the readings on the scale observation device (convex mirror) 22 of the first positioning device are read, and the girth size of the ankle part sites can be obtained and can be used for designing and referencing the girth of the high-upper shoe last design system.
Example 2:
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the foot plantar circumference of a foot in a standing state and a foot-off state is compared by fixedly arranging a characteristic part position locating device 2 at the 0 scale of a basic scale 1, and combining the tail parts of the basic scale 1 by sequentially penetrating through a sliding limit groove 21 of the characteristic part position locating device 2. The two feature point positioning devices 2 are respectively fixed on the backs of the first metatarsophalangeal joint and the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint by using double-sided adhesive tape, then the tail of the basic graduated scale passes through the second feature point fixing device 2, then passes through the sliding limit groove 21 of the first feature point positioning device 2 along the plantar aspect of the foot, forms the basic graduated scale into a ring shape (figure 4), and measures the metatarsophalangeal circumference data in the standing state of the foot. The characteristic part position locating device does not move, the heel of the human foot is lifted, the foot is in a pedal-off state, and the circle data of the metatarsophalangeal under the state is read, so that the circle data change of the same joint part under different states can be compared. The change data can be applied to the circumference design of the plantar toe part of the shoe last.

Claims (7)

A limb measuring scale, characterized in that the limb measuring scale comprises a basic scale (1) with scales and a plurality of characteristic part site positioning devices (2), wherein the characteristic part site positioning devices comprise sliding limiting devices (21) and scale observing devices (22), and the sliding limiting devices (21) can enable the characteristic part site positioning devices to be arranged on the basic scale through the sliding limiting devices (21) and slide along the basic scale; the sliding limiting device (21) is a sliding limiting groove, and the width and the height of the sliding limiting groove are respectively matched with the thickness and the width of the basic graduated scale (1), so that the characteristic part point positioning device (2) can slide along the basic graduated scale through the sliding limiting groove under the action of manpower and cannot slide freely along the basic graduated scale under the action of gravity; the characteristic part locus positioning device (2) is a cylinder, the diameter of the cylinder is 2-4mm larger than the width of the basic graduated scale (1), a through groove transversely penetrating through the cylinder is formed in the side wall of the cylinder to form a sliding limit groove (21), and the top surface of the cylinder on one graduation side of the basic graduated scale (1) is made of transparent materials to form a graduation observation device (22); the height of the sliding limit groove (21) is 0.8-1.5mm larger than the thickness of the basic graduated scale (1), and the width of the sliding limit groove (21) is 0.8-1.2mm larger than the width of the basic graduated scale (1).
