Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a cutting method of a PVC pinch plate, when the method is used for cutting the pinch plate continuously output by a pinch plate extruder to a fixed size, the cutting time can be shortened, the productivity of a pinch plate production line can be improved, the flatness of the cut pinch plate end edge is good, and cutting scraps can not be generated in the cutting process.
The technical proposal adopted for solving the technical problems is that the cutting method of the PVC buckle plate comprises a clamping step, a cutting step, a breaking step and a resetting step,
The clamping step is that a clamp is used for fixing the cutting knife rest and the pinch plate, so that the cutting knife moves synchronously with the pinch plate in the extrusion direction of the pinch plate;
the cutting step is that the cutting knife is transversely fed on the cutting knife rest while synchronously moving with the pinch plate along the extrusion direction, the advancing pinch plate is transversely cut from the upper surface and the lower surface of the pinch plate, an upper transverse notch and a lower transverse notch which are corresponding in position are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the pinch plate, and the upper transverse notch and the lower transverse notch are not communicated;
the breaking step is that the buckle plate is folded along the upper transverse incision and the lower transverse incision in the forward and reverse directions, and the buckle plate is broken along the upper transverse incision and the lower transverse incision;
and the resetting step is to release the clamp, release the fixation and synchronous movement of the cutting knife rest and the pinch plate, move the cutting knife rest to the initial position and finish one-time cutting operation.
As an improvement of the invention, the depth of the upper transverse incision and the lower transverse incision is 0.5-2 mm.
As a further development of the invention, the upper and lower transverse cuts are rolled by a disc-shaped cutter.
As a still further improvement of the invention, in the cutting step, the cutting knife on the upper surface and the lower surface of the buckle plate are in opposite feeding directions.
The invention solves the other technical problem of providing the PVC buckle plate cutting machine, which has the advantages that when the cutting machine is adopted to cut the buckle plates continuously output by the buckle plate extruder to a fixed extent, the cut depth is shallow, the cutting speed is high, the end edges of the cut buckle plates cannot deform, the flatness is good, cutting scraps cannot be generated in the cutting process, and the subsequent printing process cannot be influenced.

The clamping step is that a clamp is used for fixing the cutting knife rest and the pinch plate, so that the cutting knife moves synchronously with the pinch plate in the extrusion direction of the pinch plate;
The cutting step is that the cutting knife moves transversely on the cutting knife rest while synchronously moving along the extrusion direction with the pinch plate, the advancing pinch plate is transversely cut from the upper surface and the lower surface of the pinch plate, an upper transverse notch and a lower transverse notch which are corresponding to each other in position are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the pinch plate, the upper transverse notch and the lower transverse notch are not communicated, the upper transverse notch and the lower transverse notch are formed by rolling a disc-shaped cutter, the cutting knife on the upper surface and the lower surface of the pinch plate is in opposite feeding directions, and the depth of the upper transverse notch and the lower transverse notch is preferably 0.5-2 mm;
the breaking step is that the buckle plate is folded along the upper transverse incision and the lower transverse incision in the forward and reverse directions, and the buckle plate is broken along the upper transverse incision and the lower transverse incision;
and the resetting step is to release the clamp, release the fixation and synchronous movement of the cutting knife rest and the pinch plate, move the cutting knife rest to the initial position and finish one-time cutting operation.
Fig. 1 shows the buckle plate cutter body structure implementing the aforementioned method, and only the cutter position is shown in fig. 1, but the specific structure of the cutter assembly is not shown, for clarity of the machine body structure. The central controller is a programmable central processor for controlling the start and stop, steering and actions of each cylinder of the driving motor. The cutting knife assembly is arranged at a position between the two pinch plate clamping mechanisms, the upper cutting knife guide rail and the lower cutting knife guide rail are perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the PVC pinch plate, and the upper cutting knife and the lower cutting knife are respectively positioned above the pinch plate and below the pinch plate.
