Referring to a bottom plate finished product post-pouring belt of fig. 4-6, the post-pouring belt comprises a semi-closed groove body, a floor plate upper steel bar 2, a floor plate lower steel bar 3, a rubber water stop belt 4, a concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5 and an insertion hole 6, wherein the semi-closed groove body is formed by fully welding stainless steel 1 through argon arc welding, two ends of the top of the semi-closed groove body are respectively provided with an end head extending outwards, two ends of the bottom of the semi-closed groove body are respectively provided with the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5, the height of the semi-closed groove body is equal to the thickness of a design plate, the semi-closed groove body is provided with insertion holes 6, and after the floor plate upper steel bar 2 and the floor plate lower steel bar 3 are symmetrically inserted on the semi-closed groove body through the insertion holes 6, the rubber water stop belt 4 is blocked on the insertion holes 6;
The penetrating holes 6 are symmetrically arranged on the stainless steel 1 of the semi-closed groove body;
the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5 extends outwards for 20cm at the bottom of the semi-closed groove body, and the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5 is 30-45 degrees;
the installation method of the bottom plate finished post-cast strip is shown in fig. 11, and comprises the following specific steps:
1) After the construction drawing passes the trial, measuring the width of the post-cast strip, the length of the post-cast strip, the thickness of the floor surface and the spacing and specification of the reinforcing bars in the floor plate according to the drawing requirement, processing and preparing for later use, preferably making 2-3 m/block, increasing the diameter of the penetrating holes by 2mm according to the size of the reinforcing bars of the drawing, and punching, and constructing the drawing at the position with the same spacing;
2) Paying off according to the drawing position after the waterproof self-checking of the bottom plate cushion layer is finished, inserting wall ribs according to the paying off position, installing a first finished product post-pouring belt, cutting and marking that stainless steel 1 faces the upstream surface, penetrating the outer wall horizontal ribs, hanging and fixing by auxiliary welding such as steel pipes and the like, installing a second block until a semi-closed groove body is formed by 50cm below the top plate surface, installing and fixing according to the ink line position (can be fixed by using universal glue or iron nails, and iron wires are forbidden to be pulled), paying attention to the fact that the overlapping length (20-30 cm) of argon arc welding must be fully welded, and checking and accepting after the welding and installation are finished;
3) After acceptance inspection is qualified, symmetrically inserting the upper reinforcing steel bars 2 of the floor plates and the lower reinforcing steel bars 3 of the floor plates on the semi-closed groove body through insertion holes and binding the reinforcing steel bars, if the construction period is shortened, inserting construction can be performed, but a welded and fixed finished product cannot be disturbed;
4) The inner side of the finished post-pouring belt is required to be tightly plugged by a rubber water stop belt 4 before the concealed acceptance of the upper steel bar 2 of the floor plate and the lower steel bar 3 of the floor plate, concrete slurry water is tightly forbidden to flow into the finished post-pouring belt, the inner side formwork of the finished post-pouring belt is reinforced by an independent formwork (secondary disassembly is avoided), the concealed acceptance is qualified, and the top of the finished post-pouring belt is tightly covered by the formwork (a complete old formwork is recommended);
5) When pouring, the order is noted, the two sides of the post-pouring belt are allowed to be poured simultaneously, the safe distance between the vibrating rod and the finished post-pouring belt is 300-500 cm, the disturbance of the finished post-pouring belt is prevented on the premise of ensuring the compaction of vibration, and meanwhile, when pouring, a worker cannot tread the sealing template, and the worker is specially guarded;
6) After the design age of the post-cast strip is reached, opening the sealing cover template, removing the expanded rubber water stop 4 (whether to remove or not; according to the situation), removing a beam wall template, washing, and checking to be qualified, thus pouring.
Example 3
Referring to the post-pouring strip of the outer wall finished product shown in fig. 7-8, the post-pouring strip comprises a semi-closed groove body, a rubber water stop 4, a concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5, a penetration hole 6, a shear wall reinforcing steel bar 7 and a shear wall lower reinforcing steel bar 8, wherein the semi-closed groove body is formed by fully welding stainless steel 1 through argon arc welding, two ends of the top of the semi-closed groove body are respectively provided with an outwardly extending end, two ends of the bottom of the semi-closed groove body are respectively provided with the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5, the height of the semi-closed groove body is equal to the thickness of the shear wall, the semi-closed groove body is provided with a penetration hole 6, and after the shear wall reinforcing steel bar 7 and the shear wall lower reinforcing steel bar 8 are symmetrically penetrated on the semi-closed groove body through the penetration hole 6, the rubber water stop 4 is blocked on the penetration hole 6;
The penetrating holes 6 are symmetrically arranged on the stainless steel 1 of the semi-closed groove body;
the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5 extends outwards for 20cm at the bottom of the semi-closed groove body, and the concrete shrinkage compensation angle 5 is 30-45 degrees;

3) After acceptance inspection is qualified, symmetrically inserting the steel bars 7 on the shear wall and the steel bars 8 under the shear wall on the semi-closed groove body through the insertion holes and binding the steel bars, if the construction period is shortened, inserting construction can be performed, but a welded and fixed finished product cannot be disturbed;
4) The steel bars 7 on the shear wall and the steel bars 8 under the shear wall are hidden and accepted, the inner side of the finished post-pouring zone is required to be tightly plugged by adopting a rubber water stop belt 4, concrete slurry water is tightly forbidden to flow into the finished post-pouring zone, the inner side support mould of the finished post-pouring zone is reinforced by adopting an independent mould plate (avoiding secondary disassembly) and is hidden and accepted, and the top is tightly sealed by using a mould plate (suggesting to adopt a complete old mould plate);

Claims (5)
