In the existing charging rack, after the battery of the dust collector is stored on the charging rack, the dust collector is easy to fall under the action of external force, even the dust collector falls off wholly, the dust collector is damaged, and the safety of the dust collector in the charging process cannot be guaranteed.

Preferred embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures, which form a part of the present application and are used in conjunction with the embodiments of the present application to illustrate the principles of the present application.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a charging rack, see fig. 2 to 7, including a storage portion, a battery charging portion connected to the storage portion, and a cleaning head assembly portion 7 for placing a spare cleaning head, the cleaning head assembly portion 7 being located at a lower end of the storage portion, a part of the battery charging portion being located at a lower end of the storage portion, and another part being inserted into an inside of the storage portion; the storage part comprises a storage main body and a limiting structure for limiting the battery.
Compared with the prior art, the charging hanger that this embodiment provided is equipped with the limit structure who is used for carrying out spacingly to the battery specially, and when the main part was accomodate in the battery of dust catcher, limit structure can be spacing to the battery, prevents that the battery from becoming flexible or dropping to the security of dust catcher in the charging process has been guaranteed.
In addition, the cleaner is usually required to be equipped with a spare cleaning head, and the charging rack is further provided with a cleaning head assembling part 7 for specially placing the spare cleaning head, so that the spare cleaning head can be conveniently stored.
As for the number of the cleaning head fitting portions 7, illustratively, the number of the cleaning head fitting portions 7 may be two, and the two cleaning head fitting portions 7 may be disposed in parallel and at the lower end of the receiving portion.
In order to improve the fitting stability of the cleaning head, an elastic ring 11 (e.g., a rubber ring) may be provided on the inner wall of the cleaning head fitting part 7 in the circumferential direction, the elastic ring 11 protruding from the inner wall of the cleaning head fitting part 7. When the rubber ring is in contact with the spare cleaning head, the connection between the spare cleaning head and the cleaning head fitting 7 can be increased.

In order to prevent the battery from falling off the storage main body, the opposite sides of the two side plates 5 may be provided with a baffle 6 for limiting the battery, that is, the limiting structure includes the baffle 6 provided on the opposite sides of the two side plates 5, so that when the battery is placed in the storage portion, the baffle 6 can block the battery to prevent the battery from falling off the storage portion. In order for the baffle 6 to fully function as a stop, the length of the baffle 6 may be, for example, at least 1/2 of the length of the side plate 5.

In order to improve the adaptability of the charging rack, the charging rack can adapt to the battery in a certain size range, the inner surface of the side plate 5 can be provided with the elastic protruding part 9, and the size of the accommodating cavity can be properly adjusted through the elastic protruding part 9, so that the charging rack can adapt to the battery in a certain size range, and as long as the width of the battery is not larger than the width of the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity can accommodate the battery, and in addition, certain friction force and supporting force are also present between the battery and the elastic protruding part 9, and the limiting structure can also limit the battery, that is, the limiting structure can also comprise the elastic protruding part 9 arranged on the inner surface of the side plate 5. Specifically, when a battery with a larger size is required to be installed, a user pushes the battery into the storage cavity, the battery contacts with the elastic bulge 9, the elastic bulge 9 is promoted to deform greatly, the elastic bulge 9 is flattened, and the contact area between the two parts is increased; when the battery with smaller size is required to be installed, the deformation of the elastic bulge 9 is smaller, but certain friction force and supporting force still exist between the elastic bulge 9 and the battery, so that the battery can be limited to a certain extent. It should be noted that the length of the elastic protruding portion 9 should be less than or equal to the length of the baffle 6.
The number of the above-described elastic protrusions 9 may be two, for example, and the two elastic protrusions 9 are disposed in parallel.
As for the structure of the elastic protrusion 9, specifically, it may include a rigid protrusion 91 provided on the inner surface of the side plate 5 and an elastic protrusion 92 surrounding the rigid protrusion 91, the rigid protrusion 91 may have a circular arc shape, the elastic protrusion 92 may have a right trapezoid shape, and the right-angle side of the right trapezoid shape is close to the battery charging section, that is, the battery is first in contact with the sloping waist of the right trapezoid shape and then in contact with the right-angle waist of the right trapezoid shape along the insertion direction of the battery. It will be appreciated that the battery of the cleaner may be provided with a recess which mates with the resilient protrusion 92. The rigid protrusion 91 can ensure that the elastic protrusion 9 has a certain mechanical strength, so that the battery is prevented from falling from the storage cavity when the battery is greatly vibrated in the charging process, and in addition, the circular arc-shaped rigid protrusion 91 can facilitate the insertion and extraction of the battery; for the elastic bulge 92, in the process of inserting the battery, the inclined waist of the elastic bulge 92 can play a guiding role in inserting the battery, and when the battery is inserted into the storage cavity, the right-angle waist can clamp the battery due to the mutual matching of the battery and the groove on the battery, so that the battery can be basically prevented from falling off. It should be noted that, when the battery is pulled out, since the elastic protrusion 92 can be deformed appropriately according to the force applied, in practical application, the elastic protrusion 92 does not substantially obstruct the pulling out of the battery, and the user only needs to apply a little force.
To the structure of battery charging portion, specifically, it includes casing 1, power connecting terminal and battery connecting terminal 3, and the power loops through power connecting terminal, power cord and battery connecting terminal 3 and is connected with the battery, and power connecting terminal is located the lower extreme of accomodating the portion, and in the one end of battery connecting terminal 3 inserted casing 1, the other end inserted the accomodating intracavity of accomodating the portion, extend to the inside of accomodating the chamber by the upper end of casing 1.
