A mounting frame 50 is formed on the upper connection base 5, and an axle of the page turning-up wheel 40 extending from the left-right direction is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 50.
The mounting frame 50 comprises a frame body 500 and two support plates 501 which are arranged on the frame body 500 and are provided with mounting grooves recessed downwards from the top, wherein two support plates 501 are arranged, a wheel groove area is formed between the two support plates 501 and the frame body 500, and the page turning wheel 40 is arranged in the wheel groove area from the wheel body and is freely erected in the mounting grooves of the support plates 501 from the left end and the right end of the wheel shaft. Meanwhile, the clutch 7 includes a blocking module 70 fixedly provided on the frame body 500; a connecting shaft 71 having one end portion abutted with the page turning shaft 44 and the other end portion abutted with the left end portion of the wheel shaft 40a of the page turning wheel 40; a connecting piece 72 fixedly provided on the connecting shaft 71, and a torsion spring 73 sleeved on the left end portion of the wheel axle 40a, wherein the connecting shaft 71 and the wheel axle 40a of the page-turning up wheel 40 rotate synchronously when the clutch member 7 is in the engaged state; when the clutch 7 is in the disengaged condition, the connecting piece 72 abuts against the opposite side of the blocking module 70, and the axle 40a of the up-turning wheel 40 is idly disposed with respect to the connecting shaft 71.
Specifically, the blind 2 has two limiting turning angles, and when two torsion arms of the torsion spring 73 are abutted against the connecting sheet 72 from one torsion arm and the blocking module 70 from the other torsion arm, the blind is in a turning limiting angle state; when one of the two torsion arms of the torsion spring 73 presses the connecting piece 72 on the side of the blocking module 70, the connecting piece is in the other turning limit angle state, wherein when the blind 2 is in any limit turning angle position, the torsion arm of the torsion spring 70 lifts up from the wheel axle 40a of the page turning-up wheel 40 and loosens, and the wheel axle 40a of the page turning-up wheel 40 is rotatably arranged relative to the torsion spring 73 when the sliding seat c is driven to lift.
In this example, the angle formed between the two torsion arms of the torsion spring is about 30 °, and the limit position is obtained after the page turning wheel rotates forward or backward by 330 °. The shutter is shown in a state of two different limit positions by combining the figures 2 and 3, and the retraction of the shutter is not influenced in the overturning process.
Specifically, a connection bracket plate 502 having a mounting groove recessed downward from the top is further provided at the left end portion of the bracket body 500, and a left side portion of the connection shaft 71 is rotatably mounted in the mounting groove of the connection bracket plate 502, and a right end portion of the connection shaft 71 is inserted into the left end portion of the wheel axle 40 a.
The connecting piece 72 includes a ring piece 720 fixed to the connecting shaft 71, and an extending piece 721 extending from one side of the ring piece 720 in the longitudinal direction of the connecting shaft 71, wherein the ring piece 720 is located between the connecting frame plate 502 and the left end face of the wheel shaft 40a, and when the blind 2 is at a limit turning angle, the extending piece 721 abuts against the blocking module 70 from the side in the longitudinal direction.
In this example, the blocking module 70 is a blocking plate fixed to the frame body 500, which is positioned below the left end portion of the wheel shaft 40a of the page-up wheel 40 after being mounted, and extends along the length direction of the wheel shaft 40 a.
Meanwhile, the right end portion of the blocking plate is fixed on the bracket plate 501, a gap is formed between the left end portion and the connection frame plate 502, and the ring piece 720 is rotatably disposed at the gap around the axis of the connection shaft 71. Further limiting the movement of the connecting shaft in the axial direction.

The slide 61 includes a slide body 610, and a slider 611 mated with the slide groove 60a and fixed to the slide body 610.
The elastic assembly 62 includes a guide rod 620 fixed in the chute 60a and extending along the length direction of the chute 60a, a spring 621 sleeved on the periphery of the guide rod 620 and having two ends abutting between the sealing plate 60b and the sliding block 611, and a limit rod 622 intercepted at the bottom of the chute 60a to block the sliding block 611 from sliding out of the chute 60a, wherein the sliding block 611 is provided with an avoidance through hole for the guide rod 620 to penetrate. By providing the elastic assembly 62, a corresponding tensioning capability can be provided regardless of the season, thereby ensuring that the page turning cords are always in a relatively tensioned state, and therefore, the turning of the blind is very stable.
In summary, the present embodiment has the following technical advantages:
1. through the separation and the switching of the engagement state of the clutch piece, the page turning wheel idles along with the movement of the page turning stay rope in the retraction process, thereby reducing the abrasion of the rope pulley and prolonging the service life of the rope pulley, according to the test of the applicant, the service life of the rope pulley is 40 years, that is, the rope pulley basically does not need to be replaced halfway, so the use cost is very low;
2. the combination of the movable pulley and the movable pulley ensures that the blind is labor-saving in the moving process and is convenient and fast to operate;
3. the shutter curtain is turned over and folded and unfolded, so that the shutter curtain can be turned over and unfolded, the structure of the product is further simplified, the cost is greatly reduced, and the amplification of the assembly efficiency of the product is facilitated;
4. through the setting of elastic component for no matter what season, can provide corresponding tensioning ability, thereby guarantee to turn over the page stay cord and be in relative tensioning state always, consequently, the upset of blind is very stable.

Claims (7)
1. A built-in sun-shading hollow blind, comprising:
a hollow glass comprising glass, a first frame positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the glass, and a second frame positioned at the left side and the right side of the glass;
a blind;
the shutter control device comprises a shutter blade retracting mechanism and a shutter blade turning mechanism, wherein the shutter blade retracting mechanism comprises a first inner magnet sliding block which is positioned in the hollow glass and is arranged in a sliding manner along the length direction of the second frame, a movable pulley connected to the upper part of the first inner magnet sliding block, at least two lifting pull ropes, lifting pulleys, fixed pulleys and a first outer magnet sliding block, wherein the lifting pulleys are positioned above the shutter and are in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting pull ropes, and the first outer magnet sliding block is positioned outside the glass and is used for driving the first inner magnet sliding block to slide;
the blade turning mechanism comprises an upward page turning wheel positioned at the juncture of the first frame and the second frame, a downward page turning wheel positioned below the upward page turning wheel, a page turning pull rope which is used for winding and connecting the upward page turning wheel and the downward page turning wheel, a second inner magnet sliding block which is arranged on the second frame in a sliding way, a second outer magnet sliding block which is positioned outside the glass and used for driving the second inner magnet sliding block to slide, a page turning shaft, a page turning control wheel and a page turning seat, wherein the page turning shaft is respectively connected with the upward page turning wheels at two sides, the page turning control wheel is fixedly arranged on the page turning shaft,
the method is characterized in that:
the first inner magnet sliding block and the second inner magnet sliding block are fixed on the same sliding seat,
an upper connecting seat and a lower connecting seat are respectively arranged at the juncture of the first frame and the second frame which are positioned at the same side, the upper page turning wheel and the fixed pulleys are arranged on the upper connecting seat, one end of each lifting pull rope is fixed on the bottom beam of the blind, the other end is fixed on the upper connecting seat after passing through the lifting pulley positioned above the blind, the fixed pulley positioned at the corner and the movable pulley, the lower page turning wheel is arranged on the lower connecting seat,
the built-in sunshade hollow glass product also comprises a clutch piece for clutch-connecting the upper page turning wheel and the page turning shaft;
one end part of the page turning stay rope is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding seat, the other end part of the page turning stay rope bypasses the page turning wheel and the page turning shaft and is fixed at the bottom of the sliding seat, when the sliding seat is lifted, the page turning stay rope drives the page turning wheel and the page turning shaft which are matched to synchronously rotate, and the clutch piece relatively separates the page turning wheel from the page turning shaft until the blind rotates to a limit angle; when the sliding seat is lifted after the shutter is turned over, the lifting pull rope moves along with the shutter and drives the shutter to retract and release, and the upward page turning wheel idles along with the movement of the page turning pull rope;
the lower connecting seat comprises a plug seat which can be detachably arranged on the second frame, a sliding seat which is arranged on the plug seat in a vertically sliding adjustment manner along the length direction of the second frame, and an elastic component which keeps the sliding seat to move towards the bottom of the plug seat to drive, wherein the page turning wheel is rotationally arranged on the sliding seat around the axis of the page turning wheel, a sliding groove which extends along the length direction of the second frame is arranged on the plug seat, a sealing plate is arranged at the top of the sliding groove, the bottom and one side part of the sliding groove are arranged in an opening manner, and the sliding seat comprises a sliding seat body and a sliding block which is matched with the sliding groove and is fixed on the sliding seat body; the elastic component comprises a guide rod fixed in the chute and extending along the length direction of the chute, a spring sleeved on the periphery of the guide rod, two ends of the spring abutting against the sealing plate and the sliding block, and a limiting rod intercepted at the bottom of the chute to prevent the sliding block from sliding out of the chute, wherein an avoidance through hole for the guide rod to penetrate is formed in the sliding block;
the upper connecting seat and the lower connecting seat are correspondingly arranged on the right side of the blind, an installation frame is formed on the upper connecting seat, and the upward page turning wheel is erected on the installation frame in a free rotation mode from a wheel shaft extending in the left-right direction.

The built-in sunshade hollow shutter according to claim 1, wherein: the mounting frame comprises a frame body and support plates which are arranged on the frame body and are provided with mounting grooves which are recessed downwards from the top, wherein two support plates are arranged, a wheel groove area is formed between the two support plates and the frame body, and the upward page turning wheel is arranged in the wheel groove area and freely arranged in the mounting grooves of the support plates from the left end and the right end of the wheel shaft.

A built-in sun-shading hollow blind according to claim 3, wherein: the clutch piece comprises a blocking module fixedly arranged on the frame body; a connecting shaft with one end part butted with the page turning shaft and the other end part butted with the wheel shaft of the page turning wheel; the connecting piece is fixedly arranged on the connecting shaft, and when the clutch piece is in an engaged state, the connecting shaft and the wheel shaft of the page turning-up wheel synchronously rotate; when the clutch piece is in a separation state, the connecting piece is propped against the opposite side edges of the blocking module, and the wheel shaft of the page turning-up wheel is arranged in an idle running mode relative to the connecting shaft.

The built-in sunshade hollow shutter as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the left end part of the frame body is also provided with a connecting frame plate with a mounting groove recessed downwards from the top, the left side part of the connecting shaft is freely rotatably erected in the mounting groove of the connecting frame plate, and the right end part of the connecting shaft is spliced to the left end part of the wheel shaft.
