As a preferred reamer, a waste receiving disc, not shown in the figures, is provided at the connection point of the reamer to the lower multiaxial device.
Preferably, the lower end of the frame 1 is provided with rolling casters 1.11 and adjustable support feet 1.12.

the compression assembly comprises a pressing plate (9.1), two pressing plate connecting pieces (9.2) and two compression cylinders (9.3); the left end and the right end of the pressing plate are respectively and fixedly connected with the front end of a pressing plate connecting piece, the rear end of the pressing plate connecting piece is fixedly connected with the free end of a piston of a pressing cylinder, the lower end of a cylinder body of the pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with an upper flat plate, the pressing plate is positioned right above the supporting block, and a guide hole (9.4) coaxial with the material leakage hole is formed in the pressing plate;

the upper end and the lower end of the mounting block (8.1) are connected into an L shape, the supporting block (8.2) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the mounting block (8.1), and correspondingly, the upper end of the mounting block (8.1) is provided with a lower material leakage hole coaxial with the material leakage hole (8.4);
