When the hydraulic dressing 1 of the emergency NCPAP pipeline fixing device of the embodiment is pasted, the application is firstly unfolded, the hydraulic dressing 1 without one side of the pipeline fixing device 2 is pasted on the face of a patient child, so that the cheek pasting parts 1 on two sides are positioned on two sides of the face of the patient child, the nose of the patient child is exposed from the through groove 13, the middle connecting part 12 of the hydraulic dressing 1 is pasted on the middle of the patient child, when the hydraulic dressing 1 is pasted on the face, the lower groove 14 forms an arc shape and is pasted on the upper lip of the patient child, the upper groove 15 forms an arc shape and is pasted between two eyes of the patient child, and the convex bump 16 is pasted on the mountain root to prevent the hydraulic dressing 1 from sliding off, and is pasted on the bilateral cheeks through the cheek pasting parts 11 to prevent the hydraulic dressing 1 from falling off, and can protect the bilateral cheeks, and is pasted on the middle of the patient child through the middle connecting part 12, can protect among the infant person, and hydrocolloid dressing 1 designs as an organic whole, and fixed firm, whole pleasing to the eye, dismantle simple, make things convenient for the infant to wear and inspect, protect skin at effectual within range comprehensively, improve the nursing quality, set up pipeline 1 on the water condensation dressing simultaneously, not with infant skin direct contact, reduce the wearing and tearing of infant skin.
Example 2
As a second embodiment of the present invention, in order to fix and adjust the pipeline, the present inventor further improves the pipeline fixing device 2, and as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pipeline fixing device 2 includes a base plate 21, a first connecting belt 22 is disposed on a top of the base plate 21, a second connecting belt 23 is disposed at one end of the first connecting belt 22, and a strip-shaped groove 24 is disposed at a central position of the first connecting belt 22.

Furthermore, the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23 are made of non-woven fabrics, and the materials have good toughness and good wear resistance, so that the angle can be adjusted freely.
Specifically, the size of the second connecting band 23 is smaller than that of the strip-shaped groove 24, so that the second connecting band 23 can conveniently pass through the strip-shaped groove 24.
In addition, the base plate 21 is sleeved with a belt 25, the belt 25 is annular, and the first connecting belt 22 passes through the belt 25, so that the first connecting belt 22 is fixed on the base plate 21 through the belt 25.
Besides, the top of the base plate 21 is provided with the matte patches 26, the tops of the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23 are provided with the matte patches 27, the matte patches 26 are tightly adhered to the top of the base plate 21 through glue, and the matte patches 27 are tightly adhered to the tops of the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23 through glue, so that one layer of the matte patches 26 can be conveniently formed on the base plate 21, and meanwhile, one layer of the matte patches 27 is formed on the tops of the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23.

When the emergency NCPAP pipeline fixing device of the embodiment is used for fixing the pipeline, after the water condensation dressing 1 is pasted on the face of a patient, two ends of the breathing pipeline are placed on the base plates 21 at two sides of the water condensation dressing 1, the breathing pipeline is located between the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23, the first connecting belt 22 is lifted up through the first bending portion 28, the second connecting belt 23 is lifted up through the second bending portion 29, at this time, the second connecting belt 23 passes through the strip-shaped groove 24 inside the first connecting belt 22, so that the puncturing surface patch 27 of the second connecting belt 23 is adhered to the hair surface patch 26, the puncturing surface patch 27 of the first connecting belt 22 is adhered to the hair surface patch 26, a circular hole for fixing the breathing pipeline is formed between the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23, as shown in fig. 6 in particular, the breathing pipeline is convenient to be fixed, at this time, the breathing pipeline is fixed on the water condensation dressing 1, as shown in fig. 7 as a whole, meanwhile, only the distance between the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23 needs to be adjusted, so that the diameter of a round hole for fixing a breathing pipeline can be adjusted between the first connecting belt 22 and the second connecting belt 23, the length and the direction of the pipeline can be adjusted, the disassembly is convenient, and the children patient can conveniently go out for examination.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the hydraulic dressing 1, which comprises the following preparation steps:
s1, dissolving the hydrogel raw material in water, and uniformly stirring to form a solid-liquid mixed solution with uniform texture;
s2, placing the solution in a high-pressure steam cooker, and heating and dissolving for 1h at 120 ℃ to form a solution;

In this embodiment, the hydrogel raw materials include hyaluronic acid, collagen, a honeysuckle extract, a frangipani extract, de-acrylic acid, polyethylene glycol, and chitosan.

The gel fraction determination method comprises the following steps: placing the prepared sample of the hydraulic dressing 1 in a blast drying oven, placing for 24h at 50 ℃, weighing when the mass reaches constant weight, recording as the mass M1 of the dry sample, then placing the hydraulic dressing 1 in a stainless steel screen, placing in a bottle filled with distilled water, heating to 120 ℃, placing for 2h, taking out the leached gel, placing in a constant temperature drying oven, placing for 24h at 50 ℃, weighing, recording as the mass M2 of the washed gel, wherein the gel fraction formula is as follows:

The swelling degree determination method comprises the following steps: placing the prepared hydraulic dressing 1 with various proportions in a constant-temperature drying box, drying for 24h at 50 ℃, weighing, wherein the weight is the essential weight M1 of a dry sample, soaking the hydraulic dressing in distilled water for 24h to achieve full swelling balance, taking out a sample, weighing when no water drips out, wherein the weight is the mass M2 after swelling, and the swelling degree formula is as follows:

The method for measuring the swelling degree of the physiological saline comprises the following steps: placing the prepared hydraulic dressing 1 in a constant-temperature drying box, drying for 24h at 50 ℃, weighing, namely the dry sample intrinsic weight M1, immersing the hydraulic dressing in physiological saline for 24h to reach swelling balance, taking out a sample, weighing when no water drips out, namely the swollen mass M2, wherein the physiological saline swelling degree formula is as follows:

The hydrogel dressing 1 prepared by the preparation method of the hydrogel dressing 1 provided by the invention has high gel fraction, swelling degree, normal saline swelling degree, tensile strength and elongation at break, which indicates that the hydrogel dressing 1 has strong liquid absorption capacity and strong overall toughness, and is convenient to be attached to the face of a child patient, and meanwhile, honeysuckle extract and frangipani extract are added into the hydrogel dressing 1, and herbaceous plants are used as raw materials, so that the skin care effect of the hydrogel dressing 1 is enhanced.
