本发明涉及一种氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶及其制备方法,将橡胶型氯化聚乙烯和天然橡胶投入密炼机中,密炼1‑2min;然后抬上顶栓加入补强剂、硬脂酸、阻燃剂、软化增塑剂、防老剂与活性氧化镁,密炼3‑5min;再将硫化剂、促进剂与纳米氧化锌投入密炼机中,混炼3‑4min,排胶温度控制在100‑140℃,经翻炼5‑10min、按厚度8‑12mm出片、风机冷却至常温,即得产品叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。本发明采用氯化聚乙烯为主体,可以有效解决完全使用橡胶为基体的叠层阻燃带滚筒摩擦断不了的问题,可以极大地提高阻燃性能。本发明不添加任何粘合剂,可以极大地降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶及其制备方法,本发明属于输送带贴胶生产技术领域。
背景技术
叠层阻燃输送带由于采用织物芯为骨架,体量轻,使用过程中能耗小,所以受到客户的青睐。但是根据MT830的标准的要求,为了保证绝对安全,叠层阻燃输送带滚筒摩擦必须磨断。如果完全使用橡胶为基体,则滚筒摩擦过程中,橡胶会结炭形成润滑层,无法使输送带断开;或者结炭的润滑层破坏,温度超过标准要求325℃。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有优良的粘合性能、阻燃性能和高温软化流变性能的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的制备方法。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶包含以下各组分:
橡胶型氯化聚乙烯50-100重量份、天然橡胶0-50重量份、阻燃剂67-83重量份、补强剂50-75重量份,活性氧化镁5-15重量份、纳米氧化锌0.5-3重量份、硬脂酸1-2重量份、软化增塑剂45-75重量份、防老剂3.5-6.5重量份、硫化剂1-2重量份和促进剂2-5重量份;
在密炼机内加入橡胶型氯化聚乙烯和天然橡胶后,依次加入活性氧化镁、硬脂酸、防老剂、阻燃剂、补强剂、软化剂,最后加入硫化剂、促进剂和纳米氧化锌进行混炼;再进行硫化,即得到氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
所述硫化剂为硫化剂PT-75、硫化剂TDD、硫化剂ECHO、DCP、硫化剂中的一种或几种。
所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂DM、促进剂TMTD、促进剂903、促进剂BF中的一种或几种。
所述软化增塑剂为古马隆树脂、DOP、DEHP、DOS中的一种或几种。
所述补强剂为炭黑N220、N330、N234、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
所述防老剂为防老剂RD、防老剂4020、防老剂BLE、防护蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或几种。
所述阻燃剂为氯化石蜡、三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌中的一种或几种。
一种氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、取天然橡胶0~50重量份于开炼机上塑炼,辊距设置在2~4mm,辊温设置在35~45℃,塑炼10min得到塑炼胶;
b、将橡胶型氯化聚乙烯50-100重量份和天然橡胶0-50重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1-2min;
c、抬上顶栓加入补强剂50-70重量份,硬脂酸1-2重量份、阻燃剂67-83重量份、软化增塑剂45-75重量份、防老剂3.5-6.5重量份、活性氧化镁5-15重量份,密炼3-5min;
d、将硫化剂1-2重量份、促进剂2-5重量份、纳米氧化锌0.5-3重量份投入密炼机中,混炼3-4min后进行排胶;
e、排胶后翻炼5-10min,翻炼后按厚度8-12mm出片并冷却至常温,即得叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
本发明采用氯化聚乙烯为主体,可以有效解决完全使用橡胶为基体的叠层阻燃带滚筒摩擦断不了的问题,可以极大地提高阻燃性能。本发明不添加任何粘合剂,可以极大地降低成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下实施例中的橡胶型氯化聚乙烯购自杭州科利化工股份有限公司,产品名称为氯化聚乙烯橡胶(片状),产品型号为CH-800。
实施例1
a、取天然橡胶50重量份于开炼机上塑炼,辊距3mm,辊温40℃,塑炼10min得到塑炼胶;
b、将橡胶型氯化聚乙烯50重量份和步骤a所得的塑炼天然橡胶50重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1min;
c、然后依次加入活性氧化镁5重量份、硬脂酸2重量份、氯化石蜡40重量份、三氧化二锑7重量份、氢氧化镁10重量份、硼酸锌10重量份、防老剂4020为2重量份、防老剂RD为1.5重量份,密炼3min;
d、然后加入DOP为40重量份、1#古马隆树脂5重量份、N330炭黑50重量份;再将硫化剂2重量份、促进剂2重量份、纳米氧化锌1重量份投入密炼机中,混炼3min,
e、排胶,经翻炼8min、按厚度8mm出片、风机冷却至常温,即得氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
将实施例1得到的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶于平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃,硫化压力为10MPa,硫化时间40min。硫化后的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的物理机械性能见表1。
实施例2
a、取天然橡胶20重量份于开炼机上塑炼,辊距3mm,辊温40℃,塑炼10min得到塑炼胶;
b、将氯化聚乙烯80重量份和步骤a所得的塑炼天然橡胶20重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1min;
c、然后依次加入活性氧化镁12重量份、硬脂酸2重量份、氯化石蜡50重量份、三氧化二锑8重量份、氢氧化镁15重量份、硼酸锌10重量份、防老剂4020为2重量份、防老剂RD为1.5重量份,防老剂MB为1.5重量份,密炼3-5min;
d、然后加入DOS为40重量份、1#古马隆树脂8重量份、N220炭黑50重量份、白炭黑20重量份;再将硫化剂2重量份、促进剂1重量份、促进剂TMTD为2重量份、纳米氧化锌2重量份投入密炼机中,混炼4min排胶;
e、经翻炼6min、按厚度8mm出片、风机冷却至常温,即得氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
将实施例2得到的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶于平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃,硫化压力为10MPa,硫化时间40min。硫化后的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的物理机械性能见表1。
实施例3
b、将氯化聚乙烯100重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1min;
c、然后依次加入活性氧化镁15重量份、硬脂酸1重量份、氯化石蜡40重量份、三氧化二锑6重量份、氢氧化镁20重量份、硼酸锌10重量份、防老剂4020为2重量份、防老剂RD为1.5重量份,防老剂MB为3重量份,密炼4min;
d、然后加入DOP为60重量份、1#古马隆树脂10重量份、N220炭黑45重量份、白炭黑30重量份;再将硫化剂1.5重量份、促进剂1.5重量份、纳米氧化锌2重量份投入密炼机中,混炼4min,排胶,
e、经翻炼9min、按厚度10mm出片、常温风机冷却,即得产品氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
将实施例3得到的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶于平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃,硫化压力为10MPa,硫化时间40min。硫化后的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的物理机械性能见表1。
对比例1
混炼:将氯丁橡胶40重量份和天然橡胶60重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1min;然后依次加入硬脂酸1重量份、纳米氧化锌2重量份、氯化石蜡40重量份、三氧化二锑10重量份、氢氧化铝30重量份、硼酸锌10重量份、聚磷酸铵10重量份、防老剂4020为2重量份、防老剂RD为1.5重量份,粘合剂RS为2.5重量份密炼4min;然后加入1#古马隆树脂3重量份、N330炭黑30重量份、白炭黑20重量份;再将硫化剂4重量份、促进剂3重量份、粘合剂RS为4.5重量份投入密炼机中,混炼5min,排胶,经翻炼8min、按厚度7mm出片、风机冷却至常温,即得叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
将对比例1得到的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶于平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃,硫化压力为10MPa,硫化时间40min。硫化后的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的物理机械性能见表1。

Claims (8)
1.一种氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:该输送带贴胶包含以下各组分:
橡胶型氯化聚乙烯50-100重量份、天然橡胶0-50重量份、阻燃剂67-83重量份、补强剂50-75重量份,活性氧化镁5-15重量份、纳米氧化锌0.5-3重量份、硬脂酸1-2重量份、软化增塑剂45-75重量份、防老剂3.5-6.5重量份、硫化剂1-2重量份和促进剂2-5重量份;
在密炼机内加入橡胶型氯化聚乙烯和天然橡胶后,依次加入活性氧化镁、硬脂酸、防老剂、阻燃剂、补强剂、软化剂,最后加入硫化剂、促进剂和纳米氧化锌进行混炼;再进行硫化,即得到氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述硫化剂为硫化剂PT-75、硫化剂TDD、硫化剂ECHO、DCP、硫化剂中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂DM、促进剂TMTD、促进剂903、促进剂BF中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述软化增塑剂为古马隆树脂、DOP、DEHP、DOS中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述补强剂为炭黑N220、N330、N234、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述防老剂为防老剂RD、防老剂4020、防老剂BLE、防护蜡、微晶蜡中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶,其特征是:所述阻燃剂为氯化石蜡、三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌中的一种或几种。
8.权利要求1所述氯化聚乙烯叠层阻燃输送带贴胶的制备方法,其特征是该方法包括以下步骤:
a、取天然橡胶0~50重量份于开炼机上塑炼,辊距设置在2~4mm,辊温设置在35~45℃,塑炼10min得到塑炼胶;
b、将橡胶型氯化聚乙烯50-100重量份和天然橡胶0-50重量份投入密炼机中,密炼1-2min;
c、抬上顶栓加入补强剂50-70重量份,硬脂酸1-2重量份、阻燃剂67-83重量份、软化增塑剂45-75重量份、防老剂3.5-6.5重量份、活性氧化镁5-15重量份,密炼3-5min;
d、将硫化剂1-2重量份、促进剂2-5重量份、纳米氧化锌0.5-3重量份投入密炼机中,混炼3-4min后进行排胶;
e、排胶后翻炼5-10min,翻炼后按厚度8-12mm出片并冷却至常温,即得叠层阻燃输送带贴胶。
