Abstract
本发明提供一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,包括两组主副叶轮,两组主副叶轮分别通过轮轴设置于潜水艇主体的前后两个喷水口内;所述主副叶轮交错分布,所述副叶轮在前,所述主叶轮在后,副叶轮半径小于主叶轮,所述主叶轮外部为镂空结构,所述后部主叶轮的根部设有密闭水洞,所述密闭水洞与该主叶轮的尾部连通,所述后部的喷水口通过改变喷水方向来改变潜水艇机动性。本发明提供降噪提速装置,使得潜水艇运行中降低噪音、减少空蚀、增加速度、提高机动性。

技术领域
本发明属于潜水艇降噪提速技术领域,具体涉及一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置。
背景技术
因潜水艇主要特点就是隐身,潜水艇最大的隐身缺陷就是噪声,噪音大易被发现。而噪声的主要来源也就是螺旋桨的空化效应,而现有技术是靠改变螺旋桨的曲度、形状使工艺复杂制造难度加大而且还不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术中潜艇噪音大、速度慢的问题,本发明提供一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,包括两组主副叶轮,所述两组主副叶轮分别通过轮轴设置于潜水艇主体的前后两个喷水口内,且与水道连通,水道的进水口靠近正前方,所述主副叶轮交错分布,所述副叶轮在前,所述主叶轮在后,副叶轮半径小于主叶轮。
进一步的,所述后部主叶轮的根部设有密闭水洞,所述密闭水洞与该主叶轮的尾部连通;这样,减除尾部中心的空化效应,结合前部喷水口吸水可以减低潜艇的阻力,使潜艇速度更高。
进一步的,所述主叶轮外部为镂空结构;这样,增加叶轮正面压力从而减少空化效应。
有益效果:本发明提供降噪提速装置,使得潜水艇运行中降低噪音、减少空蚀、增加速度、提高机动性。

具体实施方式
以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,如图1和图2所示,包括两组主副叶轮(2),两组主副叶轮(2a、2b)分别通过轮轴(8)设置于潜水艇主体(1)的前后两个喷水口(3)内,且与有水道(4)连通,水道(4)的进水口靠近正前方,从而减少水的阻力;主副叶轮(2)交错分布,副叶轮(5)在前,主叶轮(6)在后,副叶轮(5)半径小于主叶轮(6),使得副叶轮增加水的压力,从而减少空化;后部主叶轮(6)的根部设有密闭水洞(7),密闭水洞(7)与该主叶轮(6)的尾部连通;实现减除尾部中心的空化效应,结合前部喷水口吸水可以减低潜艇的阻力,使潜艇速度更高。具体实施过程中,潜水艇主体后部的喷水口通过改变喷水方向来改变潜水艇机动性。

1.一种用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,其特征在于:包括两组主副叶轮,所述两组主副叶轮分别通过轮轴设置于潜水艇主体的前后两个喷水口内,且与水道连通,水道的进水口靠近正前方,所述主副叶轮交错分布,所述副叶轮在前,所述主叶轮在后,副叶轮半径小于主叶轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,其特征在于:所述后部主叶轮的根部设有密闭水洞,所述密闭水洞与该主叶轮的尾部连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于潜水艇的降噪提速装置,其特征在于:所述主叶轮外部为镂空结构。
