As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the power assembly 3 includes two transmission gears 31 disposed inside the frame 1 and a chain 32 sleeved on the transmission gears 31, and the chain 32 is engaged with the transmission gears 31, so that the two transmission gears 31 can be linked; a U-shaped connecting frame 237 is fixedly connected to the part of the moving plate 23 close to the chain 32, and notches on the connecting frame 237 are sleeved on the chain 32 and connected with the chain 32, so that the connecting frame 237 can move along with the chain 32; therefore, the two transmission gears 31 can drive the chains 32 to move when rotating, and further drive the moving plate 23 to move, so that the conveying assembly 2 can be driven to move, and conveying and processing of the end cover and the filter paper cylinder are completed.
As shown in fig. 8, a support plate 33 is arranged below the transmission gear 31, and the support plate 33 is fixedly connected with the frame 1; the supporting plate 33 is rotatably connected with a vertically arranged fixing shaft 34, the fixing shaft 34 can rotate along the axis of the fixing shaft 34, the upper end of the fixing shaft 34 is fixedly connected with the transmission gear 31, the transmission gear 31 can be stably installed on the rack 1, and the transmission gear 31 cannot be rotated.
As shown in fig. 8, a fixing plate 35 fixedly connected with the frame 1 is arranged below one supporting plate 33, a reducer 36 and a driving motor 37 are fixedly connected to the fixing plate 35, and an output shaft of the driving motor 37 is fixedly connected with an input shaft of the reducer 36; a driving gear 361 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the reducer 36, a driven gear 341 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fixed shaft 34 protruding from the lower surface of the support plate 33, the diameter of the driven gear 341 is larger than that of the driving gear 361, the driving gear 361 is meshed with the driven gear 341, the driving motor 37 can drive the driving gear 361 to rotate through the speed reducer 36, the driven gear 341 is meshed with the driving gear 361, so that the driven gear 341 can move along with the driving gear 361, the driven gear 341 and one transmission gear 31 are fixed on the same fixed shaft 34, so that the transmission gear 31 also rotates along with the transmission gear 31, therefore, the driving motor 37 can drive the transmission gear 31 to rotate, and further drive the chain 32 to rotate circularly, so as to drive the conveying assembly 2 to move circularly, the speed reducer 36 can reduce the rotating speed of the driving motor 37, thereby preventing too fast a movement of the conveyor assembly 2 and avoiding that the movement of the conveyor assembly 2 is affected.
