A community parking lot management system is characterized by comprising a barrier arranged at an entrance and an exit of a parking lot, a vehicle identification device, parking place prompt devices, blocking devices arranged on each parking place and a controller access device, wherein a plurality of controllers matched with the blocking devices are stored in the controller access device, and the controllers are used for controlling the blocking devices to block vehicles from entering and exiting the parking places; the vehicle identification device sends a release signal to the barrier gate and the parking space prompting device according to whether the identified vehicles entering or exiting meet the requirements or not, and the barrier gate releases the vehicles according to the release signal; the parking space prompting device sends parking space information to the controller access device according to the release signal; the controller access device provides a corresponding controller for personnel on the vehicle according to the parking space information of the parking space prompting device; when the controller is recovered, the storage module stores the controller and locks again through the locking module;
the controller access device comprises a storage module and a plurality of locking modules corresponding to the controllers, wherein the plurality of controllers are stored in the storage module, and the locking modules are used for locking the corresponding controllers in the storage module; the locking module is also used for receiving the parking space information, unlocking the parking space information from the storage module and providing a corresponding controller for the personnel on the vehicle;
the locking module comprises a clamping piece, a clamping piece control device and an opening and closing structure, the storage module comprises a plurality of cavities in which the controllers are placed, one side of the opening and closing structure is rotatably arranged on the cavities, and the other side of the opening and closing structure is provided with a bayonet matched with the clamping piece; when the opening and closing structure closes the cavity, the clamping piece control device controls the clamping piece to be matched with the bayonet to lock the opening and closing structure; the card piece control device is used for receiving the parking space information and controlling the corresponding card piece to be separated from the bayonet according to the parking space information;
the clamping piece control device comprises an electromagnet, a control module and a distance sensing module, wherein the control module is respectively connected with the electromagnet and the distance sensing module, a clamping hole for the clamping piece to pass in and out is formed in a cavity, the electromagnet is arranged at one end part of the clamping piece, and the clamping piece is made of a magnetic material; the control module is used for receiving parking space information and controlling the electromagnet to adsorb the clamping piece according to the parking space information so that the clamping piece is separated from the bayonet along the clamping hole; the distance sensing module is used for sending distance data to the control module, when the opening and closing structure is closed, the control module judges that the distance is reduced, the control module cancels the control electromagnet, the clamping piece drops downwards along the clamping hole through self weight, the clamping piece is matched with the bayonet to lock the opening and closing structure, or the control module reverses the magnetism of the electromagnet to enable mutual exclusion between the clamping piece and the electromagnet, and the clamping piece enters the bayonet along the clamping hole to lock the opening and closing structure;
the controller comprises a switch signal transmitter and a power supply module which are connected with each other, the switch signal transmitter is used for sending a switch signal to the blocking device, and the blocking device blocks a vehicle from entering and exiting a parking space according to the switch signal;
the vehicle identification device comprises a vehicle information acquisition module and a processing device which are connected with each other, wherein the vehicle information acquisition module is used for acquiring information of vehicles entering and exiting and sending the information to the processing device; the processing device judges whether the information of the vehicles entering and exiting meets the requirements or not, and sends releasing signals to the barrier gate and the parking space prompting device according to the information.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the blocking device comprises a plurality of blocking modules surrounding the parking space, the blocking modules comprise a base, a stretching structure, a sensing device connected with the stretching structure, and a baffle, the base is embedded in the ground, one side of the baffle is rotatably mounted on the base, one end of the stretching structure is arranged on the base, and the other end of the stretching structure is arranged on the baffle; the controller sends a switching signal to the sensing device, and the sensing device controls the stretching structure to jack up or put down the baffle according to the switching signal.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the controller further comprises a voice guidance module electrically connected to the power module, the voice guidance module being configured to guide a driver of the vehicle to find a corresponding parking space.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the power module is a solar cell.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle identification device further comprises a server electrically connected to the processing device, the server is configured to store vehicle information meeting requirements, the processing device compares the vehicle information meeting the requirements in the server with information of vehicles entering and exiting, and sends a release signal to the barrier gate and the parking space prompting device according to a comparison result.
6. The system for managing a cell parking lot according to claim 5, further comprising a vehicle information operation terminal communicating with the server, the vehicle information operation terminal being configured to add or delete satisfactory vehicle information stored in the server.
