Abstract
本发明涉及一种显示模块,属于电子技术领域。所述前框的背面设置有后盖,所述前框的背面设置有前框挡板,所述前框挡板中从内侧至外侧依次设置有中框、后框和框架,所述中框的右侧设置有中框挡板,所述后框的前侧设置有后框挡板,所述后框挡板形成一个后框凹槽,所述后框凹槽里设置有变光板,所述后框的背面设置有多个支撑凸台,所述支撑凸台上设置有多个连接螺孔,所述支撑凸台上设置有屏控板,所述屏控板通过螺栓连接到所述支撑凸台上,所述框架连接到所述后框的背面。本发明的有益之处是:在前框上设置有前框挡板,将各种电子元件集成到前框挡板中,从而提高了显示模块的集成度,从而也降低了显示模块的体积,本发明结构新颖,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示模块,属于电子技术领域。
背景技术
随着光电技术与半导体制造技术的日益成熟,平面显示器蓬勃发展,其中,液晶显示模块基于其低电压操作、无辐射线散射、重量轻以及体积小等优点,逐渐取代传统的阴极射线管显示模块,而成为近年来显示模块的主流。
因应现今多媒体生活的需求,显示模块结合不同功能被应用于各种场合,这就需要显示模块的体积要小,要想体积小就要显示模块中的各种电子元件的集成度要高,现有显示模块中的各种电子元件的集成度较低,导致显示模块的体积较大,不能适应行业中的需求,并且现有模块的防尘性能较差,经常需要进行清洗,针对上述问题,行业中需要一种结构新颖的显示模块,以适应行业中各种场合的使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种显示模块,以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种显示模块,设置有内部中空且呈矩形结构的前面板,所述前面板的背面设置有前框,所述前框的背面设置有后盖,所述前框的背面设置有前框挡板,所述前框挡板中从内侧至外侧依次设置有中框、后框和框架,所述中框的右侧设置有中框挡板,所述后框的前侧设置有后框挡板,所述后框挡板形成一个后框凹槽,所述后框凹槽里设置有变光板,所述后框的背面设置有多个支撑凸台,所述支撑凸台上设置有多个连接螺孔,所述支撑凸台上设置有屏控板,所述屏控板通过螺栓连接到所述支撑凸台上,所述框架连接到所述后框的背面。
作为优选,所述后盖上设置有接线管。
作为优选,所述中框挡板里设置有显示屏和玻璃。
作为优选,所述前面板上设置有多个控制按钮。
作为优选,所述后盖上还设置有多个散热孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:在前框上设置有前框挡板,将各种电子元件集成到前框挡板中,从而提高了显示模块的集成度,从而也降低了显示模块的体积,本发明结构新颖,操作方便。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1至图3所示的一种显示模块,设置有内部中空且呈矩形结构的前面板1,所述前面板1的背面设置有前框2,所述前框2的背面设置有后盖3,所述前框2的背面设置有前框挡板201,所述前框挡板201中从内侧至外侧依次设置有中框4、后框5和框架6,所述中框4的右侧设置有中框挡板401,所述后框5的前侧设置有后框挡板501,所述后框挡板501形成一个后框凹槽502,所述后框凹槽502里设置有变光板,所述后框5的背面设置有多个支撑凸台503,所述支撑凸台503上设置有多个连接螺孔504,所述支撑凸台503上设置有屏控板,所述屏控板通过螺栓连接到所述支撑凸台503上,所述框架6连接到所述后框5的背面,所述后盖3上设置有接线管301,所述前面板1上设置有多个控制按钮101,所述中框挡板401里设置有显示屏和玻璃,所述后盖3上还设置有多个散热孔302。
如图4至图7所示,在前框2的背面设置有前框挡板201,前框挡板201形成一个四周密封的矩形结构,通过前框挡板201可以防止灰尘进入到模块中,在前框挡板201中从内侧至外侧依次设置有中框4、后框5和框架6,然后将显示屏和玻璃放置到中框挡板401中,在后框凹槽502里设置有变光板,在支撑凸台503上放置有屏控板,从而使模块达到能够使用的状态。
通过将多种电子元件集成到前框挡板201中,从而提高了模块的集成度,并且也达到了防尘的作用。

1.一种显示模块,其特征在于:设置有内部中空且呈矩形结构的前面板(1),所述前面板(1)的背面设置有前框(2),所述前框(2)的背面设置有后盖(3),所述前框(2)的背面设置有前框挡板(201),所述前框挡板(201)中从内侧至外侧依次设置有中框(4)、后框(5)和框架(6),所述中框(4)的右侧设置有中框挡板(401),所述后框(5)的前侧设置有后框挡板(501),所述后框挡板(501)形成一个后框凹槽(502),所述后框凹槽(502)里设置有变光板,所述后框(5)的背面设置有多个支撑凸台(503),所述支撑凸台(503)上设置有多个连接螺孔(504),所述支撑凸台(503)上设置有屏控板,所述屏控板通过螺栓连接到所述支撑凸台(503)上,所述框架(6)连接到所述后框(5)的背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示模块,其特征在于:所述后盖(3)上设置有接线管(301)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示模块,其特征在于:所述中框挡板(401)里设置有显示屏和玻璃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示模块,其特征在于:所述前面板(1)上设置有多个控制按钮(101)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示模块,其特征在于:所述后盖(3)上还设置有多个散热孔(302)。
