本发明公开了一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,包括本体,所述本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层,所述储水层的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层,所述隔离薄膜层的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层,所述吸水层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有无捻棉毛巾布料层,所述无捻棉毛巾布料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有超细纤维巾布料层。本发明通过本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层,起到了储存水的效果,防止水源直接侵蚀内部,通过储水层的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层,起到了隔离水源的效果,通过隔离薄膜层的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层,起到了吸湿性好的效果,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时吸湿性差,很容易就导致内部潮湿的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及涤棉布技术领域,具体为一种吸湿性好的涤棉布。
背景技术
涤棉布俗称“的确良”,它既保持了涤纶纤维强度高、弹性恢复性好的特性,又具备棉纤维的特征,易染色、洗后免烫快干,涤棉布品种规格较多,有原色布、色布、印花布及色织布等,但现有的涤棉布在使用时吸湿性差,当受到外界的水侵蚀时,很容易就导致内部潮湿,无法满足人们日益增长的需求,为此,我们提出一种吸湿性好的涤棉布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,具备吸湿性好的优点,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时吸湿性差,当受到外界的水侵蚀时,很容易就导致内部潮湿,无法满足人们日益增长需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,包括本体,所述本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层,所述储水层的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层,所述隔离薄膜层的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层,所述吸水层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有无捻棉毛巾布料层,所述无捻棉毛巾布料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有超细纤维巾布料层,所述超细纤维巾布料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有麂皮巾布料层,所述储水层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有牛津布面料层,所述牛津布面料层的内表面通过粘合剂连接有亚麻棉面料层。
优选的,所述隔离薄膜层的厚度为0.12mm-0.15mm。
优选的,所述无捻棉毛巾布料层、超细纤维巾布料层和麂皮巾布料层的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
优选的,所述牛津布面料层和亚麻棉面料层的厚度为0.26mm-0.39mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过本体的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层,起到了储存水的效果,防止水源直接侵蚀内部,通过储水层的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层,起到了隔离水源的效果,通过隔离薄膜层的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层,起到了吸湿性好的效果,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时吸湿性差,当受到外界的水侵蚀时,很容易就导致内部潮湿,无法满足人们日益增长需求的问题。

请参阅图1-3,一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,包括本体1,本体1的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层2,起到了储存水的效果,防止水源直接侵蚀内部,储水层2的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层3,起到了隔离水源的效果,隔离薄膜层3的厚度为0.12mm-0.15mm,隔离薄膜层3的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层4,起到了吸湿性好的效果,吸水层4的内表面通过粘合剂连接有无捻棉毛巾布料层5,无捻棉毛巾布料层5的内表面通过粘合剂连接有超细纤维巾布料层6,超细纤维巾布料层6的内表面通过粘合剂连接有麂皮巾布料层7,无捻棉毛巾布料层5、超细纤维巾布料层6和麂皮巾布料层7的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm,储水层2的内表面通过粘合剂连接有牛津布面料层8,牛津布面料层8的内表面通过粘合剂连接有亚麻棉面料层9,牛津布面料层8和亚麻棉面料层9的厚度为0.26mm-0.39mm。
使用时,当受到外界水源侵蚀时,通过吸水层4、无捻棉毛巾布料层5、超细纤维巾布料层6和麂皮巾布料层7额配合,起到了吸湿性好的效果,水源会从外部向内部侵蚀,通过隔离薄膜层3,起到了隔离水源的效果,通过牛津布面料层8和亚麻棉面料层9的配合,起到了储存侵蚀入内部水源的效果,防止水源再次向内部侵蚀,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时吸湿性差,当受到外界的水侵蚀时,很容易就导致内部潮湿,无法满足人们日益增长需求的问题。

1.一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)的表面通过粘合剂连接有储水层(2),所述储水层(2)的表面通过粘合剂连接有隔离薄膜层(3),所述隔离薄膜层(3)的表面通过粘合剂连接有吸水层(4),所述吸水层(4)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有无捻棉毛巾布料层(5),所述无捻棉毛巾布料层(5)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有超细纤维巾布料层(6),所述超细纤维巾布料层(6)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有麂皮巾布料层(7),所述储水层(2)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有牛津布面料层(8),所述牛津布面料层(8)的内表面通过粘合剂连接有亚麻棉面料层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述隔离薄膜层(3)的厚度为0.12mm-0.15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述无捻棉毛巾布料层(5)、超细纤维巾布料层(6)和麂皮巾布料层(7)的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿性好的涤棉布,其特征在于:所述牛津布面料层(8)和亚麻棉面料层(9)的厚度为0.26mm-0.39mm。
