参照图1至5所示,本实施例的一种电动汽车充电桩,包括桩体1和设置在外部道路边的车位线2,所述车位线2头尾闭合在外部道路上构成车位结构,所述桩体1设置在车位线2上,用于给电动汽车充电,其特征在于:所述桩体1包括充电装置11、车牌检测装置12和通讯装置13,所述充电装置11与外部市电连接还与车牌检测装置12和通讯装置13连接,以接收外部市电转换出充电电源给外部电动汽车充电,还提供电源给车牌检测装置12和通讯装置13,以驱动车牌检测装置12和通讯装置13工作,所述车牌检测装置12包括车牌检测摄像头121和车体感应器122,所述车牌检测摄像头121和车体感应器122相互耦接,所述车牌检测摄像头121与通讯装置13耦接,所述通讯装置13与外部交警部门通信连接,以传输车牌图像至外部交警部门判断是否为电动车辆,当车体感应器122感应到车体时,输出信号至车牌检测摄像头121内,车牌检测摄像头121拍摄车牌图像后传输到通讯装置13内,在使用本实施例的电动汽车充电桩的过程中,首先将桩体1固定到外部道路路边上,然后将车位线2设置在外部道路靠近桩体1的位置上,其中这里的车位线2可以采用现有的油漆画的方式来实现,然后将桩体1内的充电装置11与埋设在地下的市电电缆相连即可,如此便完成了对于充电桩的设置,在设置完成以后桩体1内的充电装置11、车牌检测装置12和通讯装置13都会通电开始工作,车牌检测装置12内的车体感应器122首先会工作,以检测是否有车辆停放到车位线2内,而在车体感应器122感应到车辆以后,便会输出信号到车牌检测摄像头121内,通过车牌检测摄像头121的拍摄作用,将当前停放在车位线2内的车辆车牌拍摄下来后通过通讯装置13传输到外部的交警部门内,根据交警部门内的数据库来判断是否是属于油动车辆,若是属于油动车辆,则交警部门便可通过扣分处罚的方式提醒该车辆的车主,这样便可有效的避免现有技术中充电车位被油动车辆占用导致的无法发挥对于充电站解压作用的问题,而且本实施例中还可以在桩体1内额外设置一个计时器,该计时器通过通讯装置13触发,即当通讯装置13反馈回为电动车辆的时候,计时器开始计时,计时器内具有计时阈值,当计时器计时到计时阈值时,输出信号都车体感应器122内,通过车体感应器122感应当前车位线2内是否有车辆,在有车辆以后,再驱动车牌检测摄像头121拍摄车牌照片并通过通讯装置13传输到外部交警部门内,若数据库判断两个车牌信息为同一个车牌信息,那么即表示车辆占用过久充电车位,因此交警部门也可通过扣分处罚的方式提醒当前车主,以避免电动车主过长时间占用充电车位,导致充电车位无法有效的为充电站解压的问题,其中通讯装置13与外部交警部门之间的通讯采用埋设通讯电缆有线连接的方式。1 to 5, an electric vehicle charging pile in this embodiment includes a

步骤二,车牌检测摄像头121内设置距离阈值,当激光距离检测头1222输入到车牌检测摄像头121内数据包的距离数据大于距离阈值时,车牌检测摄像头121将相应的距离数据判断为异常数据并去除,当激光距离检测头1222输入到车牌检测摄像头121内数据包的每个距离数据均小于距离阈值时,车牌检测摄像头121将相应的距离数据判断为正常数据,并工作拍摄车牌传输到通讯装置13内,在实际应用的过程中,车位线2所构成的车位的长度和宽度是一定的,因此若是当车辆停放在车位线2内的时候,车辆与桩体1之间的距离便会存在一个范围,因此只需要通过激光距离检测头1222检测一段长度内障碍物的距离,便可有效的得知当前的车位线2内是否停放有车辆,其中本实施例中可以通过在车位线2内埋设压力传感条的方式来提前判断是否有车辆停进来,因此在车辆停放到车位线2内的过程中轮胎势必会压倒压力传感条,压力传感条便会延时一段时间后供车辆停稳,然后输出信号给激光距离检测头1222,使得激光距离检测头1222一边沿着感应横杆1221滑移,一边检测距离,当判断距离都在距离阈值范围内时,就表示有车辆停放到车位线2内,其中这里的延时一般设置为10分钟,可通过设置555芯片的延时电路或是设置单片机延时的方式来实现,而至于激光距离检测头1222在横杆1221上滑移的方式,可采用在横杆1221上套有一个方形底座,然后将激光距离检测头1222固定在方形底座上,同时在方形底座内设置一个电机,该电机的转轴上同轴套接滚轮,滚轮与横杆1221相抵,电机通过电机控制器与激光距离检测头1222电连接,以在激光距离检测头1222工作时转动,带动方形底座在横杆1221上来回滑移,如此实现带动激光距离检测头1222在横杆1221上进行一个来回的滑移,其中本实施例中的横杆1221的断面也为方形。In
