Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a control method of the washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The washing phase of the washing appliance 100 comprises a hot water washing phase, the washing appliance 100 comprises a heating water tank 10, and the control method comprises:
step S10, before the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, controlling the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10;
in step S20, when the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, the hot water in the hot water tank 10 is controlled to perform the washing in the hot water washing stage.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the washing appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The washing appliance 100 includes a controller 20. The controller 20 is used for controlling the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 before the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, and controlling the hot water in the heating water tank 10 to perform the washing in the hot water washing stage in case that the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage.
In the control method of the washing appliance 100 and the washing appliance 100 of the above embodiment, the water in the heating water tank 10 is heated before the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, and the washing is performed by using the hot water in the heating water tank 10 when the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, so that the time for heating the washing water is not consumed in the hot water washing stage or the time for heating the washing water is reduced, thereby effectively shortening the washing time of the washing appliance 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the washing appliance 100 includes a cavity 30, and the cavity 30 forms a washing chamber 32. The heating water tank 10 is installed in the cavity 30, the heating water tank 10 includes a tank body 12 and a heating element 14 located in the tank body 12, the tank body 12 is provided with a water inlet 122 and a water outlet 124, and the water outlet 124 is communicated with the washing chamber 32. In this manner, the heating water tank 10 can heat the cold water introduced into the heating water tank 10 from the water inlet 122 by the heating element 14, and introduce the heated hot water into the washing chamber 32 from the water outlet 124 through the water outlet 124 to perform washing of the dishes. Preferably, the water inlet 122 and the water outlet 124 are disposed near the bottom of the heating water tank 10, so that the water in the heating water tank 10 can be fully utilized, and the top of the heating water tank 10 is further provided with an opening, which is sealed by a cover 125. The cover 125 is detachable, and the inside of the heating water tank 10 can be cleaned through the opening.
In one embodiment, the heating water tank 10 may be disposed inside the cavity 30, within the washing chamber 32. In another embodiment, the heating water tank 10 may be disposed outside the cavity 30, outside the washing chamber 32. In other embodiments, the heating water tank 10 may be disposed at other positions of the washing appliance 100, and is not limited herein.
The heating member 14 includes an electric heating tube. The heating member 14 may be disposed on the bottom or side wall of the tank 12. The number of the heating members 14 may be one, two or more, and in the present embodiment, may be set according to actual requirements.
The heating reservoir 10 also includes a temperature sensor 16. The temperature sensor 16 is used to detect the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10. The temperature sensor 16 may be disposed on the bottom or side wall of the tank 12. The controller 20 may be connected to the temperature sensor 16 to collect temperature data.
The washing appliance 100 further includes a washing pump 60, a water collection cup 40 and a spray arm assembly 50, the washing pump 60 is connected to the heating water tank 10, the water collection cup 40 and the spray arm assembly 50 respectively through pipes (not shown), the spray arm assembly 50 is disposed in the washing chamber 32, the washing pump 60 is used for pumping the washing water of the heating water tank 10 to the spray arm assembly 50, the water collection cup 40 collects the washing water in the washing chamber 32, and the washing water is continuously and circularly pumped to the spray arm assembly 50 for circularly washing the dishes placed on the dish racks 70.
The controller 20 may be electrically connected to the heating water tank 10. The controller 20 may be an MCU. The controller 20 can be used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall washing appliance 100. The controller 20 may call the related control program instructions to control the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10, and may also perform the control method of any of the above embodiments.
In the present embodiment, the washing stages of the washing appliance 100 include a non-hot water washing stage and a hot water washing stage. The non-hot water washing stage is understood to mean that the washing water is cold water and the temperature is normal temperature. In the non-hot water washing stage, washing water is directly introduced from a water source (tap water or a cold water tank) without heating the washing water. The hot water washing stage is understood to mean that the washing water is hot water.
Typically, the non-hot water washing stage is performed before the hot water washing stage. The non-hot water wash stage includes a pre-wash stage. The pre-washing stage is mainly to introduce cold washing water to soak the contaminants on the dishes, so that the contaminants are more easily washed off in the subsequent washing process. Thus, the pre-wash stage generally does not require the introduction of hot water into the wash chamber 32.
In the related art, generally, cold washing water is introduced into a hot water washing stage, then, when the dishes are washed, a washing pump of a washing appliance is operated, the cold washing water passes through the washing pump from a washing chamber of the washing appliance and then is sprayed into the washing chamber through a spray arm assembly, and at this time, the cold washing water in the washing chamber is heated by a heating pipe or a heating plate, so that the whole hot water washing stage includes a time for heating water, and the washing process of the hot water washing stage takes too long.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, for example, in the non-hot water washing stage, the controller 20 may control the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10, so that in the case that the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, the controller 20 may control the hot water in the heating water tank 10 to perform the washing in the hot water washing stage, so that the time for heating the washing cold water is not consumed or the time for heating the washing cold water is reduced in the hot water washing stage, thereby shortening the washing time of the washing appliance 100. In other embodiments, since the washing appliance 100 of the present embodiment has the heating water tank 10, if the washing stage does not include the non-hot water washing stage, or the washing stage directly enters the hot water washing stage, the controller 20 may control the operation of the heating water tank 10 in advance before the washing appliance 100 washes, so that the water in the heating water tank 10 has a higher temperature (e.g. higher than room temperature or higher than a certain set temperature), and thus the time of the hot water washing stage can be saved in the hot water washing stage. The washing appliance 100 includes, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and the like.
In certain embodiments, step S10 includes:
the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat water in the heating water tank 10 such that the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10 is within a preset temperature range.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment may be implemented by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. The controller 20 is configured to control the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 such that the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10 is within a preset temperature range. This allows for better and faster washing of the dishware with difficult contaminants after passing the heated water in the heated tank 10 into the washing chamber 32.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the preset temperature range may be set to [45 ℃,55 ℃ ]. In another embodiment, the preset temperature range may be set to [55 ℃,85 ℃). In other embodiments, the preset temperature may be set according to actual requirements. Of course, if the same washing program includes two or more hot water washing stages, the preset temperature ranges set for each hot water washing stage may be the same or different.
In certain embodiments, step S10 includes:
the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 every a preset interval so that the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10 is maintained within a preset temperature range.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment may be implemented by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. The controller 20 is configured to control the heating water tank 10 to heat water in the heating water tank at preset intervals, so that the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10 is maintained within a preset temperature range.
In this way, the power consumption can be saved, and the washing chamber 32 can be quickly accessed for washing if the washing appliance 100 is in the washing stage.
In particular, in one embodiment, the heating element in the heating water tank 10 may be activated every 5 minutes, so that the temperature of the water in the heating water tank 10 may be maintained within a preset temperature range, so that the hot water in the heating water tank 10 may be rapidly passed to the washing chamber 32 in case the washing appliance 100 is in the washing stage. It should be noted that the preset time period may be set according to an actual situation, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the hot water washing stage includes a main washing stage, and the step S10 includes:
in step S12, before the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water in the heating water tank 10.
Step S20 includes:
in step S22, when the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, the hot water in the hot water tank 10 is controlled to perform the washing in the main washing stage.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment can be realized by the washing appliance 100 of the present embodiment. Both of the steps S12 and S22 can be realized by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. That is, the controller 20 is used to control the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 before the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, and to control the hot water in the heating water tank 10 to perform the washing in the main washing stage in case the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage.
In this manner, in the case that the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, the washing of the main washing stage is performed using the hot water that has been in the heating water tank 10 before the main washing stage, so that it is not necessary to consume the time for heating the washing water again or the time for heating the washing water can be reduced in the main washing stage, and thus the washing time of the main washing stage of the washing appliance 100 can be shortened.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, in order to secure the washing effect, the main washing stage mainly uses hot water of 45 to 55 ℃ to wash the residue on the dishes. In this embodiment, the temperature of the washing water may be heated to the range of [45 ℃,55 ℃) in the heating water tank 10 in advance before the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, so that the hot water having the temperature of 45 ℃ to 55 ℃ is directly introduced from the heating water tank 10 to the washing chamber 32 in the case that the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage.
In some embodiments, the washing phase of the washing appliance 100 includes a pre-washing phase, the pre-washing phase being prior to the main-washing phase, the control method including:
in case the washing appliance 100 is in the pre-washing stage, the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water in the heating water tank 10.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment may be implemented by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. The controller 20 is used for controlling the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 in case that the washing appliance 100 is in a pre-washing stage.
In particular, the pre-wash stage is understood to mean that no hot water is used, only cold wash water is introduced to soak the contaminants on the dishes. The heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 under the condition that the washing appliance 100 is in the pre-washing stage, so that the hot water reaching the preset temperature range in the heating water tank 10 can be introduced into the washing chamber 32 to wash the dishes when the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the hot water washing stage includes a rinsing stage, which is after the main washing stage, and step S10 includes:
in step S14, before the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage, the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water in the heating water tank 10.
Step S20 includes:
in step S24, when the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage, the hot water in the hot water tank 10 is controlled to be heated to perform the washing in the rinsing stage.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment can be realized by the washing appliance 100 of the present embodiment. Both of the steps S14 and S24 can be realized by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. That is, the controller 20 is used to control the heating water tank 10 to heat water in the heating water tank 10 before the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage, and to control hot water in the heating water tank 10 to perform washing in the rinsing stage in case the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage.
In this way, in the case that the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage, the washing in the rinsing stage is performed using the hot water that has been in the heating water tank 10 before the rinsing stage, so that it is not necessary to consume time for heating the washing water or to reduce time for heating the washing water in the rinsing stage, and thus the washing time in the rinsing stage of the washing appliance 100 can be shortened.
In particular, the rinsing stage is mainly to rinse the dishes again using hot water of 55 to 80 ℃, and the rinsing stage is mainly to remove the dishes possibly remaining with residues or detergent that are not completely washed clean in the main washing stage. Since hot water of 55 to 80 c is used, at such a temperature, the rinsing stage can achieve drying of the dishes using the remaining temperature of the dishes after the washing is completed. In this embodiment, the temperature of the washing water may be heated to the range of [55 ℃, 80 ℃) in the heating water tank 10 in advance before the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage, so that the hot water having the temperature of 55 ℃ to 80 ℃ is directly introduced from the heating water tank 10 to the washing chamber 32 in the case that the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage. The rinsing stage may be preceded by a pre-wash stage and a main wash stage.
In certain embodiments, step S14 includes:
in case the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage, the water to be heated is introduced into the heating water tank 10 and the heating water tank 10 is controlled to heat the water to be heated.
The control method of the washing appliance 100 in the above embodiment may be implemented by the controller 20 of the present embodiment. The controller 20 is used to introduce the water to be heated into the heating water tank 10 and control the heating water tank 10 to heat the water to be heated in case the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage.
Thus, when the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage after the main washing stage, hot water heated by the heating water tank 10 in the main washing stage can be introduced into the washing chamber 32, so that the efficiency is high, and the electricity is saved.
It should be noted that, in an example, referring to fig. 7, the washing stages include a pre-washing stage, a main washing stage and a rinsing stage which are performed in time sequence, the pre-washing stage belongs to the non-hot water washing stage, the main washing stage and the rinsing stage belong to the hot water washing stage, the rinsing stage is located after the main washing stage, and the pre-washing stage is located before the main washing stage.
Specifically, the preset temperature range of the present embodiment includes a first preset temperature range and a second preset temperature range.
In one embodiment, the number of the heating water tanks 10 may be one. When the washing appliance 100 is in the pre-washing stage, cold water is introduced into the heating water tank 10, the amount of cold water is just enough to the amount of water used for washing in the main washing stage, and the controller 20 controls the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 so that the temperature of the water is within a first preset temperature range, so that the heated hot water is directly introduced into the washing chamber 32 to perform washing in the main washing stage under the condition that the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage. When the washing appliance 100 is in the middle and later stages of the main washing stage, cold water can be introduced into the heating water tank 10 again, the amount of the cold water is just enough to the amount of the washing water in the rinsing stage, and the controller 20 controls the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 so that the temperature of the water is in the second preset temperature range, so that the heated hot water is directly introduced into the washing chamber 32 to wash in the rinsing stage under the condition that the washing appliance 100 is in the rinsing stage. It should be noted that, in the case that the time required for washing in the main washing stage is much longer than the heating time required for heating the hot water in the heating water tank 10 for the rinsing stage, the heating power required for maintaining the temperature of the water in the water tank constant can be saved by starting the heating element 14 in the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10 only at the middle and later stages of the main washing stage in the present embodiment.
In another embodiment, the number of the heating water tanks 10 may be two, i.e., a first heating water tank and a second heating water tank. When the washing appliance 100 is in the pre-washing stage, cold water is introduced into the first heating water tank, the amount of cold water is just enough to the amount of washing water in the main washing stage, and the controller 20 controls the first heating water tank to heat the water in the first heating water tank so that the temperature of the water is within a first preset temperature range, so that the heated hot water is directly introduced into the washing chamber 32 to wash in the main washing stage under the condition that the washing appliance 100 is in the main washing stage. Or, cold water may be introduced into the second heating water tank at a middle and later stage of the pre-washing stage or the main washing stage of the washing appliance 100, where the amount of cold water is just enough to be used for washing at the rinsing stage, and the controller 20 controls the second heating water tank to heat water in the second heating water tank so that the temperature of the water is within a second preset temperature range, so that the heated hot water is directly introduced into the washing chamber 32 to wash at the rinsing stage under the condition that the washing appliance 100 is at the rinsing stage. In other embodiments, a heating water tank may be divided into two cavities, and the water in each cavity may be heated separately, and the heated water may be used in the main washing stage and the rinsing stage, respectively.
The non-transitory computer readable storage medium 110 of an embodiment of the present invention includes a computer program for use in conjunction with the washing appliance 100. The computer program, when executed by the processor 120, causes the processor 120 to perform the control method of the washing appliance 100 of any of the above embodiments.
For example, the computer program, in case it is executed by the processor 120, causes the processor 120 to perform the following method steps:
step S10, before the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, controlling the heating water tank 10 to heat the water in the heating water tank 10;
in step S20, when the washing appliance 100 is in the hot water washing stage, the hot water in the hot water tank 10 is controlled to perform the washing in the hot water washing stage.
Specifically, the processor 120 may include the controller 20, and in the case where the computer program is executed by the controller 20, the controller 20 is caused to perform the control method of the washing appliance 100 of any one of the above embodiments.
