Abstract
本发明公开的一种电子设备螺装接地连接器,旨在提供一种稳定性、可靠性更高,拆装更为便捷,可同时适用于通孔和盲孔安装的满足机载、舰载、车载等恶劣使用环境的接地连接器。本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:在主螺杆(1)六方法兰下端制出主螺纹段,上端制出连接垫圈(2)、弹垫(3)和锁紧螺帽(4)的次螺纹段,锁紧螺帽(4)通过顶端六角螺母进行紧固或卸荷,防止锁紧螺帽(4)脱落。本发明适用于各种恶劣环境中的电子设备通孔和盲孔安装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备螺装接地连接器装置,特别是指一种电子设备上盲插的接地连接器。
背景技术
在舰载和车载的电子设备中搭接是使用最广泛的接地形式,通过机械措施用接地连接器和接地线将设备电源、外壳与机架或大地连接在一起,形成一个电气互通的整体。接地是在电子设备中防止电磁干扰,保证用电安全最重要的一个保护措施,良好的接地结构和接地形式是保障操作人员安全和设备正常工作稳定性的主要因素。目前在机载、舰载和车载内的电子设备中,大多数接地连接器都只适用于电子设备的机壳较薄的通孔安装,将接地连接器一端插入机壳,从机壳另一端采用螺母固定,如果一直处于振动较强的环境中,螺母容易出现松动从而导致接地连接器脱落;其他一些接地连接器或是直接将螺纹旋入机壳的安装螺纹孔中,然后通过插销破坏螺纹进行锁紧固定,虽然可解决不牢固的问题,但是这种方案不适合机壳较厚的设备,可拆卸和更换性较差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,旨在提供一种稳定性、可靠性更高,拆装更为便捷,可同时适用于通孔和盲孔安装的满足机载、舰载、车载等恶劣使用环境的电子设备螺装接地连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施的技术方案如下:一种电子设备螺装接地连接器,包括:制有六方法兰的主螺杆1、和锁紧螺帽4,其特征在于,主螺杆1六方法兰下端为主螺纹段,上端为连接垫圈2、弹垫3和锁紧螺帽4的次螺纹段,锁紧螺帽4通过顶端六角螺母进行紧固或卸荷,防止锁紧螺帽4脱落。
本发明具有的有益效果在于:
本发明采用制有六方法兰的主螺杆1、垫圈2、弹垫3和锁紧螺帽4组成电子设备螺装接地连接器,结构简单、加工方便,具有防松措施,兼顾了接地连接器的锁紧难题和可拆卸、可更换问题;其中垫圈2和弹垫3可直接采用国家标准件紧固件GB848和GB93。主螺杆1设置有六方法兰11,方便操作人员使用工具将主螺杆1与电子设备机体6上的接地连接器螺纹安装盲孔进行紧固连接;锁紧螺帽4操作段顶端为开有一字槽的六角螺母,具备多种紧固操作方式便于操作人员采用工具对锁紧螺帽4进行紧固或卸荷,适用于各种恶劣环境中的电子设备通孔和盲孔安装。

具体实施方式
参阅图1-图3。在以下描述的实施例中,一种电子设备螺装接地连接器,包括:制有六方法兰的主螺杆1、垫圈2、弹垫3和锁紧螺帽4。其中,主螺杆1六方法兰下端为连接所述电子设备螺装接地连接器安装螺纹孔的主螺纹段,主螺杆1六方法兰上端为连接所述垫圈2、弹垫3和锁紧螺帽4的次螺纹段,锁紧螺帽4通过操作段顶端六角螺母进行紧固或卸荷,防止锁紧螺帽4脱落。
所述六方法兰11下端为主螺纹段12,主螺纹段12主要连接于电子设备机体6上的接地连接器安装螺纹盲孔。
六方法兰11上端为连接垫圈2、弹垫3和锁紧螺帽4的次螺纹段13。
所述六方法兰11上设置有可通过保险绳7与电子设备提供的保险孔相连接的保险孔14,保险孔14用于紧固主螺杆1,防止其在恶劣的振动环境下出现侧移或者松动的情况,本实施方式提供的保险孔可直接采用HB1-203头部带保险孔的防松螺钉5。
所述锁紧螺帽4包括便于操作人员手指夹持并可直接手动进行初步紧固、拧松的操作段;操作段外圆表面加工有滚花44;操作段顶端设置的六角螺母上开一字型槽45,在安装和拆卸时方便操作人员采用多种工具进一步完成紧固和拧松,操作段内设置有台阶孔46,主螺杆1顶部空心端15在进行扩铆后形成机械限位,避免锁紧螺帽4松脱时出现脱落现象。
综上所述,该电子设备螺装接地连接器的结构和安装形式可以很好的解决现有接地连接器所存在的不牢固、拆装麻烦、不可更换的兼容问题,可广泛应用于恶劣环境下的电子设备中,提升电子设备的使用安全性。

1.一种电子设备螺装接地连接器,包括:制有六方法兰的主螺杆(1)、和锁紧螺帽(4),其特征在于,主螺杆(1)六方法兰下端为主螺纹段,上端为连接垫圈(2)、弹垫(3)和锁紧螺帽(4)的次螺纹段(13),锁紧螺帽(4)通过顶端六角螺母进行紧固或卸荷,防止锁紧螺帽(4)脱落;
所述六方法兰(11)上设置有可通过保险绳(7)与电子设备提供的保险孔相连接的保险孔(14),保险孔(14)用于紧固主螺杆(1),防止其在恶劣的振动环境下出现侧移或者松动脱落的情况;电子设备提供的保险孔可采用头部带保险孔的防松螺钉(5);
六方法兰(11)下端主螺纹段(12)连接电子设备机体(6)上的接地连接器安装螺纹盲孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备螺装接地连接器,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺帽(4)包括便于操作人员手指夹持并可直接手动进行初步紧固、拧松的操作段;操作段外圆表面加工有滚花(44)。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子设备螺装接地连接器,其特征在于:操作段顶端设置的六角螺母上开有一字型槽(45),在安装和拆卸时方便操作人员采用多种工具进一步完成紧固和拧松,操作段内设置有台阶孔(46)。
