As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the intelligent turret 100 of the present invention further includes drag chains 60 at both sides of the intelligent turret 100, wherein the lower ends of the drag chains 60 at the left side extend into the left avoidance space 55 and are assembled with the left end 511 of the bottom cabinet body 51, so that the wires in the bottom cabinet body 51 pass out of the left end 511 of the bottom cabinet body 51 along the horizontal wire grooves 54 and are assembled in the drag chains 60 at the left side; the upper end of the left drag chain 60 is assembled at the left bottom of the front support 20, the lower end of the right drag chain 60 extends into the right avoidance space 56 and is assembled at the right end 512 of the bottom cabinet main body 51, so that the wiring in the bottom cabinet main body 51 passes out of the right end 512 of the bottom cabinet main body 51 along the horizontal wiring groove 54 and is assembled in the right drag chain 60; the upper end of the right drag chain 60 is fitted to the bottom of the right side of the front bracket 20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 10 to 12b, the intelligent turret 100 of the present invention further includes an inclined cover structure 70 located at the front of the beam 41, wherein the inclined cover structure 70 includes an inclined cover frame 71, a cover plate 72, a latch 73 and a rubber sleeve 74, the inclined cover frame 71 is assembled at the rear platform frame 20b, the cover plate 72 covers the top surface of the inclined cover frame 71, the latch 73 is fixed at the bottom of the cover plate 72, the rubber sleeve 74 is fixedly sleeved at the top of the inclined cover frame 71, the latch 73 is removably inserted in the rubber sleeve 74, the latch 73 is also in interference fit with the rubber sleeve 74, so as to realize unthreaded connection between the cover plate 72 and the inclined cover frame 71, and improve the assembly neatness between the two; of course, according to practical needs, the bolt 73 is fixed on the top of the bevel cover frame 71, and the rubber sleeve 74 is fixedly sleeved on the bottom of the cover plate 72, so the invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, the front side of the cover plate 72 has a tongue 721 protruding forward for plug-in engagement with the intermediate inclined frame 20c, and the plug pin 73 is located at the rear side of the cover plate 72; specifically, the front surface 711 of the chute frame 71 is inclined toward the rear surface 712 of the chute frame 71 in the top-to-bottom direction of the intelligent tower 100 such that the projection of the chute frame 71 on a plane perpendicular to the lateral direction thereof is triangular, improving the stability of the chute frame 71, but is not limited thereto. The assembly process between the cover plate 72 and the chute cover frame 71 will be described with reference to fig. 12a and 12 b: during assembly, firstly, the bolts 73 at the cover plate 72 are aligned with the rubber sleeves 74 at the inclined cover frame 71; next, the cover plate 72 is moved in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 12a until the pin 73 is inserted into the rubber sleeve 74 and is interference fit with the rubber sleeve 74, as shown in fig. 12 b.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the intelligent turret 100 of the present invention further includes a linear driver 80, a mounting shaft 91, and a front-rear tilting bracket 92 for carrying a display 300, the mounting shaft 91 is disposed along the left-right direction of the intelligent turret 100, and the mounting shaft 91 is further assembled at the front end of the front-rear tilting bracket 92 and the front platform frame 20a, so that the rear end of the front-rear tilting bracket 92 is tilted back and forth around the mounting shaft 91; the linear actuator 80 is positioned behind the mounting shaft 91 in preparation for the linear actuator 80 to drive the front-to-rear flip bracket 92 to flip back and forth from behind; the linear actuator 80 includes an actuator body 81 hinged to the middle tilting frame 20c and a sliding rod 82 slidably extended and retracted with respect to the actuator body 81, the sliding rod 82 is obliquely extended forward and upward to the front and rear tilting frame 92 and hinged to the front and rear tilting frame 92, and preferably the sliding rod 82 is obliquely extended forward and upward to the bottom of the rear end of the front and rear tilting frame 92 and pivoted to the bottom, so that the linear actuator 80 is reliably assembled to the middle tilting frame 20c and more reliably pushes the front and rear tilting frame 92 to tilt forward and backward, thereby adjusting the angle of the display 300 assembled to the front and rear tilting frame 92, but is not limited thereto. It should be noted that the linear actuator 80 may be an electric push rod, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or a linear motor, but is not limited thereto.
The working principle of the intelligent tower of the invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings: when the intelligent turret 100 in the state shown in fig. 1 is to be adjusted to the intelligent turret 100 in the state shown in fig. 2, the elevating foot stand 10 lifts the front-stage stand 20, the bedplate 30, the display-screen turning mechanism 40, the display 300 and the display screen 200 together, and the elevating direction is the direction indicated by the double arrow B; when the intelligent turret 100 in the state shown in fig. 2 is to be adjusted to the intelligent turret 100 in the state shown in fig. 3, the turnover driver 42 is operated to drive the beam 41 to turn forward (the turnover direction is indicated by an arrow E in fig. 15) through the connecting rod 41, so as to drive the display screen 200 mounted on the beam 41 to turn forward; meanwhile, the linear driver 80 drives the front end of the front-rear tilting bracket 92 to tilt forward about the mounting shaft 91, thereby driving the display 300 mounted at the front-rear tilting bracket 92 to tilt forward, as shown in fig. 3. It should be noted that the present invention is merely illustrative, and not limited thereto.
Compared with the prior art, because the display screen tilting mechanism 40 comprises the cross beam 41 positioned above the rear of the front support 20, the tilting drivers 42 positioned on the left side and the right side of the intelligent tower 100 respectively and the connecting rods 43 positioned on the left side and the right side of the intelligent tower 100 respectively, the tilting drivers 42 are assembled on the top 11 of the lifting foot rest 10, the connecting rods 43 are assembled on the side wall 21 of the front support 20, one end of each connecting rod 43 is connected with each tilting driver 42, the cross beam 41 is arranged along the left direction and the right direction of the intelligent tower 100, and the left end and the right end of each cross beam 41 are respectively assembled and connected with the other end of each connecting rod 43 in the same side. Because the turnover driver 42 is mounted on the top 11 of the lifting foot stand 10, the top 11 of the lifting foot stand 10 directly provides support for the turnover driver 42, so that the turnover driver 42 can bear larger load, and is assembled at the side wall 21 of the front support 20 by combining the connecting rod 43, the reliability of the turnover driver 42 for turning over the display screen 200 is increased on the basis that the thickness of the bedplate is not increased. In addition, since the bottom cabinet 50 is located directly under the front frame 20 and disposed along the left-right direction of the intelligent tower 100, the bottom cabinet 50 is also adjacent to the lifting foot stand 10, so that the intelligent tower 100 of the present invention is more compact, but is not limited thereto.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent turret table, comprising:
Lifting foot frames are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the intelligent tower;
the left side bottom and the right side bottom of the front table support are respectively connected with the top of the lifting foot rest in the same side in an assembling way;
a platen assembled at the front stage support;
The display screen overturning mechanism comprises a cross beam, overturning drivers and connecting rods, wherein the cross beam is positioned above the rear of the front desk support, the overturning drivers are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the intelligent tower, the connecting rods are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the intelligent tower, the overturning drivers are assembled at the top of the lifting foot rest, the connecting rods are assembled at the side wall of the front desk support, one end of each connecting rod is connected with the overturning drivers, the cross beam is arranged along the left direction and the right direction of the intelligent tower, and the left end and the right end of each cross beam are respectively assembled and connected with the other end of each connecting rod in the same side; and
The bottom cabinet is positioned under the front bench support and is arranged along the left-right direction of the intelligent tower, and the bottom cabinet is also arranged adjacent to the lifting foot rest;
The front platform support comprises a front platform framework, a rear platform framework and a middle inclined framework connected between the front platform framework and the rear platform framework, the front platform framework is further positioned above the front of the rear platform framework, the bottom of the rear platform framework is assembled at the top of the lifting foot rest, the connecting rod is assembled at the side wall of the rear platform framework, and the cross beam is positioned above the rear platform framework;
The overturning driver comprises a driver body hinged to the top of the lifting foot stool and a telescopic rod which slides and stretches along the front-back direction of the intelligent tower, the middle part of the connecting rod is hinged to the side wall of the rear platform framework to form a hinged part positioned above the overturning driver, the hinged part separates the connecting rod into a first arm extending to the telescopic rod below the intelligent tower and a second arm extending to the rear of the intelligent tower, the first arm is hinged to the telescopic rod, the left end and the right end of the cross beam are respectively assembled at the second arm on the same side, and an included angle between the first arm and the second arm is an acute angle.
2. The intelligent turret of claim 1, wherein the end of the second arm remote from the hinge extends a tilt arm rearward and upward of the intelligent turret, the left and right ends of the cross beam each fitting into the tilt arm in the same side.

The intelligent tower according to claim 1, wherein the base cabinet comprises a base cabinet main body located right below the front support, a left sealing ring structure assembled at the left end of the base cabinet main body, a right sealing ring structure assembled at the right end of the base cabinet main body, and a horizontal wiring groove arranged along the left-right direction of the intelligent tower, the base cabinet main body is provided with an air cooling cavity with a cavity opening facing downwards, the left end of the base cabinet main body is provided with a left exposed cavity communicated with the air cooling cavity and a left brush for blocking communication between the left exposed cavity and the air cooling cavity, the right end of the base cabinet main body is provided with a right exposed cavity communicated with the air cooling cavity and a right brush for blocking communication between the right exposed cavity and the air cooling cavity, the left end of the horizontal wiring groove penetrates through the left brush and is mounted at the left exposed cavity, the right end of the horizontal wiring groove penetrates through the right brush and is mounted at the right exposed cavity, the left end of the base cabinet main body is jointly exposed from the left sealing ring structure to the left end of the base cabinet main body and the left exposed cavity opening and the right exposed cavity opening, and the left end of the base cabinet main body is jointly exposed from the left sealing ring structure to the left cavity opening and the right cavity opening of the base cabinet.

The intelligent turret of claim 1, further comprising a bezel structure positioned in front of the beam, the bezel structure including a latch, a sleeve, a bezel frame mounted to the rear platform frame and a cover plate covering the top surface of the bezel frame, the latch being secured to one of the top of the bezel frame and the bottom of the cover plate, the sleeve being fixedly secured to the other of the top of the bezel frame and the bottom of the cover plate, the latch being removably inserted into the sleeve, the latch also being in interference fit with the sleeve.
6. The intelligent turret of claim 5, wherein the front side of the cover plate has a tongue projecting forwardly for mating with the intermediate angled skeleton, the gum cover or latch being located at the rear side of the cover plate.

The intelligent turret of claim 1, further comprising a linear actuator, a mounting shaft and a front-to-rear flip bracket for carrying a display, the mounting shaft being disposed in a left-to-right direction of the intelligent turret, the mounting shaft being further assembled at a front end of the front-to-rear flip bracket and at the front platform frame, the linear actuator being located behind the mounting shaft, the linear actuator including a driver body hinged to the intermediate tilt frame and a slide bar slidably telescoping with respect to the driver body, the slide bar extending obliquely forward and upward to the front-to-rear flip bracket and being hinged thereto.
