Abstract
本发明涉及一种促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,包括α‑淀粉、豆粕、酵母水解物、鱼粉、白鱼粉、鱼油、磷脂油、磷酸二氢钙、鱼用多维、鱼用多矿、氯化胆碱、维生素C、维生素E、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂、鱼虾味素、腐植酸钠、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂。本发明通过对加州鲈饲料添加、维生素C、维生素E、幸福100、鱼虾味素、腐植酸钠、威特能B这些物料,从而改变提高加州鲈饲料的嗜口性,提升加州鲈高温期的采食量(采食量提升5%以上),为客户提供更具性价比的加州鲈饲料,在市场竞争中脱颖而出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加州鲈饲料,特别是一种促进采食量的加州鲈饲料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提升,对鲜活水产品的需求越来越大。加州鲈肉质鲜美、无肌间刺、价格亲民,受到广大消费者的青睐,具有巨大的消费市场。珠三角地区养殖加州鲈具有得天独厚的地理气候优势,在种苗、饲料、流通等产业链也有明显的优势。近年来,随着加州鲈全程料配方和工艺的成熟,全国范围内掀起了加州鲈养殖热潮。从2015年开始,全国加州鲈鱼养殖总量由最初的30万吨,一直增长到2018年的50万吨,且预计今后几年总产量可达100万吨。
加州鲈原产北美州,属于温带性鱼类,非常不适应夏季高温天气,高温期的摄食量大幅下降,以致影响其产出时间。由于加州鲈的养殖主要集中在珠三角一带,各区域夏季温度差异不大,所以,导致各养殖户产出(出鱼)时间大致相同,对市场冲击较大,供过于求,以致价格下降,若采取延长养殖时间等待市场需求旺盛的时候出鱼,则大大提高养殖风险。由此可见,若能提高夏季高温其加州鲈的摄食量,缩短其养殖时间,抢先在大部分养殖户出鱼时出鱼,可以获得更丰厚利润,并且,大大降低养殖风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提升加州鲈饲料的嗜口性,提升加州鲈高温期的采食量的促进采食量的加州鲈饲料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,包括α-淀粉、豆粕、酵母水解物、鱼粉、白鱼粉、鱼油、磷脂油、磷酸二氢钙、鱼用多维、鱼用多矿、氯化胆碱、维生素C、维生素E、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂、鱼虾味素、腐植酸钠、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂。
以上配方中:所述酵母水解物是酵母细胞的水解产物,通过自溶或通过外加酶水解得到,其含有大量的氨基酸、小肽、丰富的 B 族维生素、谷胱甘肽及核苷酸类物质。核酸具有增强机体免疫力、促进细胞再生与修复、促进加州鲈肠道正常发育、抗氧化及维持肠道正常菌群的作用 ;另外,水解物中的肌苷酸和鸟苷酸可作为增鲜呈味剂,具有一定的诱食作用。
含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂具有优越的抑菌、抗氧化、清除自由基、提高免疫力和促生长作用,是一种高效、环保、安全、无毒副作用的绿色饲料添加剂。
腐植酸钠能改善胃肠功能,促进胃液分泌,增加食欲,促进营养物质更快的进入机体,刺激胃肠中有益菌的生长,抑制腐败菌的繁殖;而且,能能促进消化吸收,所以可以使饲料配伍中的矿物质元素更好的吸收利用,充分发挥矿物质元素和多种维生素的作用。由于腐植酸本身分子量较大,在一定介质中还可缔合成更大的粒子,因此具有胶体特性和吸附能力,形成良好的离子交换及催化作用,促进饲料成分的活化吸收。使饲料中的各种复分子营养成分充分分解并进行良好的有机组合、增加胃肠功能,促进蛋白质的同化作用。腐植酸的吸附作用使饲料养分较缓慢的通过肠道,增强了吸收消化时间,提高了营养成分的吸收率。再有,腐植酸钠中含有碳水化合物(以及其他一些添加剂也含有碳水化合物),对加州鲈嗜口性产生有利影响。
含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂能提高加州鲈肠道绒毛高度(即提高肠道厚度)。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的方案,包括以下重量份的组分:包括α-淀粉10.3-10.7份、豆粕9.2-9.4份、酵母水解物4.9-5.1份、鱼粉59.8-60.5份、白鱼粉4.9-5.1份、鱼油5.9-6.1份、磷脂油1.95-2.05份、磷酸二氢钙0.98-1.02份、鱼用多维0.18-0.21份、鱼用多矿0.18-0.21份、氯化胆碱0.18-0.21份、维生素C 0.09-0.11份、维生素E 0.04-0.06份、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂0.09-0.1份、鱼虾味素0.09-0.1份、腐植酸钠0.18-0.2份、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂0.04-0.06份。
作为进一步的方案,包括以下重量份的组分:包括α-淀粉10.5份、豆粕9.3份、酵母水解物5.0份、鱼粉60份、白鱼粉5.0份、鱼油6.0份、磷脂油2.0份、磷酸二氢钙1.0份、鱼用多维0.2份、鱼用多矿0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、维生素C 0.1份、维生素E 0.05份、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂0.1份、鱼虾味素0.1份、腐植酸钠0.2份、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂0.05份。
作为进一步的方案,加州鲈饲料还额外添加有含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂。L-肉碱的饲料添加剂具有增强加州鲈免疫力,保护肝脏功能等优点。
作为进一步的方案,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂比例为加州鲈饲料总质量的0.018%-0.02%。
作为进一步的方案,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂0.02%。
作为进一步的方案,所述含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂的商品名为幸福100。幸福100的主要成分为绿原酸≥8%,杜仲黄酮≥10%,杜仲多糖≥20%。
作为进一步的方案,所述含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂的商品名为威特能B。威特能B是广东溢多利生物科技股份有限公司自主开发和生产的三丁酸甘油酯产品,具有奶油、黄油香气和腊香味,同时含有淡淡酸味和微苦味。本产品能提高到达养殖动物肠道作用位点的有效丁酸含量,改善养殖动物肠道微生物菌群,修复受损肠道,提高肠道结构的完整性,增强肠道物理屏蔽作用,加强肠道的免疫功能,降低养殖动物肠道疾病率的爆发;促进养殖动物摄食,提高动物的生长性能,最终提高养殖的经济效益,是无抗养殖大环境下动物肠道健康的首选产品。
作为进一步的方案,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂的商品名为鱼虾4号。鱼虾4号呈白色粉末状,其含活性物质L-肉碱盐酸盐为47-53%,并且热稳定性强。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过对加州鲈饲料添加、维生素C、维生素E、幸福100、鱼虾味素、腐植酸钠、威特能B这些物料,从而改变提高加州鲈饲料的嗜口性,提升加州鲈高温期的采食量(采食量提升5%以上),为客户提供更具性价比的加州鲈饲料,在市场竞争中脱颖而出;
(2)本发明对鱼粉的选取进行了优化,采用一部分白鱼粉替代常规的鱼粉,实现了蛋白源的优化,提高加州鲈饲料的嗜口性;
(3)本发明提升了酵母水解物的含量,为加州鲈的肠道健康、免疫力提供更大的保障,使其在采食量提升的情况下仍能健康成长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
一种促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,包括以下重量份的组分:包括α-淀粉10.5份、豆粕9.3份、酵母水解物5.0份、鱼粉60份、白鱼粉5.0份、鱼油6.0份、磷脂油2.0份、磷酸二氢钙1.0份、鱼用多维0.2份、鱼用多矿0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、维生素C 0.1份、维生素E 0.05份、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂0.1份、鱼虾味素0.1份、腐植酸钠0.2份、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂0.05份。
加州鲈饲料还额外添加有含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂,含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂0.02%。所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂的商品名为鱼虾4号。
所述含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂的商品名为幸福100。
所述含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂的商品名为威特能B。
以上组分及额外添加物组合成的饲料的制备过程与常规加州鲈饲料的制备相同或近似,在此不作说明。
根据上述组分制作出以下实验配方:包括α-淀粉105kg、豆粕93kg、酵母水解物50kg、鱼粉600kg、白鱼粉50kg、鱼油60kg、磷脂油20kg、磷酸二氢钙10kg、鱼用多维2kg、鱼用多矿2kg、氯化胆碱2kg、维生素C 1kg、维生素E 0.5kg、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂(幸福100)1kg、鱼虾味素1kg、腐植酸钠2kg、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂(威特能B)0.5kg。上述实验配方的加州鲈饲料总重1000.2kg,粗蛋白质含量50.2%,粗脂肪含量13%。
下面,结合试验养殖对上述实验配方进行分析说明。
试验养殖是通过将实验配方与基础配方分别进行养殖比较,其中基础配方如下:包括α-淀粉110kg、豆粕119kg、酵母水解物25kg、鱼粉650kg、鱼油60kg、磷脂油20kg、磷酸二氢钙10kg、鱼用多维2kg、鱼用多矿2kg、氯化胆碱2kg。上述实验配方的加州鲈饲料总重1000.2kg,粗蛋白质含量50.3%,粗脂肪含量12.9%。
试验分两期,第一期试验,在养殖桶中进行,周期是一个半月、并模拟夏季30摄氏度以上高温;两组养殖桶分别采用实验配方和基础配方进行投喂,两组养殖桶投喂饲料重量相同,投喂的量根据加州鲈最佳状态下采食量而投放,从第一期试验可以看到:加州鲈对实验配方采食主动、明显;对投喂后对饲料残渣进行捞取烘干称重,称重数据显示,基础配方饲料残渣较多,采用实验配方的养殖桶采食量比采用基础配方的养殖桶采食量相比,约提高5%。采用实验配方的养殖桶鱼苗增重明显。
第二期试验,是在第一期试验后进行,采用外塘养殖比较(示范户中试用),周期为五个月,采用实验配方的养殖桶加州鲈增重更为明显,养殖成本与采用基础配方的养殖成本更低。

1.一种促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,包括α-淀粉、豆粕、酵母水解物、鱼粉、白鱼粉、鱼油、磷脂油、磷酸二氢钙、鱼用多维、鱼用多矿、氯化胆碱、维生素C、维生素E、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂、鱼虾味素、腐植酸钠、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,包括以下重量份的组分:包括α-淀粉10.3-10.7份、豆粕9.2-9.4份、酵母水解物4.9-5.1份、鱼粉59.8-60.5份、白鱼粉4.9-5.1份、鱼油5.9-6.1份、磷脂油1.95-2.05份、磷酸二氢钙0.98-1.02份、鱼用多维0.18-0.21份、鱼用多矿0.18-0.21份、氯化胆碱0.18-0.21份、维生素C 0.09-0.11份、维生素E 0.04-0.06份、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂0.09-0.1份、鱼虾味素0.09-0.1份、腐植酸钠0.18-0.2份、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂0.04-0.06份。
3.根据权利要求1所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,包括以下重量份的组分:包括α-淀粉10.5份、豆粕9.3份、酵母水解物5.0份、鱼粉60份、白鱼粉5.0份、鱼油6.0份、磷脂油2.0份、磷酸二氢钙1.0份、鱼用多维0.2份、鱼用多矿0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、维生素C0.1份、维生素E 0.05份、含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂0.1份、鱼虾味素0.1份、腐植酸钠0.2份、含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂0.05份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,加州鲈饲料还额外添加有含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂比例为加州鲈饲料总质量的0.018%-0.02%。
6.根据权利要求5所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂0.02%。
7.根据权利要求1所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,所述含杜仲叶提取物的功能性添加剂的商品名为幸福100。
8.根据权利要求1所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,所述含三丁酸甘油酯的添加剂的商品名为威特能B。
9.根据权利要求4所述促进采食量的加州鲈饲料,其特征是,所述含L-肉碱的饲料添加剂的商品名为鱼虾4号。
