The periphery of the lower calandria is provided with an electromagnetic driving mechanism for applying up-and-down reciprocating driving force to the homopolar magnets, and the electromagnetic driving mechanism is used for maintaining and clearing a closed path of the closed disk flushing row. The electromagnetic driving mechanism is an electromagnetic coil which is wound on the water falling hopper and is provided with a waterproof socket, and the waterproof socket of the electromagnetic coil is connected with a reciprocating driving direct current power supply through a plug-in power line. The reciprocating drive DC power supply is provided with a manual or automatic reversing switch. When the reversing switch is in the reversing switch position state, the coil attracts or repels the upper homopolar magnet to move downwards, and when the reversing switch is in the reversing switch position state, the coil repels or attracts the upper homopolar magnet to move upwards. When the manual reversing switch is positioned at the middle switch position, the power supply is turned off.
A water seal mechanism is arranged below the magnetic suspension flushing valve in the lower calandria 1; after the water seal mechanism is arranged, selecting according to the working conditions of different moments of the wash basin: the magnetic suspension flushing valve is used together with the water seal mechanism; and taking down the magnetic suspension flushing valve, and only using the water sealing mechanism. The water seal mechanism is characterized in that a side exhaust through hole 10 is formed in the middle of a lower exhaust pipe 1, a magnetic suspension flushing valve is matched with an inner shrinkage port 20 of the lower exhaust pipe 1 above the side exhaust through hole 10 in a sealing sleeve manner, a lower exhaust pipe lower section of an inner blocking wall 11 positioned below the magnetic suspension flushing valve is formed below the side exhaust through hole 10, the outer periphery of the upper side exhaust through hole 10 of the lower exhaust pipe 1 is downwards sealed through an outer convex ring disk 12, a sealing ring and a fastening nut 14, an outer sleeve 7 of the lower exhaust pipe 1 is downwards connected in a sealing manner, an upper extension pipe 70 extending into the lower section of the lower exhaust pipe 1 is formed in an inner shrinkage port 20 formed in the lower periphery of the outer sleeve 7, a transverse water flow channel is formed between the upper end of the upper extension pipe 70 and the lower surface of the inner blocking wall 11, and a downwards water flow channel is formed between the outer periphery of the upper extension pipe 70 and the inner periphery of the lower section of the lower exhaust pipe 1. The middle part of the lower calandria 1 is provided with a side calandria through hole 10, and the lower calandria 1 is provided with at least two vertical arms 15 downwards below the inner necking 20, and the two vertical arms 15 downwards extend to connect with the lower section of the lower calandria 1 provided with the inner blocking wall 11. The seal sleeve matched magnetic suspension flushing valve of the inner necking 20 of the lower calandria 1 is characterized in that a top flange 21 which is externally buckled on the inner necking 20 of the lower calandria 1 is arranged at a tubular upper opening of a water falling cage, a sealing ring is arranged below the top flange 21 at the periphery of the tubular upper end of the water falling cage through an inner concave ring groove, a plurality of annular ribs 81 are arranged below the sealing ring at the periphery of the tubular upper end of the water falling cage, and the periphery of the water falling cage is fixed with the inner necking 20 of the lower calandria 1 through the sealing ring and the plurality of annular ribs 81 in a sealing manner. The outer collar plate 12 is provided with a plurality of evenly distributed upper projections 16 on the inside of the top cover of the tightening nut 14.
The outer periphery of the outer sleeve is provided with an electromagnetic driving mechanism for applying up-and-down reciprocating driving force to the homopolar magnets, and the electromagnetic driving mechanism is used for maintaining and clearing a closed path of the closed disc punch row. The electromagnetic driving mechanism is an electromagnetic coil which is wound on the water falling hopper and is provided with a waterproof socket, and the waterproof socket of the electromagnetic coil is connected with a reciprocating driving direct current power supply through a plug-in power line. The reciprocating drive DC power supply is provided with a manual or automatic reversing switch. When the reversing switch is in the reversing switch position state, the coil attracts or repels the upper homopolar magnet to move downwards, and when the reversing switch is in the reversing switch position state, the coil repels or attracts the upper homopolar magnet to move upwards. When the manual reversing switch is positioned at the middle switch position, the power supply is turned off.
The water falling cage is a top flange plate 21 with an extending upper convex part hinged with a handle 86, a sealing ring 80 is arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the vertical pipe 8 below the top flange plate 21 through an inner concave ring groove, a screw thread 81 matched with a shrinkage end wire in a lower drain pipe is arranged on the periphery of the vertical pipe 8 below the sealing ring 80, the vertical pipe 8 is downwards provided with a water falling cage body, the middle part in the water falling cage body is vertically matched with a sliding rod 4 with a sealing plate 40 at the upper end through a vertical sliding support 3 in a sliding manner, an upper homopolar magnet 51 and a lower homopolar magnet 52 which are respectively arranged at the opposite positions of the lower end of the sliding rod 4 and the bottom of the water falling cage body in a vertical repulsive manner are respectively arranged, and a ring flange plate 60 which is sealed with the sealing plate 40 in an up-down extrusion manner is arranged on the vertical pipe 8. The ring flange 60 is an inner sleeve with a lower end or a natural ring flange 60 sealed and sleeved on the inner periphery of the lower part of the vertical pipe 8. The annular flange 60 or the annular flange 60 and the inner sleeve are made of a corrosion resistant elastomeric material.
The lower end of the vertical pipe 8 is downwards provided with at least two side columns 82 with chassis 88 at the lower end which are evenly distributed, the middle part in the side columns 82 is provided with a vertical sliding support frame 3, a vertical sliding hole in the center of the vertical sliding support frame 3 is vertically matched with a sliding rod 4 with a sealing disc 40 at the upper end, the relative positions of the lower end of the sliding rod 4 and the chassis 88 are respectively provided with an upper homopolar magnet 51 and a lower homopolar magnet 52 which are mutually repelled up and down, and the repulsive force of the upper homopolar magnet 51 and the lower homopolar magnet 52 in a normal state pushes the sealing disc 40 upwards through the sliding rod 4 to squeeze the sealing ring type flange 60. The water falling cage is made of plastic, and the relative positions of a base and a chassis which are arranged at the lower end of the sliding rod are respectively internally provided with or embedded with upper homopolar magnets and lower homopolar magnets which are mutually repelled from top to bottom. The side column 82 is provided with a plurality of ring rods 83 which are distributed at intervals up and down between the vertical sliding support frame 3 and the chassis 88. The magnetic suspension discharge closed deodorizing method for the washstand is characterized in that a magnetic suspension flushing valve is matched with a magnetic suspension flushing valve by utilizing a shrinkage sealing sleeve in the lower calandria for flushing and sealing, the magnetic suspension flushing valve takes an upper opening water falling cage matched with the shrinkage sealing sleeve in the lower calandria as a lower discharge passage, the middle part in the water falling cage is vertically matched with a sliding rod with a sealing disc at the upper end in a sliding manner through a vertical sliding support frame to serve as a valve core for up-and-down reciprocating motion, the relative positions of the lower end of the sliding rod and the bottom of the water falling cage are respectively provided with an upper homopolar magnet and a lower homopolar magnet which are mutually repelled up and down for providing magnetic repulsion power for upward reset for the sliding rod and the sealing disc, and the upper part of the water falling cage is provided with a ring-shaped blue disc which is sealed by up-down extrusion with the sealing disc; the closed disk is closed by the impact force of the flushing and is downward moved, a downward channel is opened between the closed disk and the ring-type flange, and the closed disk is restored to an initial state of up-and-down extrusion sealing with the ring-type flange under the action of magnetic repulsion power after the flushing and the cutting are performed; the vertical pipe is provided with a water falling cage body downwards, the middle part of the water falling cage body is vertically matched with a sliding rod with a sealing disc at the upper end through a vertical sliding support in a sliding manner, the lower end of the sliding rod and the bottom of the water falling cage body are respectively provided with an upper homopolar magnet and a lower homopolar magnet which are mutually exclusive from each other up and down, and a ring-type flange plate which is sealed with the sealing disc in an up-down extrusion manner is arranged below the vertical pipe;
