Abstract
The invention provides a blowing-carding system, which comprises a bale plucker, a cotton opener and a cotton mixing machine, wherein an output pipeline of the bale plucker is communicated with a cotton inlet of the cotton opener, and a cotton outlet of the cotton opener is connected with the cotton mixing machine through a cotton outlet pipeline. The method is characterized in that: the cotton opener comprises a left cotton opener unit and a right cotton opener unit, wherein the left cotton opener unit and the right cotton opener unit are arranged side by side, and the left cotton opener unit and two cotton inlet openings of the right cotton opener unit are arranged adjacently. The left cotton opener unit and the right cotton opener unit share an integral safety cover. The cotton inlet pipeline and the cotton outlet pipeline of the left cotton opener unit and the right cotton opener unit are configured into one of the following four structures: (1) a one-in-one-out type; (2) one-in two-out type; (3) two-in one-out type; (4) two-in two-out. Further, the left cotton opener unit 1 and the right cotton opener unit 2 are respectively provided with a left impurity-falling pipeline and a right impurity-falling pipeline, and the left impurity-falling pipeline and the right impurity-falling pipeline are converged and connected with a impurity-falling main pipeline.
