Background
Pipe cleaning refers to cleaning the inner and/or outer surfaces of a pipe to remove dirt and rust from the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe.
In industrial production, a large number of pipe fittings are required, and before the pipe fittings are placed, a layer of oil film is brushed on the surface of the pipe fittings, so that the surface of the pipe fittings is isolated from air, and the rust-proof effect is achieved.
In the prior art, as disclosed in chinese patent document CN102989827a, an on-line steel pipe external degreasing and cleaning device is disclosed, which comprises a housing, wherein the housing is provided with a steel pipe inlet and a steel pipe outlet, the housing is internally divided into a degreasing section, a cleaning section and an air drying section from the inlet to the outlet, a degreasing brush mechanism for brushing the outer surface of the steel pipe is arranged in the degreasing section, both sides of the degreasing brush mechanism are respectively provided with at least one degreasing liquid sprayer for spraying degreasing liquid to the steel pipe, the cleaning device can only clean the outer surface of the steel pipe, and when oil stains exist on the inner surface of the steel pipe, the cleaning device cannot clean.
In order to clean the inner surface of a steel pipe, chinese patent document CN203044567U discloses a complete set of equipment for online degreasing and cleaning of the inner and outer sides of the steel pipe, which comprises an outer degreasing and cleaning device and an inner degreasing and cleaning device, wherein the designed inner degreasing and cleaning device comprises a fixed inner degreasing machine and a movable inner degreasing machine which are respectively used for connecting two ends of the steel pipe, the fixed inner degreasing machine comprises a frame, a first cleaning device and a clamping and locking device for fixing the steel pipe, the first cleaning device further comprises a first quick-connection sealing valve, a high-pressure pump and a first pushing mechanism, and the movable inner degreasing machine comprises a frame, a second cleaning device and a connecting device for enabling the steel pipe to be accurately connected with the second cleaning device.
The steel pipe online internal and external degreasing and cleaning complete equipment performs degreasing, cleaning and air drying on the outer surface of the steel pipe, then performs degreasing, cleaning and air drying on the inner surface of the steel pipe, and performs air drying twice, so that the operation is complex. And when degreasing is carried out on the inner surface of the steel pipe, one side of the steel pipe is sealed, cleaning liquid is introduced into the steel pipe from the other side of the steel pipe for cleaning, and once leakage occurs in the sealing valve, the outer surface of the air-dried steel pipe is also polluted, degreasing, cleaning and air-drying are carried out on the outer surface of the steel pipe again, so that the working efficiency is seriously reduced.

The pipe fitting cleaning device of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes movable transmission case 11, fixed transmission case 6, first cleaning case 10 and high-pressure cleaner 31, and first cleaning case 10 sets up between movable transmission case 11 and fixed transmission case 6, and movable transmission case 11 inside is equipped with first drive mechanism 12 and third drive mechanism 13, and third drive mechanism 13 is located first drive mechanism 12 top, and fixed transmission case 6 inside is equipped with second drive mechanism 7, is provided with first cleaning component in the first cleaning case 10, and movable transmission case 11, fixed transmission case 6 and the case wall of first cleaning case 10 can prevent that the cleaning solution from splash or drip around.
The movable transmission case 11 is controlled by a control mechanism to move up and down, the control mechanism comprises a first air cylinder 14 and a bracket, the bracket is supported at the bottom of the movable transmission case 11, the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with the bracket, and the height of the movable transmission case 11 can be adjusted through the telescopic action of the first air cylinder 14.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first cleaning assembly includes two outer spray heads 19, two mounting bodies 21 and two mold cores 22, wherein the outer spray heads 19 are symmetrically arranged in the first cleaning tank 10, the mounting bodies 21 are arranged in the first cleaning tank 10 and are provided with cavities, the mold cores 22 are fixedly arranged in the cavities, the mold cores 22 are provided with channels 23 in clearance fit with the pipe fitting 9, the pipe fitting 9 can be arranged in the channels 23 in a penetrating manner, the mold cores 22 are provided with a plurality of mold cores 22 with the same outer diameter and channels 23 with different inner diameters. The channels 23 with different inner diameters can be used for passing through the pipe fittings 9 with different sizes, so that the pipe fitting cleaning device is suitable for cleaning the pipe fittings 9 with different sizes, the cleaning range is wide, and the mold cores 22 have the same outer diameter, so that the mold cores 22 can be replaced conveniently. Of course, the number of the outer nozzles 19 may be three, four, etc. depending on the use requirement.
The pipe fitting cleaning device further comprises a second cleaning assembly, the second cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning pipeline 8 and an inner spray head 20 arranged at the end part of the cleaning pipeline 8, the inner spray head 20 is located in a channel 23 on a mold core 22, one end of the cleaning pipeline 8 is erected on the channel 23, and the other end of the cleaning pipeline is fixedly arranged in a fixed transmission case 6. The fixed transmission case 6 plays a fixed supporting role on the cleaning pipeline 8, and the channel 23 plays a supporting role on the cleaning pipeline 8, so that the cleaning pipeline 8 is not easy to shake when the cleaning solution is sprayed, and the cleaning pipeline 8 can accurately extend into the cleaned pipe fitting 9.
As an alternative embodiment, a plurality of inner spray heads 20 are uniformly distributed along the extending direction of the cleaning pipeline 8, and the plurality of inner spray heads 20 clean the pipeline, so that the cleaning effect can be increased, but the opening working time of each inner spray head 20 needs to be set so as to avoid the waste of cleaning solution. The first transmission mechanism 12, the second transmission mechanism 7 and the third transmission mechanism 13 comprise a plurality of horizontally arranged rollers and a driving motor for driving the rollers to rotate.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the pipe fitting 9 is cleaned, the first cylinder 14 stretches and contracts to drive the movable transmission case 11 to move, so that the first transmission mechanism 12 in the movable transmission case 11 is flush with the second transmission mechanism 7 in the fixed transmission case 6, the cleaned pipe fitting 9 is placed on the first transmission mechanism 12, the motor rotates positively, the first transmission mechanism 12 and the second transmission mechanism 7 drive positively, the inner nozzle 20 is positioned upstream of the outer nozzle 19, the first transmission mechanism 12 conveys the pipe fitting 9 to the second transmission mechanism 7, when the pipe fitting 9 enters the first cleaning case 10, the cleaning pipeline 8 and the inner nozzle 20 penetrate through the through holes on the mold core 22 to enter the inner wall of the pipe fitting 9, the inner wall of the pipe fitting 9 is cleaned, then the outer nozzle 19 cleans the outer wall of the pipe fitting 9 through the outer nozzle 19 on the first cleaning case 10, the cleaned part of the pipe fitting 9 enters the fixed transmission case 6 and is placed on the second transmission mechanism 7 until the pipe fitting 9 completely enters the fixed transmission case 6.
As an alternative embodiment, the inner nozzle 20 may be located downstream of the outer nozzle 19, the first transmission mechanism 12 transports the pipe 9 to the second transmission mechanism 7, when the pipe 9 enters the first cleaning tank 10, the pipe 9 passes through the first cleaning tank 10, the outer nozzle 19 cleans the outer wall of the pipe 9, the pipe 9 passes through the through hole in the mold core 22 again, the cleaning pipe 8 and the inner nozzle 20 enter the inner wall of the pipe 9 to clean the inner wall of the pipe 9, the cleaned part of the pipe 9 enters the fixed transmission tank 6, and the pipe 9 is placed on the second transmission mechanism 7 until the pipe 9 enters the fixed transmission tank 6 entirely.
Then, the first cylinder 14 stretches out and draws back the action, drives the activity transmission case 11 action, makes the interior third drive mechanism 13 of activity transmission case 11 and the interior second drive mechanism 7 parallel and level of fixed transmission case 6, and the motor reverses, makes third drive mechanism 13 and the reverse transmission of second drive mechanism 7, and first cleaning component and second cleaning component wash pipe fitting 9 outer wall and inner wall respectively, and pipe fitting 9 is washed twice back and forth, and the cleaning performance is good, and washs inner wall and outer wall to pipe fitting 9 simultaneously, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
Since the pipe fitting 9 is located on the first transmission mechanism 12, dirt on the outer wall of the pipe fitting 9 when not cleaned is stained on the first transmission mechanism 12, and the third transmission mechanism 13 receives the pipe fitting 9 which is cleaned, the third transmission mechanism 13 is clean and located above the first transmission mechanism 12, dust and dirt on the first transmission mechanism 12 cannot fall on the third transmission mechanism 13, so that the cleaned pipe fitting 9 is transmitted to the third transmission mechanism 13, the stain can be prevented, and the cleaning effect is better.
Example two
The pipe cleaning system of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, includes three sets of pipe cleaning devices as described in embodiment one, namely a cleaning line 1, a rinsing line 2 and a rust preventing line 3.
The cleaning solution on the cleaning line 1 is a mixed solution of an environment-friendly cleaning agent and water according to a certain proportion, the cleaning solution on the rinsing line 2 is water, and the cleaning solution on the antirust line 3 is a mixed solution of an antirust agent and water according to a certain proportion. The three cleaning lines are used for cleaning the pipe fitting according to the requirements, so that the required cleaning effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pipe cleaning system comprises a connecting mechanism for conveying the pipe 9 from the cleaning line 1 to the adjacent rinsing line 2 and conveying the pipe on the rinsing line 2 to the adjacent rust-proof line 3, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a pipe turning mechanism, a transition frame 4 and a guide hook 26, and the pipe turning mechanism comprises a second cylinder 24 and a pipe turning hook 25.
The transition rack 4 is connected between two adjacent groups of cleaning devices, one end of the transition rack, which is close to the guide hooks 26, is provided with a stop block 27, as shown in fig. 5, and when the transition rack 4 is arranged between the cleaning line 1 and the rinsing line 2, one end of the transition rack is close to the pipe turning hooks 25, and the other end of the transition rack is close to the guide hooks 26, and is used for receiving the pipe fitting 9 turned over by the pipe turning hooks 25 and conveying the pipe fitting 9 to the guide hooks 26.
The pipe turning hook 25 is arranged on the movable transmission case of the pipe cleaning device, one end of the pipe turning hook is connected with the second cylinder 24, a certain point in the middle of the pipe turning hook is hinged with the movable transmission case 11, and the other end of the pipe turning hook is V-shaped.
As shown in fig. 6, when the pipe turning hook 25 is located at the initial position, the V-shaped part of the pipe turning hook 25 is located below the roller of the third transmission mechanism 13, and a gap is formed between the V-shaped part and the pipe fitting 9 located on the roller, and when the pipe turning operation is performed, the second cylinder 24 contracts, the V-shaped part of the pipe turning hook 25 rises, and the pipe fitting 9 is abutted against and lifted up by the V-shaped part.
As shown in fig. 7, when the pipe turning hook 25 is in a pipe turning state, the pipe turning hook is arranged close to the transition frame, the pipe turning hook 25 turns over the pipe fitting 9 from the roller of the third transmission mechanism 13 of the cleaning line 1 to the transition frame 4 and is blocked by the stop block 27, the movable transmission case 11 on the rinsing line 2 rises, the guide hook 26 on the movable transmission case 11 on the rinsing line 2 rises, the guide hook 26 pushes the first pipe fitting 9 abutted with the stop block 27, and the first pipe fitting 9 is positioned on the guide hook 26 and rolls down to the first transmission mechanism 12.
As shown in fig. 8, the pipe cleaning system further comprises a feeding frame 5, the feeding frame 5 comprises a first storage area 28 and a second storage area 29, when the feeding frame 5 is at an initial position, the first storage area 28, the second storage area 29 and a guide hook 26 are sequentially arranged, one end of the first storage area 28, which is close to the second storage area 29, is lower than the second storage area 29, one end of the guide hook 26, which is close to the second storage area 29, is lower than the second storage area 29, and sensors are arranged on the second storage area 29 and the movable transmission case 11.
During feeding, the cleaned pipe fitting 9 is placed in the first storage area 28, a third air cylinder 30 is installed at the bottom of one end, close to the second storage area 29, of the first storage area 28, when a sensor monitors that no pipe fitting 9 exists on the second storage area 29, the third air cylinder 30 stretches to enable the pipe fitting 9 in the first storage area 28 to roll down onto the second storage area 29, the second storage area 29 is provided with a set inclination angle, the pipe fitting 9 is placed in a single row on the second storage area 29, a stop block 27 is arranged at one end, close to the movable transmission case 11, of the second storage area 29, when the movable transmission case 11 is in place, the guide hook 26 is located below the first pipe fitting 9 abutting against the stop block 27, when the sensor monitors that no pipe fitting 9 exists on the first transmission mechanism 12, the movable transmission case 11 ascends, the guide hook 26 pushes the first pipe fitting 9, and the first pipe fitting 9 is located on the guide hook 26 and rolls down onto the first transmission mechanism 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe cleaning system further comprises a drain tank 15, a water collecting tank 16, a water storage tank 18 and a water return pump 17,
The water leakage groove 15 is arranged along the bottoms of the movable transmission case 11 and the fixed transmission case 6, is communicated with the inner cavities of the movable transmission case 11 and the fixed transmission case 6, and the water collecting groove 16 is communicated with the water leakage groove 15 and the first cleaning case 10 and is used for collecting waste liquid in the water leakage groove 15 and the first cleaning case 10, a purifying device is arranged in the water collecting groove 16, a steam heating pipe is arranged in the water storing groove 18 and is communicated with the first cleaning assembly and the second cleaning assembly, and the water return pump 17 is connected with the water collecting groove 16 and the water storing groove 18 and is used for extracting the purified waste liquid in the water collecting groove 16 into the water storing groove 18. The water leakage groove 15 is used for collecting the waste liquid after the washing, the water collection groove 16 is used for collecting the waste liquid in the water leakage groove 15 and purifying the waste liquid, the water return pump 17 pumps the waste liquid in the water collection groove 16 into the water storage groove 18, the water storage groove 18 is conveyed to the first washing component and the second washing component so as to achieve recycling of the washing solution, more resources are saved, a steam heating pipe is arranged in the water storage groove 18, and the washing solution can be heated so as to improve the washing effect of the washing solution.
