Background
Terry fabrics have been on the market for a long time and are colorful, and thousands of terry fabrics are not exaggerated, but people continue to discuss: for example, the terry fabric is soft in hand feeling by using water-soluble fiber and terry warp yarn to twist and weave water-soluble towel into untwisted towel, and the terry is firm in consolidation by increasing the fabric tightness. The terry fabric of the present invention is intended to have a soft hand feeling and firm consolidation from the texture structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a terry fabric and a weaving method thereof, which achieve the effects of softer hand feeling and firmer consolidation compared with similar yarns and similar fabrics under the condition of compactness and by adopting the change of the texture structure.

A weaving method of a loop fabric comprises the following steps:
first, warping

the terry fabric is formed by changing the common three-weft one-touch (namely two-short beating-up one-long beating-up) or four-weft one-touch (namely three-short beating-up one-long beating-up or two-short beating-up two-long beating-up) of the terry fabric into five-weft one-touch (namely two-short beating-up three-long beating-up), so that terry warp yarns are combined into W-shaped consolidation in the long beating-up, and the terry warp yarns are consolidated firmly.
The invention relates to a terry fabric drafting reed which comprises a first reed dent and a second reed dent which form a unit, wherein a first warp and a third warp in the first reed dent are the same as each other in the weaving process, and the warp structure points are completely the same; the first and second pile warp yarns, which are located between the first and third warp yarns, have a weaving tension that is much lower than the first and third warp yarns due to the looping. Therefore, the first warp and the third warp will naturally get close to each other under the influence of the weaving stress, and the close holds the W consolidation parts of the first terry warp and the second terry warp, so that the W consolidation of the first terry warp and the second terry warp is firmer. Similarly, the second warp and the fourth warp in the second reed dent are the same as the first warp and the fourth warp in the weaving process, the warp structure point of the second warp and the fourth warp is exactly opposite to the warp structure point of the first warp and the third warp in the first reed dent, and the third terry warp and the fourth terry warp in the middle of the second warp and the fourth warp are looped in the weaving process, so that the weaving tension is much smaller than that of the second warp and the fourth warp. Therefore, the second warp and the fourth warp will naturally approach each other under the influence of the weaving stress, and the approach clamps the W-consolidated part of the third pile warp and the fourth pile warp, so that the W-consolidated parts of the third pile warp and the fourth pile warp are firmer.
The first terry warp yarn and the second terry warp yarn of the terry fabric are fixed by the second weft yarn, the third weft yarn and the fourth weft yarn W and are clamped by the first warp yarn and the third warp yarn. The third terry warp and the fourth terry warp of the terry fabric of the present invention are bound by the second weft, the third weft and the fourth weft W and are sandwiched between the second warp and the fourth warp. Therefore, in order to firmly fix the looped pile warp yarns, the tightness of the fabric does not need to be considered deliberately, and even the tightness of the fabric can be reduced under the condition that the consolidation fastness of the looped pile warp yarns is properly increased, so that the softness of hand feeling of the looped pile fabric can be increased.
In conclusion, due to the weave structure of the terry fabric, the terry fabric has improved hand feeling and consolidation fastness and is popular among people.
