The invention provides a straight-pin type capacitor suitable for a special-shaped plug-in machine, which comprises a chip part, a cover, a first pin and a second pin, wherein the first pin comprises a first pin section and a second pin section, a V-shaped structure is formed between the first pin section and the second pin section, the first pin section is fixedly connected to the chip part, the second pin comprises a third pin section and a fourth pin section, a V-shaped structure is formed between the third pin section and the fourth pin section, the third pin section is fixedly connected to the chip part, a 20-40-DEG cross angle is formed between the first pin section and the third pin section, the cover is provided with a first cover pin wrapping the first pin section, and the cover is provided with a second cover pin wrapping the third pin section. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the straight-pin capacitor suitable for the special-shaped plug-in machine. The invention solves the problem that the cover legs of the cover in the prior art easily spread the corners of the legs to influence the subsequent cutting and the normal operation of the plug-in.
