1. A medical guidable urinary catheter, comprising:
a guide means for guiding when the catheter is inserted into the human body;
a urination device for discharging urine in the bladder;
a fixation device for fixing the catheter in the human body;
the urinary catheter main body is used for assembling other devices of the urinary catheter into a whole;
the guiding device comprises a guide wire channel which is arranged in the ureter main body in a penetrating way; the outer end of the guide wire channel is provided with a sealing cap which is hermetically connected with the guide wire channel, and the middle of the sealing cap is provided with a small hole for the guide wire to pass through; a guide wire outlet hole is formed in the inner end of the guide wire channel; the guide wire is made of rigid materials, one end of the guide wire is flexible, and the outer layer of the whole guide wire is coated with a thin layer of rubber material;
the catheter also comprises a flushing device; the flushing device comprises a flushing pipeline which is arranged in the urine pipe main body in a penetrating way; the inner end of the flushing pipe is communicated with the urine inlet, and the outer end of the flushing pipe is connected with a water bag for flushing water inwards so as to keep the urine inlet smooth;
when the urethral catheter is used, the guide wire is firstly placed into a bladder from a urethra, then the guide wire is inserted into the guide wire outlet hole, the seal cap is arranged along the guide wire channel, the urethral catheter main body is pushed into the urine along the guide wire until the urine flows out, and then the guide wire is pulled out from the seal cap; when the catheter is replaced, the guide wire is inserted from the sealing cap again, and then the catheter is pulled out and inserted into a new catheter;
the guide wire outlet hole and the port at the inner end of the body of the ureter main body are the same, oval in shape and located on the ventral side of the port.

The medical guidable urinary catheter as set forth in claim 1, wherein said urinary device comprises a urinary conduit disposed through said urinary catheter body; the urine outlet is arranged at the outer end of the urination pipeline, and the urine inlet is arranged at the inner end of the urination pipeline.

The medical guidable catheter as set forth in claim 2, wherein said urine inlet holes comprise a first urine inlet hole and a second urine inlet hole, said first urine inlet hole and said second urine inlet hole being provided on both sides of said catheter body; the first urine inlet hole and the second urine inlet hole are oval and communicated with each other.
4. The medical guidable catheter as set forth in claim 3, wherein said urine inlet hole is located at a distance of 1.5cm to 2.5cm from said inner end port of said catheter body.

The medical guidable catheter as set forth in claim 1, wherein said fixing means comprises a balloon water injection conduit passing through said catheter body and a balloon wrapped around an inner end of said catheter body; the sacculus with sacculus water injection pipeline intercommunication, the external end of sacculus water injection pipeline is equipped with the sacculus valve that is used for controlling the water injection and opens and stop.
6. The medical guidable catheter as set forth in claim 5, wherein said balloon is circular or elliptical and is positioned at a distance of 3cm to 5cm from the inner end port of said catheter body; the material of the balloon is elastic.
7. The medical guidable urinary catheter as set forth in claim 1, wherein said guiding means, said urination means, said holding means and said catheter body are made entirely or partially of a water-slippery flexible material.
8. The medical guidable catheter as set forth in claim 6, wherein a conduit diameter of said guide wire channel is 1.67 mm; the diameter of the saccule perpendicular to the direction of the catheter is 1 cm.
