本发明公开了一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,从上到下依次包括印花层和面料基层,所述印花层通过数码喷墨印花的方式打印到所述面料基层上,所述面料基层由经线和纬线一上一下交织而成平纹的组织结构,所述经线为合股长绒棉纱,所述纬线为长纤维的雨露麻纱,所述经线和所述纬线的比例为9:11。本发明中的雨露麻纺织面料无化学残留物,甲醛含量为零,健康环保,同时纺织面料具有颜色丰富,真实,立体感较强,穿着舒适的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料。
背景技术
雨露麻主要为法国、荷兰、比利时等西欧地区种稙生产的亚麻。雨露麻是天然纤维中唯一从本源上保持全然天然的纺织面料纤维,亚麻苗成熟收割后卷成捆,置于田间野外,历经雨露风霜杆中心木质腐朽,打压梳理获得青灰色皮层韧皮麻纤维。雨露麻纤维与动物性纤维、其它植物纤维、合成纤维相比,具有许多独特的不可替代的优点,首先,雨露麻纤维强韧、柔细、其强度是棉纤维的1.5倍、绢丝的1.6倍,可纺支数高,织物平滑整洁,适宜制作高极成衣,其次,雨露麻纤维具有吸湿性强、散热快、耐摩擦、耐高温、不易燃、不易裂、导电性小、吸尘率低、抑菌保健等独特的优点。
但是现有雨露麻纺织面料,大多使用进口雨露麻纤维的低等级短纤与大陆棉进行混纺织造而成,面料颜色混浊发暗无光泽度,纤维杂质含量过高超标,黑点多,缩水率不稳定,面料平整度较差,褶皱多且不易展开,且面料的柔软度较差,导致最终制备的成品舒适度较差,为了改善最终制备纺织面料的性能,在制备过程中往往需要加入各类化学助剂进行处理,来提升面料的色泽度、平整度、柔软度以及染色后的色彩的牢固度,由于使用大量化学助剂一方面会产生大量工业废水,增加了企业后续处理的成本,另一方面会导致大量化学残留物在面料中,造成面料有异味,甲醛含量较高,对人体皮肤造成不适、过敏等症状。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其由经线和纬线适量搭配交织而成,通过原料的选择及合理配置绿色环保的助剂,使得最终制备的面料无化学残留物,甲醛含量为零,健康环保,同时纺织面料具有颜色丰富,真实,立体感较强,穿着舒适的特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,从上到下依次包括印花层和面料基层,所述印花层通过数码喷墨印花的方式打印到所述面料基层上,所述面料基层为由经线和纬线一上一下交织而成平纹的组织结构,所述经线为合股长绒棉纱,所述纬线为长纤维的雨露麻纱,所述经线和所述纬线的比例为9:11。
优选地,所述纺织面料生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:选择长纤维的西欧本色雨露麻、长绒棉作为纺织原料;
(2)纺纱:通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、蒸纱和络筒工序,将长纤维的雨露麻制成长纤维的雨露麻纱,将长绒棉制成合股长绒棉纱;
(3)浆纱:将步骤(2)中制得的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱浸入到浆液中浸渍45-60min,取出后压去余液,烘干,使其表面形成浆膜;其中,采用非接触式烘干,烘干温度不超过120℃,防止桨液组分受热分解,避免最终制备得到的纺织面料泛黄脆损;
(4)织造:在针织机上,将步骤(3)中经浆纱处理后的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱织造成的坯布;
(5)数码喷墨印花:将步骤(4)中制得的胚布经过预处理后进行喷墨印花;
(6)后整理:将步骤(5)中经喷墨印花处理后的胚布依次经汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,制备成零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料。其中,水洗加柔工序中,采用阳离子型无硅水溶性柔软剂;预缩工序中,采用橡胶毯伸缩揉搓,使织物组织更为蓬松、丰满、手感更软,同时可控制缩水率,控制纺织面料的湿度为20%-30%;烘干工序中,将纺织面料置于滚筒式热风烘燥机中不停地翻动,高温热空气进入纤维内部,织物变得蓬松、厚实、表面变绒、手感柔软丰满。
雨露麻纺织面料的生产工艺包括织造工艺、印花工艺和整理工艺,整个生产工艺设计独特,操作简单,容易实现,产率较高,可达到97%以上。
优选地,所述步骤(5)中,所述数码喷墨印花工艺中选用的活性染料墨水包括如下质量份的组分:活性染料1-2份、粘度调节剂10-40份、表面张力调节剂0.2-2份、pH控制剂0.1-3份、杀菌剂0.3-1.5份、去离子水40-60份。通过选用配置而成的绿色环保型活性染料水溶性墨水,染料以分子状态进入纤维,墨水具有很强的色彩表现力,色彩丰富,喷墨印花图案细腻、逼真。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,所述浆液包括如下质量份的组分:括防渗透剂10-15份、酸剂3-8份、碱剂3-8份、膨化剂1-5份和去离子水50-80份。
优选地,所述防渗透剂为海藻酸钠或海藻酸酯,在印花时防止墨水渗化,烘干或汽蒸时防止染料泳移;所述酸剂为酒石酸铵,所述碱剂为碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,,加速染料和纺织面料在汽蒸时的固色反应,色牢固度较强;所述膨化剂为尿素,能提高印花织物的颜色深度和花纹的轮廓清晰度,使得印花图案更加逼真,清晰细腻。
优选地,所述步骤(5)中,喷墨印花之前,喷布的预处理工序包括翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、纤维素酶处理、丝光、整理、检查。

本发明中采用长纤维的西欧本色雨露麻、长绒棉作为纺织原料混合交织而成,采用独特的生产工艺,并合理配置绿色环保型助剂包括活性染料水溶性墨水和浆料,最终制备的面料中无化学残留物,经过检测面料中甲醛含量为零,健康环保,同时制备出的雨露麻纺织面料色彩丰富,图案细腻、真实,呈现全色彩多方案立体视觉效果,且色牢固度更强,面料的柔软度增强,手感柔软丰满,成品舒适度较高,面料还具有更好的吸湿性透气性,散热快,抑菌保健的性能。

具体实施方式
零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,从上到下依次包括印花层1和面料基层2(如图1所示),印花层1通过数码喷墨印花的方式打印到面料基层2上,面料基层2由经线3和纬线4一上一下交织而成平纹的组织结构(如图2所示),经线3为合股长绒棉纱,纬线4为长纤维的雨露麻纱,经线3和纬线4的比例为9:11。
实施例1
一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,从上到下依次包括印花层和面料基层,印花层通过数码喷墨印花的方式打印到面料基层上,面料基层由经线和纬线一上一下交织而成平纹的组织结构,经线为合股长绒棉纱,纬线为长纤维的雨露麻纱,经线和纬线的比例为9:11。
上述零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料制备方法如下:
(1)原料选择:选择长纤维的西欧本色雨露麻、长绒棉作为纺织原料;
(2)纺纱:通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、蒸纱和络筒工序,将长纤维的雨露麻制成长纤维的雨露麻纱,将长绒棉制成合股长绒棉纱;
(3)浆纱:将步骤(2)中制得的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱浸入到浆液中浸渍45-60min,取出后压去余液,烘干,使其表面形成浆膜;其中,采用非接触式烘干,烘干温度不超过120℃,防止桨液组分受热分解,避免最终制备得到的纺织面料泛黄脆损;其中,浆液包括防渗透剂12g、酸剂3g、碱剂6g、膨化剂2g和去离子水50g;防渗透剂为海藻酸钠,酸剂为酒石酸铵,碱剂为碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,膨化剂为尿素;
(4)织造:在针织机上,将步骤(3)中经浆纱处理后的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱织造成的坯布;
(5)数码喷墨印花:将步骤(4)中制得的胚布经过预处理后进行喷墨印花;喷墨印花之前,喷布的预处理工序包括翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、纤维素酶处理、丝光、整理、检查;其中,喷墨印花过程中选用的活性染料墨水包括如下质量份的组分:活性染料墨水包括活性染料1.2g、粘度调节剂10g、表面张力调节剂1.2g、pH控制剂3g、杀菌剂0.3g、去离子水40g;
(6)后整理:将步骤(5)中经喷墨印花处理后的胚布依次经汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,制备成零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料。其中,水洗加柔工序中,采用阳离子型无硅水溶性柔软剂;预缩工序中,采用橡胶毯伸缩揉搓,使织物组织更为蓬松、丰满、手感更软,同时可控制缩水率,控制纺织面料的湿度为20%-30%;烘干工序中,将纺织面料置于滚筒式热风烘燥机中不停地翻动,高温热空气进入纤维内部,织物变得蓬松、厚实、表面变绒、手感柔软丰满。
实施例2
本实施例中的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其组分以及制备方法参考实施例1,两者区别之处在于:浆液包括防渗透剂10g、酸剂6g、碱剂3g、膨化剂1g和去离子水58g;防渗透剂为海藻酸酯。
活性染料墨水包括活性染料1g、粘度调节剂24g、表面张力调节剂0.2g、pH控制剂2.6g、杀菌剂0.8g、去离子水48g;
实施例3
本实施例中的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其组分以及制备方法参考实施例1,两者区别之处在于:浆液包括防渗透剂13g、酸剂8g、碱剂8g、膨化剂5g和去离子水68g。
活性染料墨水包括活性染料1.6g、粘度调节剂40g、表面张力调节剂1.6g、pH控制剂1.2g、杀菌剂1.5g、去离子水56g;
实施例4
本实施例中的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其组分以及制备方法参考实施例1,两者区别之处在于:浆液包括防渗透剂15g、酸剂5g、碱剂5g、膨化剂4g和去离子水80g。
活性染料墨水包括活性染料2g、粘度调节剂36g、表面张力调节剂2g、pH控制剂0.1g、杀菌剂1.2g、去离子水60g;
将本实施例1至4中制备出的雨露麻纺织面料按照40/2×14/54×52的规格进行pH值、甲醛含量、纤维含量、断裂强力、起球性能、水洗尺寸变化率指标检测。检测结果如表1所示。

由表1中检测结果可知,本发明中的雨露麻纺织面料中甲醛含量未检出,使得面料使用更加安全,可制作贴身衣物,其他各方面指标性能优异。

1.一种零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,从上到下依次包括印花层和面料基层,所述印花层通过数码喷墨印花的方式打印到所述面料基层上,所述面料基层为由经线和纬线一上一下交织而成平纹的组织结构,所述经线为合股长绒棉纱,所述纬线为长纤维的雨露麻纱,所述经线和所述纬线的比例为9:11。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,所述纺织面料生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:选择长纤维的西欧本色雨露麻、长绒棉作为纺织原料;
(2)纺纱:通过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、蒸纱和络筒工序,将长纤维的雨露麻制成长纤维的雨露麻纱,将长绒棉制成合股长绒棉纱;
(3)浆纱:将步骤(2)中制得的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱浸入到浆液中浸渍45-60min,取出后压去余液,烘干,使其表面形成浆膜;
(4)织造:在针织机上,将步骤(3)中经浆纱处理后的长纤维的雨露麻纱和合股长绒棉纱织造成的坯布;
(5)数码喷墨印花:将步骤(4)中制得的胚布经过预处理后进行喷墨印花;
(6)后整理:将步骤(5)中经喷墨印花处理后的胚布依次经汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,制备成零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述数码喷墨印花工艺中选用的活性染料墨水包括如下质量份的组分:活性染料1-2份、粘度调节剂10-40份、表面张力调节剂0.2-2份、pH控制剂0.1-3份、杀菌剂0.3-1.5份、去离子水40-60份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述浆液包括如下质量份的组分:防渗透剂10-15份、酸剂3-8份、碱剂3-8份、膨化剂1-5份和去离子水50-80份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,所述防渗透剂为海藻酸钠或海藻酸酯,所述酸剂为酒石酸铵,所述碱剂为碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,所述膨化剂为尿素。
6.根据权利要求2所述的零甲醛的雨露麻纺织面料,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,喷墨印花之前,喷布的预处理工序包括翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、纤维素酶处理、丝光、整理、检查。
