Abstract
一种耐气相腐蚀的水‑乙二醇难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法,以该组合物总质量为基准,该组合物包括:质量含量为3%~6%的一种或多种胺类添加剂;质量含量为4%~8%的一种或多种C6~C21长碳链脂肪酸;质量含量为0.1%~0.35%的有色金属钝化剂;质量含量为0.03%~0.1%的有色金属防锈剂;质量含量为0.003%~0.01%的消泡剂;质量含量为9%~15%的水溶性黏指剂;质量含量为36%~41%的水;质量含量为36%~43%的二元醇;其中,所述有色金属防锈剂为有机硅酸盐、烷基磷酸酯衍生物和咪唑啉离子液体所组成群组中的一种或几种。本发明的水‑乙二醇难燃液压液,具有优异的防锈性能,甚至对铝、黄铜、红铜、钢等材质均具有良好的液相、气相防锈性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压液组合物,尤其涉及一种耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压液是液压传动系统中动力传递的载体,为防止液压液在使用过程中从阀门、泵和管线等位置泄露后引发事故,在特殊使用工况下(例如接近高温或明火),液压液必须具有难燃性。水-乙二醇型难燃液压液(HFC型难燃液压液)是难燃液压液的一种,一种含水型的难燃液压液,润滑性能优于高水基液体(HFA型难燃液压液),稳定性优于乳化液(HFB型难燃液压液),价格比磷酸酯等无水合成液(HFD型难燃液压液)便宜,同时抗燃性优于矿物油型液压液。但是防锈性能远不如非水基液压油,在使用过程中,容易出现油箱内部及油箱液面上部锈蚀、阀件锈蚀、液压泵壳锈蚀,锈蚀后产生的微粒严重影响液压系统的正常使用、液压液的抗磨性能和抗泡性能。
专利CN101348747A公开了一种水-乙二醇抗燃液压液及其制备方法,水-乙二醇抗燃液压液的组分及其份数含量为:软化水:45-55份;乙二醇:25-35份;聚醚:15-25份;辛酸:1.5-2.5份;二乙醇胺:3.0-4.0 份;异辛醇:0.1-0.2份;吗啉:0.5-0.8份;消泡剂:0.3-0.8份;染料:0.1-0.2份。制备方法为:(1)按照份量比将辛酸和二乙醇胺在反应釜中加温50-80℃,搅拌均匀后反应50分钟;(2)在连续搅拌和在保持温度不变的情况下,依次加入一定含量份数比例的软化水、乙二醇、异辛醇、聚醚、吗啉、染料和消泡剂;(3)最后经过过滤装置精滤获得产品。本产品具有抗燃、抗磨、消泡性好等特点。
专利CN101802154A公开了一种水-二醇液压流体组合物,即基本上不含吗啉的水-液压液体组合物,所述液体组合物包含水、二醇、聚二醇、包含6-14个碳原子的脂肪族羧酸,以及胺和烷醇胺的组合。
专利CN104073333A,公开了一种水-乙二醇抗燃液压液及其制备方法。其原料包括:35-50%去离子水、5-20%聚醚、0.2-3%极压抗磨剂、0.1- 1%金属钝化剂、0.5-3%防锈添加剂、0.5-3%防腐杀菌剂、0.001-0.1%抗泡添加剂、0.5-4%pH稳定剂以及余量的乙二醇和/或二乙二醇。所述百分比为原料的质量百分比,其中,所述的聚醚为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物。本发明制得的水-乙二醇抗燃液压液,可适用于矿山、冶金、钢铁、军工、船舶等各个领域,抑制细菌和真菌的繁殖生长,具有良好的生物稳定性,使用寿命长。同时具有良好的抗燃性、润滑性、消泡性、低温性、防锈性等。
专利CN102086422A涉及一种水-乙二醇抗燃液压液,其组分及重量百分比为:水37-42%、乙二醇或二乙二醇余量、水溶性聚醚类增粘剂12- 15%、含硫的极压抗磨剂0.1-0.2%、由癸酸或癸酸与辛酸的复配构成的抗磨剂1.0-3.0%、至少一种胺型防锈剂1.5-3.0%、金属钝化剂0.1-0.3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.02%、苯甲酸0.005-0.02%、消泡剂0.002-0.005%;本发明的特点是:产品的高压抗磨性能强,在高压工况条件下仍具有良好的润滑性能,通过试验压力为14MPa的Vickers 104C叶片泵台架试验(ASTM D7043)验证叶片泵磨损小于100mg。
随着现代液压设备向高速、高温和大容量方向发展,水-乙二醇难燃液压液的需求量越来越大,但是其防锈性能,尤其是气相防锈性能一定程度制约了其使用。上述专利中所涉及到的防锈剂有些防锈性能差、有些与其他物质难以混溶,即使能满足GB/T 21449中防锈性能要求,也难于满足对气相防锈性能要求极为苛刻的MIL 22072(C)的气相防锈性能要求。
提升水-乙二醇难燃液压液产品对不同材质金属的液相、气相防锈性能刻不容缓。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中液压液组合物防锈性能差的缺陷。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,以该组合物总质量为基准,该组合物包括:
质量含量为3%~6%的胺类添加剂;
质量含量为4%~8%的C6~C21长碳链脂肪酸;
质量含量为0.1%~0.35%的有色金属钝化剂;
质量含量为0.03%~0.1%的有色金属防锈剂;
质量含量为0.003%~0.01%的消泡剂;
质量含量为9%~15%的水溶性黏指剂;
质量含量为36%~41%的水;
质量含量为36%~43%的二元醇;
其中,所述有色金属防锈剂为有机硅酸盐、烷基磷酸酯衍生物和咪唑啉离子液体所组成群组中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述胺类添加剂优选为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺和二甘醇胺所组成群组中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述 C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸优选为辛酸、壬酸、异壬酸、癸酸、新癸酸、月桂酸、椰油酸、介酸、妥尔油酸、十一碳二元酸和二十一碳二元酸所组成群组中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述有色金属钝化剂优选为钼酸铵、苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑和甲基苯并三氮唑衍生物所组成群组中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述水溶性黏指剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,所述共聚物100℃运动黏度为6000mm2/s~9000mm2/s。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述消泡剂为含硅水性消泡剂。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其中,所述胺类添加剂、有色金属钝化剂和有色金属防锈剂的质量比例优选为 55:3:1~30:3:1。
为了达到上述目的,本发明还提供了上述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,该制备方法为:
步骤1,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,将有色金属防锈剂加入5%~15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在30~70℃加入胺类添加剂,搅拌至澄清;
步骤2,在步骤1混合物中加入有色金属钝化剂、C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸,搅拌至澄清;
步骤3,在步骤2的混合物中加入消泡剂,水溶性黏指剂,二元醇和剩余的水,搅拌至澄清。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,其中,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,所述步骤1中加入水的量优选为8%~12%。
本发明所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1控制温度优选在40~55℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的水-乙二醇难燃液压液,具有优异的防锈性能,甚至对铝、黄铜、红铜、钢等材质均具有良好的液相、气相防锈性能,不仅能满足GB/T 21449中防锈性能要求,也能满足对气相防锈性能要求极为苛刻的MIL 22072(C)的要求。
利用本发明耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,按顺序加入组合物中各成分,可以保证有色金属防锈剂在加入后,组合物不出现沉淀、聚沉的情况,使得有色金属防锈剂可以充分发挥其作用。

以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
本发明提供了一种耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,以该组合物总质量为基准,该组合物包括:
质量含量为3%~6%的胺类添加剂;
质量含量为4%~8%的C6~C21长碳链脂肪酸;
质量含量为0.1%~0.35%的有色金属钝化剂;
质量含量为0.03%~0.1%的有色金属防锈剂;
质量含量为0.003%~0.01%的消泡剂;
质量含量为9%~15%的水溶性黏指剂;
质量含量为36%~41%的水;
质量含量为36%~43%的二元醇;
其中,所述有色金属防锈剂为有机硅酸盐、烷基磷酸酯衍生物和咪唑啉离子液体所组成群组中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了上述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,该制备方法为:
步骤1,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,将有色金属防锈剂加入5%~15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在30~70℃加入胺类添加剂,搅拌至澄清;
步骤2,在步骤1混合物中加入有色金属钝化剂、C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸、搅拌至澄清;
步骤3,在步骤2的混合物中加入消泡剂,水溶性黏指剂,二元醇和剩余的水,搅拌至澄清。
本发明尝试在水-乙二醇难燃液压液中添加有色金属防锈剂,以提高产品在苛刻条件下,汽相、液相中对有色金属的防锈性能,但是在研究过程中发现,优异的能够满足要求的有色金属防锈剂加入水-乙二醇难燃液压液中,会导致产品沉淀、聚沉。按本发明提供的组合物制备方法按顺序加入各成分,并且加入本发明的有色金属防锈剂后,组合物在高温或低温下都能保持稳定,且具有优异的汽相、液相防锈性能,满足MIL 22072(C)中防锈要求。
首先,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,将0.03%~0.1%的有色金属防锈剂加入5%~15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,加热至30~70℃,保持该温度条件下加入一种或多种胺类添加剂,搅拌至澄清。其中,有色金属防锈剂为有机硅酸盐、烷基磷酸酯衍生物和咪唑啉离子液体所组成群组中的一种或几种;水优选为去离子水;胺类添加剂优选为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺和二甘醇胺所组成群组中的一种或几种。
然后,在上述澄清的液体中加入有色金属钝化剂、一种或多种C6~C21 的长碳链脂肪酸,搅拌至澄清。其中,金属钝化剂优选为钼酸铵,苯并三氮唑,甲基苯并三氮唑,甲基苯并三氮唑衍生物中的一种或多种;C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸优选为辛酸、壬酸、异壬酸、癸酸、新癸酸、月桂酸、椰油酸、介酸、妥尔油酸、十一碳二元酸和二十一碳二元酸所组成群组中的一种或几种。
最后,在上述混合物中加入消泡剂,水溶性黏指剂,二元醇和剩余的水,搅拌至澄清,得到水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物。其中,消泡剂优选为含硅水性消泡剂;水溶性黏指剂优选为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,共聚物100℃运动黏度为6000mm2/s~9000mm2/s;二元醇优选为乙二醇或二乙二醇。
其中,胺类添加剂:金属钝化剂:有色金属防锈剂优选的复配质量比例为50:3:1~55:2:1。
气相腐蚀试验参考GB/T 21449中SH/T 0752《含水难燃液压液抗腐蚀性测定法》以及MIL22072(C)对气相防锈的要求,选择钢、铜、黄铜、铝四种金属试板作为本发明试验试板。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明技术方案进一步详细说明。
实施例1
按下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)配制水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(ASI-80)0.05%加入10%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在50℃加入异丙醇胺1%,二甘醇胺5%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(甲基苯并三氮唑)0.2%,搅拌1h,再加入辛酸1%,癸酸3%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)1%,搅拌1h。最后加入水31%,二元醇(二乙二醇)36.74%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)11%,消泡剂 (FS1224)0.01%,搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例2
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(ASI-80)0.1%加入15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在70℃加入异丙醇胺1%,二甘醇胺4%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.2%,搅拌1h,再加入辛酸1.5%,癸酸 4.5%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)1%,搅拌1h。最后加入水22.5%,二元醇(二乙二醇)39.19%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)11%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例3
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(咪唑啉类离子液体CP-OB-5)0.1%加入15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在70℃加入N,N二甲基乙醇胺 0.5%,三乙醇胺3%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.1%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸3%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)2.7%,吗啉0.5%,搅拌1h。最后加入水23%,二元醇(乙二醇)38.09%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)14%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例4
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(ASI-80)0.1%加入15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在70℃加入N,N-二甲基乙醇胺0.5%,三乙醇胺3%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.1%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸 4%,妥尔油酸2%,吗啉0.5%,搅拌1h。最后加入水23%,二元醇(乙二醇)37.79%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)14%,消泡剂 (FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例5
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(ASI-80)0.03%加入8%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在30℃加入二甘醇胺3.5%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.2%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸1%,辛酸3%,二元羧酸 (DIACID1550)2%,吗啉0.5%,搅拌1h。最后加入水30%,二元醇(乙二醇)39%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)12.76%,消泡剂 (FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。

实施例6
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(咪唑啉类离子液体CP-OB-5)0.1%加入10%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在70℃加入二甘醇胺2.74%,搅拌 1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(甲基苯并三氮唑)0.2%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸2.5%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)1.2%,吗啉1%,搅拌1h。最后加入水30%,二元醇(乙二醇)37.25%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000) 15%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。

实施例7
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水-乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(ASI-80)0.07%加入10%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在50℃加入二甘醇胺2%,异丙醇胺2.9%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.15%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸2%,辛酸 0.5%,妥尔油酸1.2%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)3.1%,吗啉0.5%,搅拌 1h。最后加入水27%,二元醇(二乙二醇)41.07%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)9.5%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例8
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水一乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(有机硅酸盐PR001)0.1%加入10%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在50℃加入二甘醇胺2.3%,异丙醇胺2.5%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.2%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸0.5%,妥尔油酸2.3%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)3.1%,吗啉0.5%,搅拌 1h。最后加入水26%,二元醇(二乙二醇)43.49%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)9%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
实施例9
将下列组分及百分含量(重量百分比)按特定工艺配制成水一乙二醇抗燃液压液。首先将有色金属防锈剂(有机硅酸盐PR001)0.1%加入10%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在50℃加入二甘醇胺2.74%,搅拌1h。然后添加有色金属钝化剂(IR42)0.35%,搅拌1h,再加入癸酸2.5%,妥尔油酸2.3%,二元羧酸(DIACID1550)1.2%,吗啉1%,搅拌1h。最后加入水 27.1%,二元醇(二乙二醇)42.7%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000) 10%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%。搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
对比例1
按照以下制备方法顺序加入各成分制备水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物。
首先加入辛酸1%,癸酸3%,然后加入异丙醇胺1%,二甘醇胺5%,搅拌1h,然后添加金属钝化剂(甲基苯并三氮唑)0.2%,二元羧酸 (DIACID1550)1%,2-琉基苯并噻唑0.2%,加入有色金属防锈剂(ASI- 80)0.1%,水41%,二元醇(二乙二醇)36.58%,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚物(W55000)11%,消泡剂(FS1224)0.01%,搅拌至澄清。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚合物100℃运动粘度为7900mm2/s。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
对比例2
该对比例中不添加有色金属防锈剂,各物质的添加比例也与本申请技术方案进行区别。
首先将去离子水38%、二乙二醇37.595%以及聚醚(V10)16%混合,搅拌均匀的混合液,加入辛酸2%,苯并三氮唑0.2%,癸二酸1.5%,杀菌剂IPBC 1.2%,抗泡剂(FS1224)0.005%,然后加入异丙醇胺2.5%,二甘醇胺1%,搅拌均匀。
其中,百分含量均是以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准。
SH/T 0752防锈实验(抗腐蚀性)条件为:35℃下,无嘴烧杯上置表面皿,下挂金属片,放置672h后,根据试片表面情况以及试片失重评级,对于材料密度大于7kg/dm3的金属试片质量损失应不超过10mg;对于材料密度小于7kg/dm3的金属试片质量损失应不超过5mg;对于锌片,每个金属试片的质量损失应不超过20mg;对于铝片,每个金属试片的质量损失应不超过10mg。
相比SH/T 0752防锈实验,MIL 22072(C)的防锈实验条件更为苛刻,亦更接近实际使用时液压油箱内油品为温度(一般油箱内油温为40℃~55℃),实验温度为66℃,实验片放置于密封实验瓶中,避免水蒸气外泄,实验片除液面下部分以外,液面上的部分不允许沾试验液体。判定通过与否标准为:实验后实验片表面位于液面上、液面下部分有无可见锈点,有无变色现象,无锈点并且无变色现象则实验通过。
各实施例水-乙二醇抗燃液压液的SH/T 0752防锈实验以及GB/T 21449- 2008中其他理化标准测试结果如表1所示;各实施例及对比例的水-乙二醇抗燃液压液的MIL22072(C)的气相防锈实验结果如表2所示。

由表1和表2可见,各实施例得到的水-乙二醇难燃液压液均能够通过红铜、黄铜、钢片、铝片的气相防锈实验,其他理化指标均满足国标 GB/T21449-2008。对比例1的液压液有沉淀产生,不能得到澄清液压液,对比例2的液压液虽然可在高温及低温条件下保持澄清透明,也能通过 SH/T 0752的测试,但是其在MIL 22072(C)气相防锈实验条件下出现变色、产生锈斑,不能达到使用要求。
本发明的水-乙二醇难燃液压液,具有优异的防锈性能,甚至对铝、黄铜、红铜、钢等材质均具有良好的液相、气相防锈性能。不仅能满足GB/T 21449中防锈性能要求,也能满足对气相防锈性能要求极为苛刻的MIL 22072(C)的气相防锈性能要求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,以该组合物总质量为基准,该组合物包括:
质量含量为3%~6%的胺类添加剂;
质量含量为4%~8%的C6~C21长碳链脂肪酸;
质量含量为0.1%~0.35%的有色金属钝化剂;
质量含量为0.03%~0.1%的有色金属防锈剂;
质量含量为0.003%~0.01%的消泡剂;
质量含量为9%~15%的水溶性黏指剂;
质量含量为36%~41%的水;
质量含量为36%~43%的二元醇;
其中,所述有色金属防锈剂为有机硅酸盐、烷基磷酸酯衍生物和咪唑啉离子液体所组成群组中的一种或几种;
所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法为:
步骤1,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,将有色金属防锈剂加入5%~15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在30~70℃加入胺类添加剂,搅拌至澄清;
步骤2,在步骤1混合物中加入有色金属钝化剂、C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸,搅拌至澄清;
步骤3,在步骤2的混合物中加入消泡剂,水溶性黏指剂,二元醇和剩余的水,搅拌至澄清。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述胺类添加剂为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、三乙胺和二甘醇胺所组成群组中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述 C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸为辛酸、壬酸、异壬酸、癸酸、新癸酸、月桂酸、椰油酸、介酸、妥尔油酸、十一碳二元酸和二十一碳二元酸所组成群组中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述有色金属钝化剂为钼酸铵、苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑和甲基苯并三氮唑衍生物所组成群组中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述水溶性黏指剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,所述共聚物100℃运动黏度为6000mm2/s~9000mm2/s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为含硅水性消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物,其特征在于,所述胺类添加剂、有色金属钝化剂和有色金属防锈剂的质量比例为55:3:1~30:3:1。
8.权利要求1~7任意一项所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,该制备方法为:
步骤1,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,将有色金属防锈剂加入5%~15%的水中,搅拌均匀后,控制温度在30~70℃加入胺类添加剂,搅拌至澄清;
步骤2,在步骤1混合物中加入有色金属钝化剂、C6~C21的长碳链脂肪酸,搅拌至澄清;
步骤3,在步骤2的混合物中加入消泡剂,水溶性黏指剂,二元醇和剩余的水,搅拌至澄清。
9.根据权利要求8所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,以水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物总质量为基准,所述步骤1中加入水的量为8%~12%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的耐气相腐蚀的水-乙二醇难燃液压液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1控制温度在40~55℃。
