Abstract
一种滑轮组配重式过跨车电缆卷筒装置,属于短距离往复运行的过跨车供电技术领域。包括电缆卷筒、钢丝绳卷筒、动力电缆、钢丝绳、多绳槽定滑轮、多绳槽动滑轮、配重。电缆卷筒和钢丝绳卷筒同轴同心地焊接在一起,电缆卷筒与钢丝绳卷筒同转轴同转速;多绳槽动滑轮与配重固定在一起;动力电缆一端固定在过跨车上,另一端缠绕固定在电缆卷筒上,钢丝绳一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮和多绳槽动滑轮上,最后一次其从多绳槽动滑轮上绕出后固定在电缆卷筒安装平台底部。优点在于其结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便、节省能源等。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于短距离往复运行的过跨车供电技术领域,特别是提供了一种滑轮组配重式过跨车电缆卷筒装置。
背景技术
短距离往复运行在轨道上的过跨车(渣罐车、钢包车、平板运输车等),其供电方式一般有电缆卷筒供电方式、滑触线供电方式、托缆小车供电方式等,电缆卷筒供电方式不对行程内垂直于过跨车轨道的其他道路通行产生影响,故而应用较广。传统形式的电缆卷筒一般用力矩电机驱动,造价相对较高,且力矩电机长期使用容易发生性能下降的情况,导致电缆收放与过跨车行走速度不同步,维修困难且成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种滑轮组配重式过跨车电缆卷筒装置,其在过跨车和配重的配合下实现卷筒正反转来收放电缆,不仅节省能源,而且也能保证电缆收放与过跨车行走速度时刻同步。并且,结构简单、投资低、运行省。
本发明包括电缆卷筒1、钢丝绳卷筒2、动力电缆3、钢丝绳4、多绳槽定滑轮5、多绳槽动滑轮6、配重7。电缆卷筒1和钢丝绳卷筒2同轴同心地焊接在一起,电缆卷筒1与钢丝绳卷筒2同转轴同转速;多绳槽动滑轮6与配重7固定在一起;动力电缆3一端固定在过跨车上,另一端缠绕固定在电缆卷筒1上,钢丝绳4一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒2上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮5和多绳槽动滑轮6上,最后一次其从多绳槽动滑轮6上绕出后固定在电缆卷筒安装平台底部。
电缆卷筒1和钢丝绳卷筒2同轴同心地焊接在一起构成卷筒组,卷筒组安装固定在电缆卷筒安装平台上,其转轴中心线垂直于过跨车轨道。电缆卷筒1作用是卷收或释放过跨车供电电缆,钢丝绳卷筒2则卷收或释放钢丝绳,其卷收和释放的方向与电缆卷筒的正好相反。
由一个多绳槽定滑轮5、一个多绳槽动滑轮6、一个配重7和一根钢丝绳4构成滑轮组配重系统。多绳槽定滑轮5安装固定在电缆卷筒1的安装平台上,其转轴中心线与卷筒组的平行。多绳槽动滑轮6和配重7则是焊接或栓接连成一体,其由钢丝绳4缠绕后被吊挂在平台下方。钢丝绳4一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒2上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮5和多绳槽动滑轮6上,钢丝绳4最后一次从多绳槽动滑轮6上绕出后固定在电缆卷筒1安装平台底部。
电缆卷筒1安装在过跨车行程的中间位置,当过跨车向远离电缆卷筒方向运行时,过跨车作用于电缆的拖曳力对卷筒产生的旋转力矩大于配重作用于钢丝绳的拖曳力对卷筒产生的反向旋转力矩,因而电缆被释放,钢丝绳被卷收,配重上升;反之,当过跨车向靠近电缆卷筒方向运行时,电缆松弛无拖曳力,卷筒在配重作用于钢丝绳的拖曳力对卷筒产生的反向旋转力矩的作用下反向转动,因而电缆被卷收,钢丝绳被释放,配重下降。
滑轮组配重系统由于使用了多绳槽的动滑轮与定滑轮,使得可以用很短的配重行程匹配很长的过跨车行程,满足了过跨车的实际使用要求和降低了滑轮组配重系统的总高度;而且还可以通过增加或减少定滑轮5和动滑轮6的绳槽数以增加或减少绕绳的圈数,从而匹配更长或更短的过跨车行程,也可以通过调整电缆卷筒1和钢丝绳卷筒2直径的比值来调整配重的重量和行程。

具体实施方式
本发明包括电缆卷筒1、钢丝绳卷筒2、动力电缆3、钢丝绳4、多绳槽定滑轮5、多绳槽动滑轮6、配重7。电缆卷筒1和钢丝绳卷筒2同轴同心地焊接在一起,电缆卷筒1与钢丝绳卷筒2同转轴同转速;多绳槽动滑轮6与配重7固定在一起;动力电缆3一端固定在过跨车上,另一端缠绕固定在电缆卷筒1上,钢丝绳4一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒2上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮5和多绳槽动滑轮6上,最后一次其从多绳槽动滑轮6上绕出后固定在电缆卷筒安装平台底部。
炼钢厂转炉炼钢车间内运输渣罐的渣罐车是一种典型的短距离往复运行的过跨车,该过跨车可以采用这种滑轮组配重式电缆卷筒,下面结合附图说明其具体的实施方式。
如图1所示,本装置全部依托平台进行安装,平台位于渣罐车行程中心位置处的轨道外侧不妨碍渣罐车运行的地方。
如图1和图2所示,渣罐车的供电动力电缆3的一端固定在车体上,另一端固定缠绕在电缆卷筒1上。
如图1和图3所示,多绳槽定滑轮5安装固定在平台上,多绳槽动滑轮6和配重块7则是焊接连成一体,其由钢丝绳4缠绕后被吊挂在平台下方。钢丝绳4一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒2上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮5和多绳槽动滑轮6上,钢丝绳4最后一次从多绳槽动滑轮6上绕出后固定在平台底部。
当渣罐车向远离电缆卷筒方向运行时,渣罐车拖曳电缆对卷筒产生的旋转力矩大于配重坠吊钢丝绳对卷筒产生的反向旋转力矩,因而电缆被释放,钢丝绳被卷收,配重上升;反之,当渣罐车向靠近电缆卷筒方向运行时,电缆松弛无拖曳力,卷筒在配重坠吊钢丝绳对卷筒产生的反向旋转力矩的作用下反向转动,因而电缆被卷收,钢丝绳被释放,配重下降。如此往复,实现了对运行的渣罐车进行连续供电。
如果在本发明基础上作一些常规变化而形成变化方案,此变化方案视同于本发明。
Claims (2)
1.一种滑轮组配重式过跨车电缆卷筒装置,其特征在于,包括电缆卷筒(1)、钢丝绳卷筒(2)、动力电缆(3)、钢丝绳(4)、多绳槽定滑轮(5)、多绳槽动滑轮(6)、配重(7);电缆卷筒(1)和钢丝绳卷筒(2)同轴同心地焊接在一起,电缆卷筒(1)与钢丝绳卷筒(2)同转轴同转速;多绳槽动滑轮(6)与配重(7)固定在一起;动力电缆(3)一端固定在过跨车上,另一端缠绕固定在电缆卷筒(1)上,钢丝绳(4)一端缠绕固定在钢丝绳卷筒(2)上,另一端分别往复缠绕在多绳槽定滑轮(5)和多绳槽动滑轮(6)上,最后一次其从多绳槽动滑轮(6)上绕出后固定在电缆卷筒安装平台底部;
电缆卷筒(1)和钢丝绳卷筒(2)构成卷筒组,卷筒组安装固定在电缆卷筒安装平台上,其转轴中心线垂直于过跨车轨道;电缆卷筒(1)作用是卷收或释放过跨车供电电缆,钢丝绳卷筒(2)则卷收或释放钢丝绳,其卷收和释放的方向与电缆卷筒的正好相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,由一个多绳槽定滑轮(5)、一个多绳槽动滑轮(6)、一个配重(7)和一根钢丝绳(4)构成滑轮组配重系统;多绳槽定滑轮(5)安装固定在电缆卷筒(1)的安装平台上,其转轴中心线与卷筒组的平行;多绳槽动滑轮(6)和配重(7)焊接或栓接连成一体,其由钢丝绳(4)缠绕后被吊挂在平台下方。
