Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spinning, in particular to a spinning process for silk soft spinning soft yarn, yarn and cloth.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the requirement of people on the wearing comfort of clothes is higher and higher. Among them, the pursuit of "softness" of cloth is a big theme. In order to realize 'softness', besides the common softening treatment of cloth, the yarn twist in the industry also puts new requirements: a yarn with as low twist as possible is used to obtain a fabric with good "softness". Generally, the twist factor of the cotton yarn for knitting is 280-360, the twist factor of the cotton yarn for weaving is 290-430, and when the twist factor of the cotton yarn is lower than 280, the dynamic strength of the low-twist yarn is sharply reduced in the spinning section of the spinning process according to the current ring spinning process, so that the dynamic tension of the yarn in the spinning section is greater than the dynamic strength, the yarn is broken, and the continuous production is difficult. In addition, when the twist of the yarn is reduced, the quality indexes such as the yarn strength and the hairiness are deteriorated.
The cotton knitted fabric is an important raw material for knitted clothing, particularly underwear products, and compared with chemical fiber products, the cotton products have the defects of poor hand feeling and low dye uptake. The current solutions to the above problems are usually to increase the softness and dye uptake by adding chemical adjuvants which are significantly irritating to the skin, especially to infants and young children.
Therefore, a new spinning process is needed, which can utilize the existing spinning equipment to produce soft yarns and fabrics with significantly improved dye uptake.

According to another aspect of the invention, there is also provided a yarn produced by the above spinning process.
According to a third aspect of the invention, there is also provided a cloth made from the yarn described above.
The invention has the advantages that: (1) the equipment does not need to be modified, a false twisting device does not need to be installed, and the method is economical, simple and easy to operate. The spinning process principle of the existing soft silk yarn spinning technology called as the low twist yarn technology is as follows: a set of false twisting device is added between the spinning drafting zone and the twisting zone, in order to ensure no end breakage during drafting, the twist during drafting is normal twist, the twist coefficient is set to be 300-320, and a part of twist is released after passing through a false twister to realize low twist of the whole yarn. (2) The fabric prepared by the textile process is soft and fluffy, and has uniform, fine and smooth cloth surface and good luster. (3) The dye uptake of the fabric is obviously improved.
