Abstract

Description
本发明涉及大口径管道的生产,特别涉及采用激光焊和激光-电弧复合焊的管道焊接设备。
由于激光焊和激光-电弧复合焊技术的使用,需要用于生产管道的新设备,从而确保符合对焊接质量的高要求。
已知一种技术解决方案,该解决方案描述了用于具有有限长度的直缝大口径管道的装焊机,其表现为焊接架,该焊接架具有用于不同尺寸的管坯的可更换芯轴并且配备有刚性连接到支架结构元件的内部芯轴,使用在尚未闭合的管坯的开口边缘之间通过的刀,并且配备有在管坯通过支架时沿管坯的内表面旋转的辊(最接近的等效物在实用新型专利RU No.129853中描述)。
在已知的焊机中,芯轴可以更换,以适应不同的管道尺寸。
因此,当使用这种技术方案时,存在从一种管道尺寸到另一种管道尺寸的焊机转换的技术问题,这会耗费时间。这还可能导致需要额外的芯轴存放区域。
另一个技术问题是管坯的边缘不能针对施焊而对齐,这是焊接质量的主要因素。
还应注意的是,使用激光技术时,已知的焊机仍不能适用于管坯外侧的施焊。
该技术问题涉及开发用于生产管道的装焊机,这种焊机确保使用激光技术实现根部施焊以实现技术效果,即,在外侧焊接期间可以对不同尺寸的管道施焊同时保证管坯边缘的对齐。

焊机控制站13位于支架4旁边。

因此,根据所需的工艺参数,焊头在管坯的外侧(无论尺寸如何)对预先对齐的边缘施加连续的根部焊接。
