Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment provides an electric shaver 500, which comprises a shaver body 5 and a charging seat 6, wherein a transmitting end coil support 61, a transmitting end printed circuit board 62 and a transmitting end coil 63 are arranged in the charging seat 6 and fixed on the transmitting end coil support 61, the transmitting end coil 63 is electrically connected with the transmitting end printed circuit board 62, a receiving end coil support 100 is arranged in the shaver body 5, and a receiving end printed circuit board 200 fixed on a first placing surface of the receiving end coil support 100, a rechargeable battery 300 fixed on a second placing surface of the receiving end coil support 100, and a receiving end coil 400 fixed on a containing cavity of the receiving end coil support 100, the receiving end coil 400 is electrically connected with the rechargeable battery 300 through the receiving end printed circuit board 200, and the shaver body 5 is placed on the charging seat 6, and the receiving end coil 400 is inductively connected with the transmitting end coil 63.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the receiving end coil support 100 includes a bottom plate 1, a side plate 2 extending from a side surface of the bottom plate 1 along a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, and an annular sidewall 3 extending from an edge of a side surface of the bottom plate 1 away from the side plate 2, wherein an accommodating cavity for accommodating the receiving end coil 400 is formed between the annular sidewall 3 and the surface of the bottom plate 1, the side plate 2 includes a first accommodating surface and a second accommodating surface opposite to each other, the first accommodating surface is used for fixing the receiving end printed circuit board 200, the second accommodating surface is used for fixing the rechargeable battery 300, and a notch 31 for passing wires is formed at a position of the annular sidewall 3 corresponding to the first accommodating surface.
First, since the receiving-end coil 400 needs to be soldered to the receiving-end printed circuit board 200 to be electrically connected, the annular sidewall 3 needs to be provided with a notch 31 for the passage of the wire at a position corresponding to the first placement surface of the fixed receiving-end printed circuit board 200.
Second, since the rechargeable battery cell and the receiving-side printed circuit board 200 are different in size in a direction parallel to the bottom plate 1 and the width of the rechargeable battery 300 is relatively wide, the side plate 2 is not located at the middle of the bottom plate 1 but a larger width is reserved at one side for fixing the rechargeable battery 300 and a smaller width is reserved at one side for fixing the receiving-side printed circuit board 200.
The receiving-end coil holder 100 and the electric shaver 500 provide a stable mounting and fixing base for the receiving-end printed circuit board 200, the rechargeable battery 300 and the receiving-end coil 400 through the side plate 2 perpendicular to the bottom plate 1 arranged on one side surface of the bottom plate 1 and the annular side wall 3 arranged on the edge of the other side surface of the bottom plate 1, so that when the receiving-end printed circuit board 200 is fixed on the first placing surface of the side plate 2, the rechargeable battery 300 is fixed on the second placing surface of the side plate 2 and the receiving-end coil 400 is fixed on the accommodating cavity formed by encircling the annular side wall 3 and the surface of the bottom plate 1, a very stable receiving-end assembly can be formed. When the receiving end assembly is arranged in the electric shaver 500, the electric shaver 500 has the advantages of stable placement and easy positioning during wireless charging, and the charging efficiency of the electric shaver 500 is remarkably improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the side plate 2 includes a first support rod 21 and a second support rod 22 parallel to each other, and a third support rod 23 connected to one ends of the first support rod 21 and the second support rod 22, respectively, and the side plate 2 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 1 through the other ends of the first support rod 21 and the second support rod 22, and the first support rod 21, the second support rod 22, and the third support rod 23 form a planar frame structure, where the planar frame structure includes a first placement surface and a second placement surface that are opposite to each other.
In order to fix the receiving-end printed circuit board 200 on the first placement surface and fix the rechargeable battery 300 on the second placement surface, in the present embodiment, one sides of the first support bar 21 and the second support bar 22 forming the first placement surface are respectively provided with a first buckle 211 for clamping the receiving-end printed circuit board 200, and the other sides of the first support bar 21 and the second support bar 22 forming the second placement surface are respectively provided with a second buckle 212 for clamping the rechargeable battery 300.
