The air conditioner has a plurality of operation modes including: cooling, heating or blowing, etc. In the embodiment of the invention, after the humidifying function of the air conditioner in the heating mode or the blowing mode is started, the corresponding humidifying strategy can be determined according to the humidifying time and the temperature value or the humidity value corresponding to the humidifying time to carry out the humidifying operation of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner in the heating mode or the air supply mode can also carry out the humidifying control, and the air conditioner can also control the humidity of the area where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner is operated in winter, thereby reducing the probability of air drying, further expanding the function of the air conditioner and improving the comfort of a human body.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an air conditioner humidification control method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the process of the air conditioning humidification control may include:
step 101: and when the humidification function is determined to be started and the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value, acquiring a first temperature value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located, and starting humidification timing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner may be in a heating mode or an air blowing mode, but is not limited thereto. When a user needs to operate the humidifying function, the humidifying control instruction can be sent, so that the air conditioner in the heating mode receives the humidifying control instruction, and the humidifying function of the air conditioner is determined to be started. Or, when the air conditioner is in the air supply mode, the humidification control instruction is also received, and at this time, whether the humidification function is started or not needs to be determined according to the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature corresponding to the air conditioner. Generally, when the outdoor temperature is less than or equal to 20 ℃, the air conditioner can be ensured to be in the heating season in winter. The temperature can be 18 ℃, 15 ℃ and the like, and the indoor temperature of the air conditioner is generally higher than 18 ℃, or 16 ℃, 19 ℃ and 20 ℃, namely the indoor temperature cannot be too low, so that the discomfort of the user caused by cold wind in winter can be prevented. Therefore, the air conditioner in the air supply mode receives the humidification control instruction, the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner is lower than the set outdoor temperature, and when the indoor temperature of the air conditioner is higher than the set indoor temperature, the humidification function can be determined to be started.
When the humidification function is determined to be started, the humidity is judged as required, the humidity meets the condition, and the temperature control can be directly carried out without humidity control. And when the humidity does not meet the condition, the humidity control is needed. Therefore, a set humidity value can be configured in advance, and when the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value, the humidity control in the embodiment of the invention can be performed. Here, the set humidity value may be automatically set by the air conditioner according to environmental changes, or may be set in advance according to the preference of the user himself.
When the humidification function is determined to be started and the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value, humidification control needs to be carried out, at the moment, a corresponding humidification timing is started, and a first temperature value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is obtained and recorded.
Step 102: when the current timing time of humidification timing is less than a first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and a temperature difference value between a second temperature value and a first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first set temperature value, acquiring a first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time and a first humidity difference value between the set humidity value and the first humidity value, determining a current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value, and performing humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy.
After the humidification timing of the air conditioner is started, sampling can be carried out periodically or according to the timing time of the humidification timing according to the requirements of users, and when the current timing time of the humidification timing is less than the first set time, the humidification timing is shown to be short, and the corresponding control is carried out only by considering the humidity. Or, although the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time, and the temperature difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first set temperature value, that is, the indoor temperature of the area where the air conditioner is located changes within the set range, for example: the temperature difference is greater than-2 ℃, and at the moment, the corresponding control can be carried out only by considering the humidity.
Therefore, when the current timing time of the humidification timing is less than the first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first set temperature value, the first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time needs to be obtained, and the first humidity difference between the set humidity value and the first humidity value is obtained. And then, determining a current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value, and carrying out humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy.
In this embodiment, the humidification control includes controlling the humidification water path solenoid valve, that is, controlling the opening and closing time of the humidification water path solenoid valve. According to different humidification water path solenoid valves and different matching humidification capacities of a humidification device in the air conditioner, different opening time T1 and closing time T2 of the humidification water path solenoid valve can be preset, wherein T1 can be determined according to different humidification capacities, and T2 can be determined according to different humidity difference value ranges.
Therefore, the correspondence between the humidity difference value and the humidification control strategy including the opening time T1 and the closing time T2 of the humidification water path solenoid valve may be configured in advance. And when the current timing time of the humidification timing is less than a first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference between a second temperature value and a first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first set temperature value, the corresponding relation between the configured humidity difference and the humidification control strategy is a first corresponding relation.
Table 1 illustrates a first correspondence between humidity difference values and humidification control strategies according to an exemplary embodiment.

TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, if the first humidity difference is 20%, it may be determined according to table 1 that the opening time T1 of the humidification water path solenoid valve is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, and the closing time T2 is the calibration time T. If the first humidity difference is 10%, it may be determined according to table 1 that the current first humidification control strategy is that the opening time T1 of the humidification water path solenoid valve is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, and the closing time T2 is the calibration time T + the adjustment time Δ T.
After the current first humidification control strategy is determined, humidification control of the air conditioner can be performed according to the current first humidification control strategy.
In the process of humidification control, sampling is carried out according to the timing time of the humidification timing, and humidification control is carried out continuously, so that after the air conditioner operates the humidification control process, the obtained first humidity value is in the set humidity range, and the humidification control can be stopped when the first humidity value is larger than or equal to the set humidity value, and the humidification timing can be stopped. After the air conditioner operates the humidification control process, if the obtained first humidity value is still larger than the set humidity value, humidification control is still needed until the first humidity value is larger than or equal to the set humidity value.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, after the humidifying function of the air conditioner in the heating mode or the blowing mode is started, the corresponding humidifying strategy can be determined to perform the humidifying operation of the air conditioner according to the humidifying time and the temperature value or the humidity value corresponding to the humidifying time, so that the air conditioner in the heating mode or the air supply mode can also perform the humidifying control, and thus, the air conditioner can also control the humidity of the area where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner is operated in winter, the air drying probability is reduced, the function of the air conditioner is further expanded, and the comfort of a human body is also improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner may be in a heating mode or an air supply mode, wherein in the humidification control in the air supply mode, the air speed of the air conditioner subset needs to be controlled, and therefore, when the air conditioner is in the air supply mode, the method further includes: when the current timing time of humidification timing is less than a first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference value is greater than a first set temperature value, determining a fan of the air conditioner as a set air speed; and when the current timing time is greater than or equal to a first set time and the temperature difference value is less than or equal to a first set temperature value, determining a current second humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value, and performing humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current second humidification control strategy, wherein the current second humidification control strategy comprises the opening time and the closing time of a humidification water path electromagnetic valve and a fan air speed strategy of the air conditioner.
In the case that the humidification control time is not long or the humidification control time is long but the second temperature value of the area where the air conditioner is located is not reduced much, the control process of the humidification water path electromagnetic valve is not changed, and the wind speed of the fan is the set wind speed. However, if the humidification control time is long, the second temperature value is obviously reduced, and at this time, not only the control strategy of the humidification water path electromagnetic valve but also the wind speed strategy of the fan need to be determined. Here, the second corresponding relationship between the humidity difference and the humidification control strategy may also be configured in advance, that is, when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference is less than or equal to the first set temperature value, the configured relationship between the humidity difference and the humidification control strategy is the second corresponding relationship.
Table 2 illustrates a second correspondence between humidity difference values and humidification control strategies according to an exemplary embodiment.
TABLE 2
When the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference is less than or equal to the first set temperature value, if the first humidity difference is 30%, as shown in table 2, the determined current second humidification control strategy includes: t1 is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, T2 is T- Δ T, and the fan speed is adjusted from a high-range wind speed to a medium-range wind speed or from a non-high-range wind speed to a set wind speed. If the first humidity difference is 10%, as shown in table 2, the determined current second humidification control strategy includes: t1 is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, T2 is a standard time T + an adjustment time Δ T, and the fan speed is adjusted to the bottom gear speed.
Of course, after the air conditioner runs the humidification control process, the obtained first humidity value is adopted to be within the set humidity range, and here, when the first humidity value is greater than or equal to the set humidity value, the humidification control can be stopped, and the humidification timer can be closed. After the air conditioner operates the humidification control process, if the obtained first humidity value is still larger than the set humidity value and the second temperature value is larger than the set indoor temperature, humidification control is still needed until the first humidity value is larger than or equal to the set humidity value.
When the air conditioner can be in a heating mode, when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference value is less than or equal to the first set temperature value, the air conditioner needs to be controlled to operate for the set time according to the second temperature value, so that the temperature of an area where the air conditioner is located is increased, and the heating function of the air conditioner is met. Of course, at this time, the humidification timer may be turned off. After the air conditioner is controlled to operate for the set time according to the second temperature value, the humidification control can still be carried out. Similarly, in the heating mode, after the air conditioner runs the humidification control process, the obtained first humidity value is used in the set humidity range, and when the first humidity value is greater than or equal to the set humidity value, the humidification control can be stopped, namely, the humidification timer can be closed. After the air conditioner operates the humidification control process, if the obtained first humidity value is still larger than the set humidity value, humidification control is still needed until the first humidity value is larger than or equal to the set humidity value.
The following operational flows are integrated into the specific embodiments to illustrate the control method provided by the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is in a heating mode, and a first correspondence relationship between a humidity difference value and a humidification control strategy as shown in table 1 is stored in advance. The first set time was 10 minutes. The first set temperature value is-2 deg.c.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an air conditioner humidification control method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the process of the air conditioning humidification control includes:
step 201: the air conditioner in the heating mode receives the humidification control instruction.
Step 202: is it determined whether the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is less than the set humidity value? If so, go to step 203, otherwise, go to step 211.
Here, the temperature value is set, but is set in advance according to the user preference. Or the air conditioner is automatically determined according to the environment where the air conditioner is located, the characteristics of a user and the like through intelligent machine learning. If the current humidity value is smaller than the set humidity value, the humidification control is performed, and step 203 may be executed. If the current humidity value is greater than or equal to the set humidity value, the existing process of heating control according to the temperature can be carried out.
Step 203: and acquiring a first temperature value of an indoor area where the air conditioner is located, and starting a humidification timer.
When humidification control is performed, a humidification timing is started, and a first temperature value of an indoor area where the existing air conditioner is located is recorded.
Step 204: sample and obtain the current timing time, and determine whether the current timing time is less than 10 minutes? If so, go to step 205, otherwise, go to step 209.
Step 205: and acquiring a first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time, and setting a first humidity difference value between the humidity value and the first humidity value.
Step 206: and determining a current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value according to the stored first corresponding relation.
If the first humidity difference is 32%, it may be determined according to table 1 that the current first humidification control policy is: t1 is a fixed value that matches the humidification capacity, T2 ═ T- Δ T. Because the first humidity difference value is relatively large, the closing time of the humidifying water path electromagnetic valve is shorter. If the first humidity difference is 8%, it may be determined that the current first humidification control strategy is: t1 is a fixed value matched to the humidification capacity, T2 ═ T +. DELTA.t. Because the first humidity difference is smaller, the first humidity value is closer to the set humidity value, and therefore the closing time of the humidifying water path electromagnetic valve can be longer.
Step 207: and carrying out humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy.
Step 208: obtain the current humidity value, and determine whether the current humidity value is less than the set humidity value? If yes, go back to step 204, otherwise, go to step 211.
Step 209: determine whether a temperature difference between a first temperature value and a second temperature value corresponding to a current timing time is greater than-2 ℃? If so, go to step 205, otherwise, go to step 210.
Although the current timing time is longer than or equal to 10 minutes, if the temperature difference is > -2 ℃, that is, the temperature of the indoor area corresponding to the air conditioner has not decreased too much, the heating requirement of the user can be met, and at this time, the step 205 can be returned to continue the humidification control. Otherwise, the temperature of the indoor area has dropped and may affect the user experience, and therefore step 210 needs to be performed.
Step 210: and controlling the air conditioner to run for 30 minutes according to the second temperature value, closing the humidification timer, and returning to the step 202.
In this embodiment, the set time is 30 minutes, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the humidification control needs to be performed and the heating function of the air conditioner needs to be ensured, so that the humidification control needs to be performed after the heating function of the air conditioner is continuously operated for 30 minutes.
Step 211: and controlling the air conditioner to perform heating operation according to the second temperature value, and turning off the humidification timer, and returning to the step 202.
Namely, the current humidity value meets the set requirement, and only the heating function can be operated.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the air conditioner in the heating mode can determine the corresponding humidification strategy to perform humidification operation of the air conditioner according to the humidification time and the temperature value or the humidity value corresponding to the humidification time, and thus, the air conditioner in the heating mode can also perform humidification control, so that when the air conditioner operates in winter, the humidity of the area where the air conditioner is located can also be controlled, the probability of air drying is reduced, the functions of the air conditioner are further expanded, and the comfort of a human body is also improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the present embodiment, the air conditioner is in the air supply mode, and the first corresponding relationship between the humidity difference and the humidification control strategy shown in table 1 and the second corresponding relationship between the humidity difference and the humidification control strategy shown in table 2 are pre-stored. The first set time was 12 minutes. The first set temperature value is-1 deg.c, and the set indoor temperature is 18 deg.c, and the set outdoor temperature may be 20 deg.c.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an air conditioner humidification control method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the process of the air conditioning humidification control includes:
step 301: the air conditioner in the air supply mode receives the humidification control instruction.
Step 302: is it judged whether or not the outdoor temperature is less than 20 ℃? If so, go to step 303, otherwise, go to step 314.
Step 303: is it judged whether or not the indoor temperature is higher than 18 ℃? If so, go to step 304, otherwise, go to step 315.
Step 304: is the current humidity value of the indoor area determined to be less than the set humidity value? If so, go to step 305, otherwise, go to step 314.
Step 305: and a first temperature value of an indoor area where the air conditioner is located is obtained, and humidification timing is started.
Step 306: sample and obtain the current timing time, and determine whether the current timing time is less than 12 minutes? If so, go to step 307, otherwise, go to step 311.
Step 307: determining that a fan of the air conditioner is determined as a set wind speed, acquiring a first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time, and acquiring a first humidity difference value between the set humidity value and the first humidity value.
Step 308: and determining a current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value according to the stored first corresponding relation.
Step 309: and carrying out humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy and the set wind speed.
Step 310: obtain the current humidity value, and determine whether the current humidity value is less than the set humidity value? If yes, return to step 306, otherwise, go to step 314.
Step 311: determine whether a temperature difference between a first temperature value and a second temperature value corresponding to a current timing time is greater than-1 ℃? If so, go to step 307, otherwise, go to step 312.
Step 312: and determining a current second humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value according to the stored second corresponding relation.
If the first humidity difference is 30% and the wind speed of the fan is the high-grade wind speed, it may be determined according to table 2 that the current second humidification control strategy is: t1 is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, T2 is T- Δ T, and the wind speed is adjusted to the set wind speed. Because the first humidity difference value is relatively large, the closing time of the humidifying water path electromagnetic valve is shorter. If the first humidity difference is 10%, it may be determined according to table 2 that the current second humidification control policy is: t1 is a fixed value matching the humidification capacity, T2 is T + Δt, and the wind speed is the low-grade wind speed. Because the first humidity difference is smaller, the first humidity value is closer to the set humidity value, and therefore the closing time of the humidifying water path electromagnetic valve can be longer.
Step 313: and performing humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current second humidification control strategy, and returning to the step 310.
Step 314: and controlling the air conditioner to run according to the second temperature value, closing the humidification timer, and returning to the step 302.
Step 315: and stopping the blowing operation.
Thus, blowing of cold air can be prevented.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the air conditioner in the blowing mode can determine the corresponding humidification strategy to perform humidification operation of the air conditioner according to the humidification time and the temperature value or the humidity value corresponding to the humidification time, and thus, the air conditioner in the blowing mode can also perform humidification control, so that when the air conditioner operates in winter, the humidity of the area where the air conditioner is located can also be controlled, the probability of air drying is reduced, the functions of the air conditioner are further expanded, and the comfort of a human body is also improved.
According to the air conditioner humidification control process, an air conditioner humidification control device can be constructed.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an air conditioning humidification control device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may include: a humidification starting unit 100 and a first humidification control unit 200.
And the humidification starting unit 100 is used for acquiring a first temperature value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located and starting humidification timing when the humidification function is determined to be started and the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value.
The first humidification control unit 200 is configured to, when a current timing time of humidification timing is less than a first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and a temperature difference between a second temperature value and a first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first set temperature value, obtain a first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time and a first humidity difference between the set humidity value and the first humidity value, determine a current first humidification control policy corresponding to the first humidity difference, and perform humidification control of the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control policy, where the current first humidification control policy includes an opening time and a closing time of the humidification water path electromagnetic valve.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the humidification starting unit 100 is specifically configured to determine that a humidification function is turned on when the air conditioner in the heating mode receives a humidification control instruction; or the air conditioner in the air supply mode receives the humidification control instruction, the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner is lower than the set outdoor temperature, and the humidification function is determined to be started when the indoor temperature of the air conditioner is higher than the set indoor temperature.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the blowing mode,
the first humidification control unit 200 is also used to determine a fan of the air conditioner as a set wind speed.
The device still includes: and the second humidification control unit is used for determining a current second humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference value is less than or equal to the first set temperature value, and performing humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current second humidification control strategy, wherein the current second humidification control strategy comprises the opening time and the closing time of the humidification water path electromagnetic valve and the fan air speed strategy of the air conditioner.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the apparatus includes:
and the second humidification control unit is used for controlling the air conditioner to operate for the set time according to the second temperature value and closing the humidification timer when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference value is less than or equal to the first set temperature value.
The following describes a device for controlling humidification of an air conditioner in detail.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an air conditioning humidification control device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include: a humidification starting unit 100 and a first humidification control unit 200. A second humidification control unit 300 is also included.
Thus, the air conditioner in the heating mode receives the humidification control instruction, the humidification starting unit 100 may determine that the humidification function is turned on, and when the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value, obtain the first temperature value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located, and start the humidification timing.
In this way, when the current timing time of the humidification timing is less than the first setting time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first setting time and the temperature difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value corresponding to the current timing time is greater than the first setting temperature value, the first humidification control unit 200 obtains the first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time and the first humidity difference between the setting humidity value and the first humidity value, determines the current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference, and performs humidification control of the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy, where the current first humidification control strategy includes the opening time and the closing time of the humidification water path solenoid valve.
And when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and the temperature difference is less than or equal to the first set temperature value, the second humidification control unit 300 controls the air conditioner to operate for the set time according to the second temperature value and closes the humidification timer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device for controlling humidification of an air conditioner is provided, where the device is used for an air conditioner, and includes:
a processor;

wherein the processor is configured to:
when the humidification function is determined to be started and the current humidity value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located is smaller than the set humidity value, acquiring a first temperature value of the indoor area where the air conditioner is located, and starting humidification timing;
when the current timing time of the humidification timing is less than a first set time, or when the current timing time is greater than or equal to the first set time and a temperature difference value between a second temperature value corresponding to the current timing time and the first temperature value is greater than a first set temperature value, acquiring a first humidity value corresponding to the current timing time and a first humidity difference value between the set humidity value and the first humidity value, determining a current first humidification control strategy corresponding to the first humidity difference value, and performing humidification control on the air conditioner according to the current first humidification control strategy, wherein the current first humidification control strategy comprises the opening time and the closing time of a humidification water path electromagnetic valve.
