技术领域
本发明涉及中药生产设备,尤其涉及一种中药生产用驱动机构。
背景技术
中药生产过程中,常常需要用到驱动机构。避让将干的中药材捣碎为中药饮片时即使通过驱动机构驱动驱动头升降来实现捣碎中药的。需要的驱动机构为通过控制行程的方式来驱动驱动头,在捣药桶内的中药量不同时会导致捣碎中药时的最力量相差较大,而对同一种中药进行捣碎时捣药力量要求基本一致才能够使得捣碎的中药饮片的质量较好,故现有的驱动机构不能够满足捣药力量基本恒定的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够实现驱动驱动头时的最大的力恒定的中药生产用驱动机构,解决了现有的驱动机构驱动驱动头时的最大的力不恒定的问题。
以上技术问题是通过下列技术方案解决的:一种中药生产用驱动机构,包括油缸,所述油缸包括活塞、活塞杆和竖置的缸体,所述活塞将所述缸体分割为上腔和下腔,所述上腔设有上腔部进出油孔,所述下腔设有下腔部进出油孔,所述活塞杆经所述下腔伸出所述缸体,活塞杆外端能够相对于活塞杆升降地连接有驱动头,所述活塞杆和驱动头之间设有被驱动头配合活塞杆进行挤压的压力控制弹簧,所述活塞杆上设有进油孔、出油孔和连通进油孔与出油孔的油道,所述油道设有竖直段、封闭竖直段的竖堵头、驱动竖堵头开启的竖堵头开启弹簧和驱动竖堵头克服所述竖堵头开启弹簧的弹力而封闭住所述竖直段的竖堵头关闭竖杆,所述竖堵头关闭竖杆同所述活塞杆密封滑动连接在一起,所述竖堵头关闭竖杆同所述驱动头连接在一起,所述驱动头挤压所述压力控制弹簧的力达到设定值时所述竖堵头关闭竖杆才上升到驱动所述竖堵头封闭住所述竖直段的位置,所述出油孔通过出油管同所述上腔部进出油孔连接在一起。使用时,通过使用倔强系数不同的压力控制弹簧,使得驱动头倒药时的力达到使得要求时,压力控制弹簧刚好收缩到竖堵头关闭竖杆上升到将竖堵头关闭上,从而切断给上腔输入液压油,从而使得活塞杆停止伸长从而停产驱动捣碎杆进一步下行而进行捣碎作业,已即达到最大的输出值后停止继续驱动。然后给下腔输入液压油而将上腔的液压油放出,从而实现驱动头的上抬,从而完成一次捣药作业,下一次捣药时当捣药的力达到设定范围时,仍旧从复上述动作。使用时本驱动物体如驱动头连接在驱动头上。
作为优选,所述驱动机构还包括油箱、检测活塞杆的移动方向的位移传感器、控制单元和进口端同油箱连接在一起的抽出油箱内的油的油泵,所述进油孔通过第一进油管同所述油泵的出口端连接在一起,所述第一进油管上设有第一进油阀,所述上腔部进出油孔还通过第一回油管同所述油箱连接在一起,所述第一回油管上设有第一回油阀,所述下腔部进出油孔通过第二进油管同所述油泵的出口端连接在一起,所述第二进油管上设有第二进油阀,所述下腔部进出油孔还通过第二回油管同所述油箱连接在一起,所述第二回油管上设有第二回油阀;所述位移传感器检测到所述活塞杆停止向下移动时,所述第一进油阀和第二回油阀都关闭、所述第二进油阀和第一回油阀都开启;所述位移传感器检测到所述活塞杆停止向上移动时,所述第一进油阀和第二回油阀都开启、所述第二进油阀和第一回油阀都关闭。初始状态时活塞杆处于收缩状态,第一进油阀和第二回油阀处于开启状态,第二进油阀和第一回油阀处于关闭状态,开始倒药时驱动油泵,即能够使得驱动头反复升降进行倒药、倒药力达到要求时上升,上升到极限位置时则不能够停止上升然后进行下降。
作为优选,所述竖直段设有上端小下端大的锥面段,所述竖堵头位于所述锥面段内同所述锥面段锥面配合进行密封。密封方便、可靠且不容易损坏。
作为优选,所述活塞杆的下端面上设有导向孔,所述驱动头的上端设有穿设在所述导向孔内的导向头,所述压力控制弹簧位于所述导向孔内。驱动头相当于活塞杆进行升降时的可靠性好。
作为优选,所述驱动头通过若干个沿活塞杆周向分布的悬挂结构可升降地悬挂在所述活塞杆上,所述悬挂结构包括同驱动头连接在一起的挂杆和设置在所述活塞杆周面上的沿上下方向延伸的长条形的悬挂槽,所述挂杆设有位于所述悬挂槽内的钩头。

参见图1和图2,一种中药生产用驱动机构,包括油缸。油缸包括活塞20、活塞杆21和竖置的缸体22。活塞将缸体分割为上腔23和下腔24。上腔设有上腔部进出油孔25。下腔设有下腔部进出油孔26。活塞杆经下腔伸出缸体。驱动头2能够相对于活塞杆升降地连接在活塞杆上。活塞杆和驱动头之间设有被驱动头配合活塞杆进行挤压的压力控制弹簧27。活塞杆的下端面上设有导向孔28。驱动头的上端设有穿设在导向孔内的导向头29。压力控制弹簧位于导向孔内。驱动头通过若干个沿活塞杆周向分布的悬挂结构可升降地悬挂在活塞杆上。悬挂结构包括同驱动头连接在一起的挂杆30和设置在活塞杆周面上的沿上下方向延伸的长条形的悬挂槽31。挂杆设有位于悬挂槽内的钩头32。驱动头同活塞杆分离到钩头钩在悬挂槽上而不能够继续分开时,导向头位于导向孔内。挂杆通过螺栓55同驱动头连接在一起。

需要驱动物体如捣药杆时,控制单元进行初始化使活塞杆处于收缩状态、第一进油阀和第二回油阀处于开启状态、第一回油阀和第二进油阀处于关闭状态的初始化,然后油泵驱动。油泵将油箱内的油输入上腔而驱动活塞杆伸长从而使得驱动头下移实现驱动,驱动头接触被驱动物体而受到的反作用力使得驱动头相对于活塞杆上移而挤压压力控制弹簧的同时驱动竖堵头去关闭油道。当压力控制弹簧收缩的长度达到设定量已经捣药的力达到设定值时,此时竖堵头关闭竖杆刚好驱动竖堵头关闭住油道,从而使得活塞杆停产伸出(已即驱动物体的力不能够进一步增大)。位移传感器检测到活塞杆停止向下移动并反馈给控制单元,控制第一使第一进油阀和第二回油阀都关闭、第二进油阀和第一回油阀都开启,该作用的结果为油泵将油箱内的油输入到下腔内而促使活塞杆上移且上腔内的油回流到油箱内,活塞杆上升使驱动头和活塞杆失去对压力控制弹簧的挤压作用,压力控制弹簧复位。当活塞杆上升到极限位置而不能够继续上升时则停止上升,此时位移传感器检测到活塞杆停止向上移动并反馈给控制单元,控制单元使第一进油阀和第二回油阀都开启、第二进油阀和第一回油阀都关闭,该作用的结果又使得油泵将油箱内的油输入上腔内而驱动活塞杆伸长,如此循环而进行驱动物体使得每一次驱动物体的最大的力为恒定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的中药生产用驱动机构,其特征在于,还包括油箱、检测活塞杆的移动方向的位移传感器、控制单元和进口端同油箱连接在一起的抽出油箱内的油的油泵,所述进油孔通过第一进油管同所述油泵的出口端连接在一起,所述第一进油管上设有第一进油阀,所述上腔部进出油孔还通过第一回油管同所述油箱连接在一起,所述第一回油管上设有第一回油阀,所述下腔部进出油孔通过第二进油管同所述油泵的出口端连接在一起,所述第二进油管上设有第二进油阀,所述下腔部进出油孔还通过第二回油管同所述油箱连接在一起,所述第二回油管上设有第二回油阀;所述位移传感器检测到所述活塞杆停止向下移动时,所述第一进油阀和第二回油阀都关闭、所述第二进油阀和第一回油阀都开启;所述位移传感器检测到所述活塞杆停止向上移动时,所述第一进油阀和第二回油阀都开启、所述第二进油阀和第一回油阀都关闭。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药生产用驱动机构,其特征在于,所述竖直段设有上端小下端大的锥面段,所述竖堵头位于所述锥面段内同所述锥面段锥面配合进行密封。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药生产用驱动机构,其特征在于,所述活塞杆的下端面上设有导向孔,所述驱动头的上端设有穿设在所述导向孔内的导向头,所述压力控制弹簧位于所述导向孔内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药生产用驱动机构,其特征在于,所述驱动头通过若干个沿活塞杆周向分布的悬挂结构可升降地悬挂在所述活塞杆上,所述悬挂结构包括同驱动头连接在一起的挂杆和设置在所述活塞杆周面上的沿上下方向延伸的长条形的悬挂槽,所述挂杆设有位于所述悬挂槽内的钩头。
