The power button 31 has a function of turning ON or OFF the power by one key. As will be described later, the display operation portion 54 is formed of a touch panel, and the power button 31 (mechanical power on key) having a pressing portion in a convex shape is disposed on the outer box 1a side and not on the door 50 side, whereby the front surface side of the door 50 can be flattened, and the door 50 can be thinned.
The structure of the outer casing 1a of the drum-type washing machine 1 will be described with reference to fig. 2, 3, and 5.
(Structure of outer case 1a)
As shown in fig. 5, the drum-type washing machine 1 includes: a water tub 2 having a bottomed tubular shape disposed in the outer box 1a, a rotary tub 3 having a bottomed tubular shape rotatably disposed in the water tub 2, and a drum motor 4 attached to a rear portion of the water tub 2 and rotationally driving the rotary tub 3. The rear portion of the water tub 2 is elastically supported by two dampers 12 (only one of which is shown in fig. 5). The rotary tub 3 accommodates laundry and has a slightly smaller diameter than the water tub 2. In the drum-type washing machine 1, the rotation axis J of the rotary tub 3 normally extends obliquely to the horizontal direction so that the front side is higher than the rear side, i.e., so as to face obliquely upward. The rotation axis J may extend substantially parallel to the horizontal direction. The rotary tub 3 is an example of a rotary tub, and the drum motor 4 is an example of a driving device.
The rotary tub 3, which functions as a drum for storing laundry such as laundry, is configured such that a front rotary tub opening 26 faces the inside of the water tub opening 16 of the water tub 2. The rotary tub opening 26 is disposed so that at least a part of the rotary tub opening 26 faces the outer box opening. The rotary tub 3 is connected to an end of a rotary shaft J of the drum motor 4 and is configured to rotate inside the water tub 2 by driving the drum motor 4.
The rotary tub 3 includes a fluid balancer 29 provided around the outside of the rotary tub opening 26. The fluid balancer 29 has a function of absorbing and relaxing vibration accompanying rotation of the rotary tub 3 when the rotation is performed. A large number of small through holes 27 are formed in the peripheral wall of the rotary tub 3 so as to extend over the entire surface. Further, a plurality of baffles 28 extending in the axial direction are provided so as to protrude from the inner surface of the rotary tub 3 so as to be equally spaced in the circumferential direction. In fig. 2, a part of the through hole 27 and one shutter 28 are illustrated for simplicity.
An annular decorative member 17 is disposed on the outer box front surface portion 103 of the outer box 1 a. The ring-shaped decorative member 17 has an outer box opening 6 for taking out and putting in laundry at a position facing the water tub opening 16 of the water tub 2. The outer box opening 6 is configured to face the water tank opening 16 of the water tank 2 and the rotary tank opening 26 of the rotary tank 3. The circular water tank opening 16 and the circular rotary tank opening 26 are formed coaxially. The opening edge of outer box opening 6 and the opening edge of water tub opening 16 are connected by a corrugated connecting member (not shown), and this structure liquid-tightly seals the space between outer box 1a and water tub 2.
Water supply port 10 is connected to an inlet of water supply valve 13 in case 1 a. Thus, water can flow into the water tank 2 from the upper portion of the water tank 2 through the water supply pipe 15 and the detergent box 11. The water supplied to the inside of the water tank 2 is used as washing water for washing or rinsing water for rinsing. In addition, the water supply valve 13 is a multiple-connected electromagnetic valve having a plurality of water supply outlets and is one example of a water supply device.
A drain pipe 19 is connected to the circumferential surface of the water tank 2 near the bottom plate, which is the lowermost position. The drain pipe 19 is connected to a cylindrical drain filter device 20 fixed and supported at the front lower portion inside the outer box 1 a. A lint filter 70 for collecting foreign matter such as lint contained in the washing water or the rinsing water in the water tank 2 is housed in the drain filter device 20. The lower portion of the drain filter device 20 is connected to a drain hose 21 disposed along the bottom surface of the outer box 1a via a drain valve 22. When the drain valve 22 is opened, the washing water or the rinsing water in the water tub 2 is discharged to the outside of the water tub 2 through the drain pipe 19, the drain filter device 20, and the drain hose 21. Foreign matter contained in the washing water or the rinsing water in the water tank 2 is collected by the lint filter 70 in the drain filter device 20 and removed from the washing water or the rinsing water. When the circulation pump 24 is driven in a state where the drain valve 22 is closed, the liquid in the water tank 2 can be discharged to the outside of the water tank 2 and returned to the water tank 2 through the drain pipe 19 and the circulation pipe. The drainage filter device 20 also accommodates the thread dust filter 70.
A gasket 18 made of an elastomer such as rubber or soft resin is disposed at an opening edge of the outer box opening 6 formed in the decorative member 17. Thus, when door 50 is closed, protruding closing portion 56 of door 50 is brought into close contact with gasket 18, and the liquid in water tub 2 can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
The damper 12 has a cylinder portion in which oil is sealed, and a piston rod whose upper end portion enters the cylinder portion. The lower end portion of the piston rod is attached to the damper support metal fitting via a damper bushing made of an elastic material (for example, nitrile rubber).
When the drum-type washing machine 1 has a drying function, a heat pump unit (not shown) for drying laundry is disposed below the water tub 2 and on the rear surface side. In the drying operation, the heat pump unit introduces air containing moisture of laundry from the rotating rotary tub 3, dehumidifies and heats the air containing moisture, and introduces dry hot air into the rotary tub 3.
The structure of the door 50 of the drum-type washing machine 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6 and 10.
(Structure of door 50)
As shown in fig. 1, the door 50 includes a door main body 51 and an inclined portion 52. The door main body portion 51 has a quadrangular shape in front view and extends in a substantially vertical direction. The quadrangle of the door main body 51 includes a rectangle, a square, a trapezoid, and the like, and also includes a form in which corners thereof have roundness. The inclined portion 52 is positioned above the door body 51, and is inclined rearward with respect to a door front surface plate portion 69 extending in a substantially vertical direction in front view. That is, the inclined portion 52 is inclined such that the upper end portion 67 of the inclined portion 52 is positioned rearward of the door main body portion 51.
As shown in fig. 3, the door 50 is pivotally supported on the outer box front surface portion 103 of the outer box 1a in a freely rotatable manner by two hinges 65 interposed between the outer box front surface portion 103 of the outer box 1a and the door frame portion 68 of the door 50. The upper and lower hinges 65 are provided on one side of the outer box 1 a.
From the viewpoint of the operability and visual confirmation of the display operation unit 54, the ratio of the surface area of the inclined portion 52 (i.e., the display operation unit 54) to the surface area of the door main body portion 51 is, for example, 1/20 to 1/4. From the viewpoint of operability and visual confirmation of the display operation unit 54, the inclination angle of the inclined portion 52 (i.e., the display operation unit 54) with respect to the door front surface portion 69 of the door main body portion 51 is, for example, 20 degrees to 45 degrees, and preferably 25 degrees to 35 degrees. The inclination angle is not limited to the numerical value of the embodiment, and is, for example, about 33 degrees.
(Structure of door body 51)
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and 11, the door main body 51 includes: a flat plate-shaped door front surface panel portion 69, a door base member 64, left and right door frame portions 68, a protruding closing portion 56 protruding rearward, and a substantially flat plate-shaped main body rear surface lid portion 62. As shown in fig. 11, a door front surface panel portion 69, a door base member 64, a protruding closing portion 56, and a body rear surface cover portion 62 are arranged in this order from the front surface side to the rear surface side of the door body portion 51. The door front surface panel portion 69 is made of a material having light transmittance (for example, a glass material), and the protruding closing portion 56 is also made of a material having light transmittance (for example, a resin material). Therefore, when the inside of the rotary tub 3 is viewed from the front surface side of the door 50, the inside of the rotary tub 3 can be visually confirmed through the door front surface panel portion 69 and the protruding closing portion 56. The door front surface panel portion 69 is attached to the front surface side of the door base member 64, and the body rear surface cover 62 is attached to the rear surface side of the door base member 64. The side portion of main body rear surface cover 62 is formed to have a smaller size than the side portion of door frame 68, and is contracted inward in the width direction (left-right direction) than the side portion of door frame 68. Thus, a stepped portion 63 is formed on the side portion of the body rear surface cover portion 62. The door front surface panel portion 69 is adhered to the front surface portion of the door base member 64 and held by the left and right door frame portions 68.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the protruding closing portion 56 has a mountain-shaped rear top portion protruding rearward and a base portion corresponding to a mountain foot portion of the mountain. The protruding closing portion 56 is configured such that a part of the rear top thereof is inserted into the water tank opening portion 16 when the door 50 is closed. The main body rear surface cover portion 62 has an opening for inserting most of the mountain-shaped portion of the protruding closed portion 56. In a state where the mountain-shaped portion of the protruding closing portion 56 is inserted into the opening of the main body rear surface cover portion 62, the base portion of the protruding closing portion 56 is sandwiched between the rear surface portion of the door base member 64 and the front surface portion of the main body rear surface cover portion 62. Thereby, the protruding closing portion 56 is held by the door base member 64 and the main body rear surface cover portion 62. When the door 50 is closed, the protruding closed portion 56 of the door 50 covers the outer box opening 6, and the outer peripheral surface of the protruding closed portion 56 is in close contact with the gasket 18, so that the outer box opening 6 is closed, and thus the liquid in the water tank 2 can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
As shown in fig. 5, the drain filter device 20 in which the lint filter 70 is loaded is provided on a lower side (hinge 65 side) of the hinge 65 on the lower side of the outer box front surface portion 103. A filter cover 71 is provided on the front surface of the chip filter 70, and a filter cover grip that projects forward and extends laterally is provided on the tip side of the filter cover 71. The lint filter 70 can be attached to and detached from the drain filter device 20 by rotating the filter cover gripping portion.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drain filter door 60 is pivotally supported by a lower plane portion 103c of the outer box front surface portion 103 of the outer box 1a at a lower portion of one side (hinge 65 side) of the outer box front surface portion 103 via a hinge. When the drain filter door 60 is closed, the drain filter door 60 covers the drain filter device 20 disposed in the outer box 1a, and the drain filter door 60 is configured to be flush with the lower flat surface portion 103c, for example. An erroneous insertion preventing structure is provided on the rear surface portion of the drain filter door 60. That is, the convex erroneous insertion prevention structure may be provided on the rear surface side of the drain filter door 60 in terms of structure, and the convex filter cover gripping portion may be provided. According to this configuration, the mutual convex shapes do not interfere when the rotational position of the filter cover 71 is appropriate, and the drain filter door 60 can be closed. On the other hand, when the filter lid 71 is not properly rotated, the convex shapes interfere with each other, and the drain filter door 60 cannot be completely closed, so that it is possible to notice that the insertion of the lint filter 70 is incomplete.
In this manner, the drain filter door 60 is configured to cover the drain filter device 20 disposed in the outer box 1 a. The drain filter door 60 is configured to notify whether or not the lint filter 70 is loaded in the drain filter device 20, and to notify whether or not the filter cover 71 is closed at a proper position.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a lock releasing portion 53 operated by a user is provided on the rear surface side of the door base member 64 and on the opposite side to the hinge 65. The unlocking portion 53 has a function of unlocking the door 50 by sliding the door 50 to the front side in the thickness direction. The engagement claw 57 rotatably supported by the door base member 64 is configured to be interlocked with the movement of the lock releasing portion 53. The engaged portion 66 is an engaging hole formed in an engaged member (not shown) attached to the rear surface side of the annular decorative member 17. When the unlocking portion 53 slides forward in the thickness direction of the door 50, the engagement claw 57 moves to the non-engagement side to release the engagement between the engagement claw 57 and the engaged portion 66, and the door 50 is opened.
(Structure of inclined part 52)
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the inclined portion 52 includes: a display operation portion 54 disposed on the front surface side of the inclined portion 52, an inclined frame portion 78 attached to the peripheral edge portion of the display operation portion 54, and an inclined rear surface cover portion 55 attached to the rear surface side of the inclined frame portion 78. The inclined portion 52 is inclined such that an upper end portion 67 of the inclined portion 52 is positioned rearward of the door main body portion 51. The display operation portion 54 is disposed to be inclined rearward with respect to the door front surface portion 69 of the door main body portion 51. The upper end 67 of the inclined portion 52 is located behind the outer box plane portion 103a of the outer box front surface portion 103 of the outer box 1 a. According to this configuration, the large inclined portion 52 and the large display operation portion 54 can be disposed in the thin door 50, and the door 50 is compact and the feeling of pressure is reduced.
As shown in fig. 11, the display operation unit 54 includes: operation cover 79, display operation frame 81, display 82, operation substrate 83, and rear surface mounting 84. The control device specifies the operation contents based on the operation information outputted from the display operation unit 54, and performs the washing operation, the drying operation, and the like according to the specified operation contents.
According to the above configuration, the door 50 closed by covering the outer box opening portion 6 with the door main body portion 51 having a rectangular shape is less likely to form irregularities between the outer box 1a and the door 50, and therefore has good cleaning performance, and the display operation portion 54 is disposed on the front surface side of the inclined portion 52 inclined rearward, whereby the large inclined portion 52 and the large display operation portion 54 can be disposed, and therefore the display operation portion 54 is excellent in operability and visibility. Further, since the inclined portion 52 is contracted rearward above the door 50 in the front view, the drum-type washing machine 1 is compact and the feeling of pressure is reduced. Further, since the display operation portion 54 is provided on the door 50 side, the space above the outer box front surface portion 103 can be effectively used.
[ second embodiment ]
As shown in fig. 2, the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 is located above the drain filter door 60. That is, the door 50 is disposed at a position above the drain filter door 60 so as not to overlap the drain filter door 60 when the door 50 is opened and closed.
Accordingly, even in a state where the door 50 is closed, the drain filter door 60 can be opened and closed, and the lint filter 70 in the drain filter device 20 can be replaced. Therefore, the workability of replacement of the lint filter 70 is improved. In the drum-type washing machine 1 disposed on the waterproof pad provided on the floor, the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 is preferably configured to be located at a certain height (for example, 25cm) or more with respect to the floor. According to this configuration, in a state where the drum-type washing machine 1 is installed on the waterproof pad, the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 is higher than the height of a commercially available laundry basket. Therefore, even when the laundry basket is placed on the floor in the vicinity of the front of the drum-type washing machine 1 in order to take out and put in laundry from the spin basket 3, the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 can be opened and closed without interfering with the laundry basket.
[ third embodiment ]
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the inclined portion 52 having the display operation portion 54 is configured to be detachable from the door main body portion 51. The plurality of coupling portions 58 provided at the upper end portion of the door main body portion 51 are coupled and fixed to the plurality of coupled portions 59 provided at the lower end portion of the inclined portion 52 via screws, for example. That is, the coupling portion 58 and the coupled portion 59 have screw holes and insertion holes, respectively, and the door main body portion 51 and the inclined portion 52 are fixed by inserting screws through the screw holes and insertion holes.
This enables the inclined portion 52 to be fixed to the door main body portion 51, and the inclined portion 52 to be easily detached from the door main body portion 51. According to this configuration, when there is any trouble in the display operation portion 54, the large door 50 is removed and the door 50 is disassembled, and then the inclined portion 52 (display operation portion 54) can be replaced by removing the inclined portion 52 (display operation portion 54) from the door main body portion 51 without performing an operation of replacing the inclined portion 52 (display operation portion 54). Therefore, the replacement operation of the inclined portion 52 (display operation portion 54) becomes easy.
The method of coupling the detachable coupling portion 58 to the coupled portion 59 is not limited to the screw fixation. Any configuration may be adopted as long as the coupling portion 58 and the coupled portion 59 can be detachably fixed by fixing the coupling portion 58 and the coupled portion 59 at a short time while achieving the integrated processing of the door main body portion 51 and the inclined portion 52. For example, an engagement claw having elasticity is provided on one of the coupling portion 58 and the coupled portion 59, an engagement hole is provided on the other of the coupling portion 58 and the coupled portion 59, and the coupling portion and the coupled portion are detachably coupled by engagement of the engagement claw with the engagement hole.
As described above, the laundry processing apparatus 1 according to one aspect of the present invention includes:
an outer box 1a having an outer box opening 6 in an outer box front surface 103;
a rotary tub 3 disposed in the outer box 1a and having a rotary tub opening 26 disposed so as to face at least a part of the outer box opening 103;
a door 50 having a door main body 51 of a quadrangular shape and an inclined portion 52 positioned above the door main body 51, the door main body 51 covering the outer box opening 6 to close the outer box opening 6, the inclined portion 52 being inclined such that an upper end 67 of the inclined portion 52 is positioned rearward of the door main body 51; and
and a display operation unit 54 disposed on a front surface side of the inclined portion 52.
According to the above configuration, since the door 50 which is closed by covering the outer box opening portion 6 with the door main body portion 51 having a rectangular shape is less likely to form a projection or depression between the outer box 1a and the door 50, cleaning performance is good, and since the display operation portion 54 is disposed on the front surface side of the inclined portion 52 inclined rearward, the large inclined portion 52 and the large display operation portion 54 can be disposed, and thus operability and visual confirmation performance of the display operation portion 54 are excellent. Further, since the laundry treating apparatus 1 is configured to be contracted rearward at the upper inclined portion 52 of the door 50, the laundry treating apparatus is compact and the feeling of oppression is reduced. Further, since the display operation portion 54 is provided on the door 50 side, the space above the outer box front surface portion 103 can be effectively used.
In one embodiment, the inclined portion 52 is configured to be detachable from the door main body portion 51.
According to the above configuration, when there is any trouble in the display operation unit 54, even if the operation of replacing the display operation unit 54 is performed after the door 50 is disassembled by removing the large door 50, the display operation unit 54 can be removed from the door main body 51 and replaced, and therefore the replacement operation of the display operation unit 54 becomes easy.
In one embodiment, a lower end portion 61 of the door 50 is positioned above a drain strainer door 60 covering a drain strainer device 20 disposed in the outer box 1 a.
According to the above configuration, the operation of replacing the lint filter 70 in the drain filter device 20 can be performed in a state where the door 50 is closed, and the operation of replacing the lint filter 70 is facilitated. Further, since the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 is located above, even when the laundry basket is placed near the laundry treatment apparatus 1, the lower end portion 61 of the door 50 can open and close the door 50 without interfering with the laundry basket.
In one embodiment, the outer box front surface portion 103 has an outer box plane portion 103a formed around the outer box opening portion, and the upper end portion 67 of the inclined portion 52 is located behind the outer box plane portion 103 a.
According to the above configuration, the large inclined portion 52 and the large display operation portion 54 can be arranged in the thin door 50, and the door 50 is compact and the feeling of pressure is reduced.
In one embodiment, when the display operation unit 54 includes a touch panel, the mechanical power-on key 31 is disposed in the outer case 1 a.
According to the above configuration, the mechanical power-on key 31 having the convex pressing portion is disposed on the outer box 1a side and not on the door 50 side, whereby the front surface side of the door 50 can be flattened and the door 50 can be thinned.
Although this embodiment has been specifically described, the embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of protection or the equivalent thereof. The various components are merely examples for illustrating the embodiments, and are not intended to be limiting, and various modifications can be made as necessary.
In the above embodiment, a drum-type washing machine is exemplified as the laundry treatment apparatus 1, but the laundry treatment apparatus 1 may be a drum-type dryer.
The inclined portion 52 having the display operation portion 54 may be configured as an integral member that is not detachable from the door main body portion 51.
The lower end portion 61 of the door 50 may be located below the drain filter door 60 and substantially at the same position as the lower flat surface portion 103c of the outer box 1 a. Further, the drain filter door 60 may be omitted, and the door 50 may also function as the drain filter door 60.
The mechanical power key 31 may be disposed on the door 50 side. The mechanical power on key 31 may be disposed in the display operation portion 54 provided in the door 50.
The inclined portion 52 (display operation portion 54) may have a curved plate shape that is inclined while being curved rearward with respect to the door front surface portion 69 of the door main body portion 51, and in this case, the operation cover portion 79 may have an inclined curved surface.
