At present, a power room of an internal combustion locomotive is a region in which functional equipment is relatively concentrated, equipment such as a lubricating oil system and a fuel oil system in the power room are scattered everywhere in the past, pipeline equipment is arranged in disorder, most pipelines are required to be distributed on site on the locomotive, the space on the locomotive is narrow, construction and maintenance are difficult, production efficiency is affected, and locomotive attractiveness is affected. Meanwhile, the equipment layout basically utilizes the mounting surface of the frame, stays on the thinking of the plane layout, and cannot reasonably utilize the three-dimensional space of the power chamber.
The oil-water unit structure related to the project realizes the purpose of fireless assembly on the equipment vehicle-under mass production vehicle, improves the production efficiency, solves the problem that a large-flow oil pump cannot be arranged in a narrow space of a mounting surface of a power room frame, reasonably utilizes the three-dimensional space, reasonably partitions each functional part in a module, and meets the functional requirement.

Referring to fig. 1, an oil-water unit structure for a locomotive includes: the engine oil heat exchanger 1, the engine oil pump 4, the engine oil pipeline 3 and the water pipeline 5, wherein the engine oil pipeline comprises an auxiliary engine oil pipeline 9 and a main engine oil pipeline 10; the engine oil pump is arranged on the auxiliary engine oil pipeline, one end of the engine oil pump is connected to the main engine oil pipeline through the auxiliary engine oil pipeline and is connected to an engine oil inlet of the engine oil heat exchanger through the main engine oil pipeline, the other end of the engine oil pump is externally connected through the auxiliary engine oil pipeline, the interfaces are positioned on the lower layer of the module mounting frame, and the interfaces are connected to an engine oil pan of the diesel engine; the water pipeline is connected to the cooling water outlet of the engine oil heat exchanger.
The oil-water unit also comprises a module mounting frame 2 which is of an upper, middle and lower three-layer frame structure; the engine oil heat exchanger is arranged on the upper layer of the module mounting frame; the oil pump is arranged at the middle layer of the module mounting frame; the host oil pipeline is connected to an engine oil inlet of the engine oil heat exchanger from the lower layer of the module mounting frame;
The lower layer of the auxiliary oil pipe routing module mounting frame is connected to one end of an oil pump, and the other end of the auxiliary oil pipe routing module mounting frame is connected to a main oil pipe positioned in the middle layer of the module mounting frame.
The water pipeline is installed from top to bottom, one end of the water pipeline is connected to the cooling water outlet of the engine oil heat exchanger, and the other end of the water pipeline forms an external interface at the lower layer of the module installation frame.
The engine oil heat exchanger is fixed on the upper layer of the module installation frame through a right-angle steel installation seat and is provided with a proper amount of process cushion blocks 8 for adjustment in the installation process, the number of the process cushion blocks is 4, and the process cushion blocks are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper surface and the lower surface of the engine oil heat exchanger.
In order to isolate the vibration transmitted by the diesel engine and compensate the installation error, a flexible rubber joint 7 is arranged on the lower layer of the module installation frame, one end of the flexible rubber joint is connected with a main engine oil pipeline, and the other end of the flexible rubber joint is externally connected.
And a check valve 6 is also arranged on a main engine oil pipeline at the lower layer of the module mounting frame and is used for preventing engine oil from flowing back.
The side and the bottom surface of the module mounting frame are also provided with mounting holes, the whole oil-water unit structure is fastened and mounted through the mounting holes formed in the base and the side, and the stability of the whole structure is guaranteed.
The main engine oil pipeline and the engine oil heat exchanger form a main engine oil pipeline system.
Auxiliary oil pipeline system composed of auxiliary oil pipeline, oil pump and oil heat exchanger
The main engine oil pipeline system and the auxiliary engine oil pipeline system share one engine oil heat exchanger.
The working process of the oil-water unit structure of the application is as follows: when the locomotive diesel engine is started, lubricating oil (engine oil) needs to be injected into the diesel engine, because the diesel engine is not operated, an engine oil pump arranged on the locomotive diesel engine does not operate, therefore, the engine oil is supplied for the stage through an auxiliary engine oil pipeline system, an external interface arranged at the lower layer of the module mounting frame in the auxiliary engine oil pipeline is connected to an engine oil pan of the diesel engine, and the engine oil pump in the auxiliary engine oil pipeline system extracts engine oil from the engine oil pan and conveys the engine oil to the diesel engine through an engine oil heat exchanger, so that the diesel engine can be started normally. When the diesel engine is started, the self-contained oil pump runs, the auxiliary oil pipeline system stops working, and the main oil pipeline system continuously supplies oil for the diesel engine, so that the normal running of the diesel engine is ensured.
The engine oil supplied by either the auxiliary engine oil piping system or the main engine oil piping system needs to enter the engine oil heat exchanger of the third layer. Four interfaces are arranged on the engine oil heat exchanger, two interfaces are engine oil interfaces (1 in and 1 out), and two interfaces are cooling water interfaces (1 in and 1 out), and the flow channel forms convection, so that the function of oil-water heat exchange is achieved.

An oil-water unit structure for a locomotive, comprising: the engine oil heat exchanger, the engine oil pump, the engine oil pipeline and the module mounting rack, wherein the engine oil pipeline comprises an auxiliary engine oil pipeline and a main engine oil pipeline; the engine oil heat exchanger is arranged on the upper layer of the module mounting frame; the oil pump is arranged at the middle layer of the module mounting frame; the host oil pipeline is connected to an engine oil inlet of the engine oil heat exchanger from the lower layer of the module mounting frame; one end of the auxiliary engine oil pipeline is connected to one end of the engine oil pump through the lower layer of the module mounting frame, the other end of the auxiliary engine oil pipeline is connected to the engine oil pipeline of the engine oil heat exchanger through the engine oil pipeline, and an external interface is formed at the other end of the auxiliary engine oil pipeline at the lower layer of the module mounting frame.

4. The oil-water unit structure for locomotive according to claim 3, wherein a process cushion block is further arranged between the right-angle steel mounting seat and the engine oil heat exchanger and used for adjusting the mounting position of the engine oil heat exchanger.

The oil-water unit structure for locomotives according to claim 2, comprising a flexible rubber joint, wherein the flexible rubber joint is arranged on the lower layer of the module mounting frame, one end of the flexible rubber joint is connected with a main engine oil pipeline, and the other end is externally connected.
