Detailed Description
The drinking device in the related art uses a disposable soft water bag, and as the water in the water bag is reduced, the water in the water bag cannot be discharged cleanly due to insufficient pressure of the water in the water bag, so that waste is caused.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention proposes a drinking device 100, and a drinking device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 14.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 4 and 8, the drinking device 100 may generally include: a housing 90, a tank 10, a smart seat 20 and a switch assembly 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the top wall of the housing 90 has a mounting opening 91. The water tank 10 is arranged in the shell 90, the water tank 10 is provided with a first port 11, a second port 12, a third port 13 and a water outlet 14, the first port 11 and the second port 12 are arranged at the upper part of the water tank 10, and the first port 11 is suitable for communicating with an external space. The smart seat 20 is arranged on the shell 90, the top of the smart seat 20 is open, the top peripheral edge of the smart seat 20 is in sealing fit with the inner peripheral edge of the mounting port 91, the smart seat 20 is provided with a fourth interface 211 and a fifth interface 221, the fourth interface 211 is connected with the second interface 12, the fifth interface 221 is connected with the third interface 13, and the fifth interface 221 is arranged at the bottom of the smart seat 20 and is not lower than the third interface 13. The switch assembly 30 includes a water level detecting member 31 and a switch member 32, the water level detecting member 31 being provided in the water tank 10 to detect the water level in the water tank 10, the switch member 32 being connected to the second port 12 and the third port 13 to close the second port 12 and the third port 13 when the water level in the water tank 10 is not lower than a predetermined value.
That is, the smart seat 20 is mounted at the mounting opening 91, and a sealing structure is provided between the smart seat 20 and the mounting opening 91, so that water can be prevented from flowing into the drinking device 100, and the drinking device is safer. The smart seat 20 may be connected to a water source, which may be a hard water bucket, a soft water bag 200, etc., and in this embodiment, the soft water bag 200 is connected to the smart seat 20.
It will be appreciated that as the water in the soft water bag 200 is continuously reduced, the pressure difference between the water pressure in the soft water bag 200 and the air pressure in the water tank 10 is also continuously changed, and the operation of the drinking device 100 according to the present application can be generally divided into three stages according to the pressure difference between the water pressure in the soft water bag 200 and the air pressure in the water tank 10:
As shown in fig. 10, stage T1: because the pressure difference between the soft water bag 200 and the water tank 10 is high, water in the water bag 200 flows through the second port 12 of the water tank 10 to add water into the water tank 10 after passing through the fourth port 211 of the smart seat 20, and water in the water bag 200 also flows through the third port 13 of the water tank 10 to add water into the water tank 10 after passing through the fifth port 221 of the smart seat 20, the water level in the water tank 10 rises, air is extruded, and air in the water tank 10 is discharged through the first port 11 communicated with the atmosphere until the water level detection part 31 detects that the liquid level is at a preset position, and the switch assembly 30 closes the second port 12 and the third port 13.
As shown in fig. 11, stage T2: when the drinking device 100 is normally used, the water in the soft water bag 200 is gradually reduced, and the pressure difference between the soft water bag 200 and the water tank 10 is gradually reduced near the stage T2, so that water does not flow between the fourth interface 211 of the smart seat 20 and the second interface 12 of the water tank 10, and water is mainly supplied to the water tank 10 through the fifth interface 221 and the third interface 13. The water level in the water tank 10 rises and air is extruded, and the air in the water tank 10 is discharged through the first port 11 communicating with the atmosphere until the water level detecting member 31 detects that the liquid level is at a predetermined position, and the switch assembly 30 closes the second port 12 and the third port 13.
As shown in fig. 12, stage T3: when the water in the soft water bag 200 is still left to approach the stage T3, the negative pressure appears in the pressures in the water bag 200 and the water tank 10, the water yield of the fifth port 221 can be gradually reduced due to the negative pressure phenomenon, when the time is critical, the external air enters the water tank 10 through the first port 11, and the air entering the water tank 10 is sucked by the negative pressure in the soft water bag 200 after passing through the second port 12 to the fourth port 211, so that the air can enter the soft water bag 200. As the pressure in the soft water bag 200 is restored, the remaining water may be supplied into the water tank 10 through the fifth port 221 and the third port 13. Or the liquid level in the water tank 10 has not reached the predetermined position, the water in the water bag 200 has been drained, and at this time, the switch assembly 30 does not need to close the second port 12 and the third port 13. Thus, the water bag 200 can be drained.
It can be seen that the first port 11 is always open during operation of the drinking device 100, i.e. the water tank 10 is always open to the atmosphere. The second port 12 and the fourth port 211 may be ventilated and may be ventilated, and the third port 13 and the fifth port 221 may be ventilated.
In addition, the water outlet 14 is provided with a water outlet valve 60, and the water outlet 14 can be connected with a water faucet 70, a heating device 80 or a refrigerating device, and the like.
Thus, according to the drinking device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by providing the smart seat 20, the smart seat 20 is provided with the fourth interface 211 and the fifth interface 221, and the fourth interface 211 is connected with the second interface 12 of the water tank 10, and the fifth interface 221 is connected with the third interface 13 of the water tank 10, the water in the water bag 200 can be drained by utilizing the pressure difference between the water tank 10 and the water bag 200, and the resource waste is avoided.
In some embodiments, the top wall of the tank 1010 is no higher than the upper edge of the smart seat 20 and no lower than the lower edge of the smart seat 20. The top wall of the water tank 10 is not higher than the upper edge of the smart seat 20, so that the water in the water bag 200 has enough pressure to supplement the water in the water tank 10 to the reserved liquid level, and the situation that the water in the water tank 10 is insufficient due to insufficient water pressure is avoided; the top wall of the water tank 10 is not lower than the lower edge of the smart seat 20, that is, the lower edge of the smart seat 20 is higher than the top wall of the water tank 10 or is equal to the top wall of the water tank 10, so that the water tank 10 and the smart seat 20 are not necessarily arranged in an up-down opposite mode, but can be arranged at a preset distance in the horizontal direction, and the smart seat 20 does not need to extend into the water tank 10, so that the smart seat 20 is arranged in various modes.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3,5, 6, and 10, the first port 11 and the second port 12 are provided on the top wall of the water tank 10, and the third port 13 is provided on the lower portion of the water tank 10. The first port 11 communicates with the outside for supplying air into the water tank 10 or discharging air from the water tank 10, and thus the first port 11 is provided at the top wall of the water tank 10. When the water pressure is sufficient, the second connector 12 supplements water in the water tank 10, when the water pressure is insufficient, the second connector 12 needs to be inflated into the water bag 200, and the second connector 12 is arranged on the top wall of the water tank 10 instead of the bottom wall, so that the situation that the second connector 12 cannot inflate into the water bag 200 when the water pressure in the water bag 200 is insufficient can be avoided. Moreover, it will be understood that when the second port 12 is located on the side wall or the bottom wall of the water tank 10, the water level in the water tank 10 may be higher than the second port 12 when the water pressure in the water tank 200 is insufficient, that is, the water level is higher than the second port 12, and at this time, the water tank 200 cannot be inflated through the second port 12, and the internal space of the water tank 10 is wasted. Furthermore, the third port 13 is located at the lower portion of the water tank 10, and the third port 13 is only responsible for water inflow into the water tank 10, and most preferably, the third port 13 is located at the bottom of the bottom wall or side wall of the water tank 10, and of course, the third port 13 may be located at an intermediate position, a middle-lower position, or the like of the side wall of the water tank 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the predetermined value is higher than the fifth interface 221. In the conventional design of the water product with the water bag arranged thereon, the liquid level of the water tank 10 is generally lower than the position of the water outlet 14 of the smart seat 20, namely the fifth interface 221, so that the whole machine has a larger structural space and is not easy to drain water. The present structure sets the height from the fifth interface 221 to the bottom of the water tank 10 as H4, and the height from the liquid surface of the water tank 10 to the bottom of the water tank 10 as H3. Under the normal condition of the device, namely in the state that H3 is more than H4, under the driving of gravity and water pressure, the water outlet flow of the water outlet 14 is larger, the condition that H3 is less than H4 possibly occurs along with the reduction of the water quantity in the water tank 10, and at the moment, the water pressure is insufficient, and the water outlet flow of the water outlet 14 is gradually reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water level detecting member 31 is a floating ball provided in the water tank 10 to be floated up and down, and the opening and closing member 32 includes a rotation shaft 321 and a valve core 322. One end of the rotation shaft 321 is rotatably connected to the water tank 10, and the other end of the rotation shaft 321 is connected to the floating ball. The valve body 322 is coupled to the rotation shaft 321 and is offset from the rotation center of the rotation shaft 321, and the valve body 322 is adapted to open and close the second port 12 and the third port 13.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the floating ball floats up and down along with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the water tank 10, and floats on the water surface. The floating ball is connected with the other end of the rotating shaft 321, the one end of the rotating shaft 321 is rotatably connected with the water tank 10, and when the floating ball floats up and down along with the liquid level, the rotating shaft 321 rotates under the driving of the floating ball. Because the rotation centers of the valve core 322 and the rotation shaft 321 are staggered, the rotation shaft 321 drives the valve core 322 to move in the rotation process. It can be understood that, as the liquid level rises, the floating ball rises to drive the rotating shaft 321, and the rotating shaft 321 drives the valve core 322 to gradually close the second port 12 and the third port 13. As the liquid level descends, the floating ball descends to drive the rotating shaft 321, and the rotating shaft 321 drives the valve core 322 to gradually open the second interface 12 and the third interface 13. Thus, the water replenishment in the water tank 10 can be automatically completed without depending on electronic equipment.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the switching parts 32 include two corresponding to the second and third interfaces 12 and 13 one by one, and the two switching parts 32 are connected to the same water level detecting part 31. That is, two rotation shafts 321 may be connected at the same time by means of only one floating ball, the rotation shafts 321 are connected with two valve cores 322, and the two rotation shafts 321 rotate synchronously with the floating ball to simultaneously drive the valve cores 322 to open or close the second port 12 and the third port 13. Of course, the above embodiment is only illustrative, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, for example, the opening and closing member 32 and the water level detecting member 31 are both one, and the valve core 322 is large enough to simultaneously open and close the second port 12 and the third port 13. Preferably, the switch assemblies 30 include two corresponding to the second and third interfaces 12 and 13 one by one, each switch assembly 30 includes a water level detecting member 31 and a switching member 32, and the switching member 32 and the water level detecting member 31 are two, and can open and close the second and third interfaces 12 and 13 independently of each other.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 9, two accommodating grooves (not shown in the drawings) respectively communicating with the second port 12 and the third port 13 are provided on the inner wall surface of the water tank 10, and the valve core 322 is movably provided in the corresponding accommodating groove. Advantageously, the receiving groove is vertically arranged in the up-down direction. In other words, the rotation of the rotation shaft 321 drives the valve core 322 to move up and down, and the movement of the valve core 322 in the accommodation groove can open and close the second port 12 and the third port 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 6 and 9, a valve body gasket 3221 is provided on the valve body 322. The valve core sealing pad 3221 is disposed on the top of the valve core 322, the valve core sealing pad 3221 moves up and down along with the up and down movement of the valve core 322, and the valve core sealing pad 3221 is adapted to seal the second port 12 and the third port 13. The valve core sealing pad 3221 may be made of rubber, so that the sealing is tighter.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 7, 9 and 10, the smart seat 20 includes an outer housing seat 22 and an inner core 21, the outer housing seat 22 has a housing shape with an open top, and the fifth interface 221 is provided on a bottom wall of the outer housing seat 22. The inner core 21 is hollow and extends in the up-down direction, at least a portion of the inner core 21 extends into the housing seat 22, and the fourth interface 211 is disposed on the inner core 21. Wherein the housing seat 22 further comprises an annular peripheral wall, said bottom wall closing the lower edge of the annular peripheral wall. The fifth port 221 is disposed on the bottom wall, that is, the fifth port 221 is located below the water bag 200, so as to ensure that water in the water bag 200 can completely flow out. A portion of the inner core 21 is inserted into the housing, and the extended portion of the inner core 21 may be used to pierce the joint portion of the water bag 200, so that the water bag 200 is connected to the smart seat 20, and the extended portion of the inner core 21 is inserted into the water bag 200. Since the fourth port 211 is disposed on the inner core 21, the inner core 21 has a hollow structure, and the inner core 21 with a hollow structure can be used for introducing water or ventilating, specifically, water in the water bag 200 can enter the inner core 21 from the fourth port 211 and enter the second port 12 along the hollow pipe, or air in the water tank 10 enters the hollow pipe of the inner core 21 after entering the second port 12 and then enters the water bag 200 from the fourth port 211, so as to increase the pressure in the water bag 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 7 and 9, an air inlet column 23 is provided in the inner core 21, the upper end of the air inlet column 23 extends to the fourth port 211, and the lower end of the air inlet column 23 extends out of the inner core 21 and is connected to the second port 12. The air inlet column 23 is connected to the second port 12 and the fourth port 211, and the air inlet column 23 may not only be used for air inlet, but also may be used for water inlet, and the air inlet column 23 is a fragile member, and the air inlet column 23 is disposed in the hollow structure of the inner core 21, so that the air inlet column 23 may be protected.
Advantageously, the fourth interface 211 is higher than the fifth interface 221. It will be appreciated that the fourth port 211 also has the function of supplying air into the water bag 200, the fourth port 211 is set higher than the fifth port 221, when the water pressure is insufficient, the fourth port 211 reaches the critical value of insufficient pressure before the fifth port 221, and air is preferentially supplied, preferably, when the water bag 200 is connected with the smart seat 20, the fourth port 211 is located in the water bag 200, so as to facilitate air supply. Of course, the height of the fourth interface 211 and the fifth interface 221 is not limited, for example, the height of the fourth interface 211 and the fifth interface 221 may be equal, in other words, the fourth interface 211 and the fifth interface 221 are both disposed on the bottom wall of the smart seat 20; or the fourth interface 211 is lower than the fifth interface 221, for example, the fifth interface 221 protrudes upward, and the fourth interface 211 is provided on the bottom wall.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the air path pipeline is formed between the second port 12 and the fourth port 211, the third port 13 and the fifth port 221 are formed as water path pipelines, the height between the low point of the air path pipeline of the smart seat 20 where the water tank 10 is connected and the fourth port 211 of the inner core 21 is H1, and the height between the third port 13 of the water tank 10 and the third port 13 of the inner core 21 is H2. When the relative position H2 is more than H1 and the soft water bag 200 is in the stage T3, external air can enter the soft water bag 200 through the air path pipeline, the air pressure in the soft water bag 200 is equal to the external atmospheric pressure, and water in the water bag 200 flows into the water tank 10 through the water path pipeline by the self gravity of the water bag, so that the aim of completely discharging water in the soft water bag 200 is fulfilled, and residual water is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the drinking device 100 further includes an air purifying member 40, and the air purifying member 40 is connected to the first port 11. From the above working state, the first connector 11 is always opened and connected to the atmosphere, and there are many dust and bacteria in the atmosphere, and the air purifying member 40 is disposed between the atmosphere and the first connector 11, so that the air in the water tank 10 can be purified, or the air in the air can enter the water bag 200 after being discharged to the atmosphere or the air in the air enters the water tank 10, and the air purifying member is safer and more sanitary.
In one embodiment, the air cleaning element 40 includes an air filtering structure and a sterilizing structure, the air filtering structure being connected in series with the sterilizing structure. As is well known, the air has a large amount of dust, bacteria and the like, and the dust in the air can be filtered by arranging the air filtering structure, and bacteria and the like in the air can be killed by the sterilizing structure, so that the air entering the water tank 10 is clean and sanitary, and a user can feel relieved when drinking. Wherein, the sterilization structure can be high-temperature sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first connector 11 is disposed on the top wall of the water tank 10, and the drinking device 100 further includes an anti-overflow float 50, where the anti-overflow float 50 is disposed directly below the first connector 11 and adapted to close and open the first connector 11. The anti-overflow ball 50 is a switch for controlling communication from the water tank 10 to the outside air; during normal use, the overflow-preventing floating ball 5050 sags under the gravity of itself, so that the water tank 10 is kept to be communicated with the outside air; if the water level detecting member 31 fails, the water level of the water tank 10 rises, the anti-overflow floating ball 50 correspondingly rises, and when reaching the liquid level of the anti-overflow floating ball 50, the anti-overflow floating ball 50 and the first interface 11 at the top of the seal achieve the purpose of preventing water from overflowing to the outside, and play a role in protection, so that the anti-overflow water tank is safer. It should be noted that, the anti-overflow ball 50 is a fail-safe measure, and the device will not be started in normal use.
